First time using facility. I mentioned that I would like to have the comforter washed twice since it was so dirty. When I picked it up it was washed twice. They went out of their way to satisfy me. in addition they knew who I was as soon as I walked in.Top notch cleaners. Dont hesitate to come

Very Professional and a cleaner you can count on. I have used their services for about 6 years now and am very pleased on their efficiency. They have never damaged or lost any clothing and are able to help me when I have a tight time line with traveling. Due to their pick up services in certain areas I actually miss going in there to talk to them as they have became friends of mine. The latest thing that impressed me is that while traveling I sat in gum with my brand new suit and I thought there was not going to be a way to get the gum out of my pants and I took it to them and they came back just like they were brand new. I gave my suit to dryclean. It came back in the same condition; dirty. The day i picked it up, they never told me about any issues. They just took my money and gave me the suit wrapped up in plastic. When i tried to wear it the day of a family event, people noticed how dirty it was. I called Signature Cleaners and spoke to the owner. They say they TRIED to clean it. Even if my suit is still dirty, i was charged for the chemicals they used in their trial and error experiment. If you want to loose your money, go to signature cleaners.

Overcharged me for a simple wedding which came back with a stain and to think that they charged me $149.50 is just over the top. Karma gets this guy!!! That stain wasnt there and came back with a stain. The fact that its is not relevant to the issue. That dress didnt come with it was given to them. It came back with a stain!!!!
