I had a virus on my laptop and He was supposed to remove. I was to get back in a week. It was over a month and he put my photos on one of his hard drives, which He has yet to find. He said he would call, if he found my photos. Would not recommend.

Ive had the absolute worst experience with this shop, and even after a year after purchasing from them Im still getting screwed over. About a year ago, I commissioned the shop to build a gaming PC for about $1,000. I had gone to this shop previously with small fixes and general cleaning for my laptop, and didnt have much of a problem. Looking back now, I realize that was pretty cheap for a quality gaming PC. But even that price is way too expensive for what I got. The first problem I ran into was the day after I picked it up. I installed and started Overwatch, and the game ran so slowly it was actually unplayable. The frame-rate was terrible, to the point where the animations looked like a slideshow. So, we called an IT guy to come look at the tower, and the IT guy informed us that the PC didnt have a graphics card installed whatsoever. We were quite angry, considering that we gave this shop a lot of money and specified we wanted the PC for gaming purposes. We went back to the shop, and the owner argued that the PC can run games fine without a graphics card, even though clearly it didnt. I had even tried to run an older game, Vampire The Masquerade, and it still didnt run properly.Admittedly, we should have paid more attention to what the owner was selling us. He was not very specific when it came to what he was going to put into the PC, and I should have asked more questions. Because of this, we didnt push for anything and just decided to take care of the problem ourselves. The IT guy installed the graphics card for us, and upgraded the system to Windows 10, because the owner of the shop insisted that Windows 7 was a better system. It may have been that he either didnt want to buy the Windows 10 licensing and was just working with what he already had, or he was aware the computer wasnt going to be able to function with Windows 10, so he opted for an out-of-date system.A year later, and a major problem happens with the tower. I was about to start playing a game, and I noticed the smell of melting plastic coming from my PC. My headphones were on, so I didnt hear that the fan had suddenly stopped functioning. This caused the tower to overheat, and I quickly shut it off and waited 30 minutes for it to cool down before failing to get it to turn back on again. I took it to a repair shop, and had just recently got a call back telling me that the power supply installed in the PC was 300 watts, which is not at all powerful enough for a gaming PC, or even a regular one. Whoever built my PC at this shop quite literally put the bare minimum into it to get it to function. Im honestly amazed it lasted this long on such bad parts. The PC I was given definitely wasnt worth the $1,000, even including labor costs.Ive had an absolutely terrible experience with this shop. I would recommend if anyone was interested in getting anything done here, they should just invest the extra bit of money and go somewhere else. Ive already had to spend a lot of money fixing the problems that came up from getting my PC built by this shop.

Dropped my laptop off on a Friday to have the AC jack soldered back to the wires that came loose from it. He told me since it was Friday everyone was bringing their computers in for repairs. Said he would have it done by Monday and was charging me $20. I said ok no problem. Tried calling several times on Monday and got a constant busy signal. Since I live down the road decided to drive there around 4 in the afternoon. Once I saw him inside I asked if the repair was done and he told me then my solder gun is broken and I forgot to bring in another one. Then he has the audacity to ask me Do you want it back? My guess for $20 he just didnt want to do the repair because he wanted to charge me originally $130 to fix some other issues with the laptop, which I declined because I could just go get a newer one for a few more dollars. Not good business practice if your not going to inform your customers you dont have the equipment to make the repair in the time you said you would. He had my number, and could of let me known something earlier.
