I’ve used E.C.H.O. Elite Cleaning for several months now and I’m very happy with them. The housekeepers are friendly and professional. My home always looks great after they’ve been here. One of the many things I like is that they send a team to my home. This means that my house is cleaned in much less time than a single person could accomplish which frees me up for other things.

Owner changed “reviews” section on FB so I could not post a review there! Read this and go to Angie’s List to read reviews. DO NOT use this service. I bought a house and wanted a DEEP cleaning before moving in. I searched our area and came across this company on FB. She has great reviews so I decided to go with her. After making my choice she informed me that I would have to pay upfront. I questioned this and she stated it’s because she has $7000 in outstanding invoices. I told her that I understood and agreed to pay upfront. BIG MISTAKE. The crew arrived on 5/11/19 around 2 pm. Once they were “done” I checked everything rather quickly so they could be on their way since it was a Saturday and I figured the crew was anxious to get out of work. BIG MISTAKE!! Please see attached pictures as they will speak for themselves. I should have checked reviews on Angie’s List first!Update to owners response....You can clearly see the date and time stamp on the pictures I posted. We didnt move into the home for 8 days after the cleaning, which is when I started to notice even more filth, as clearly stated in my message to you which is posted in my pictures.I did not ask for a complete refund. I asked for a partial refund and, in addition, gave you the opportunity to propose what you thought was a fair amount. You quickly declined and stated that you do not give refunds. It was not until I said I was going to post the pictures and a review that you offered me $25.00 of the $225.00 that I paid you.Your work on this day was well below standards and is unacceptable. I have to assume that since you have $7000.00 in outstanding invoices that your work has been below standard on other occasions as well.

The team did an amazing job. They were ready at a moments notice. They were very professional and organized. Will be referring to family and friends!!

I have been using services for about 4 months now. Every time they come I am impressed at how clean my house is! Carla and her team work hard to make sure my needs are always met! I hired a cleaner because I was having some health problems and could not keep up with my daily housework on top of everything else. BOY am I glad I did!!!!! They are on time and work HARD!

Carla and her crew are fantastic. Spotless after her cleaning crew made miracles. Had a dirty tenant cleanup and I would recommend their services at higher than a five if possible. I am a Property Manager and use Carla and ECHO Elite Cleaning for all my move-in and move-out cleanings when changing tenants. They are well worth the money. Their attention to detail is amazing. Ive seen her team take linoleum floors I thought were beyond salvage look new. She pulls out appliances to hit areas most would ignore. Carla goes behind her team and personally inspects their work to ensure nothing is missed. Ive worked with drill sergeants who couldnt white glove as well as her. If you want your property truly clean - beyond just the surface, but deep cleaned - hire her.

This is the first review I have ever written, my wife and I have very busy schedules and we figured it would be a good idea to have a deep cleaning done on our home. We hired ECHO, super quick and responsive to what we needed! Its been three days and our house still smells refreshing, the place looks as good as we moved in. Were going to get on their maintenance schedule! Not only five stars, but two thumbs up! Oh yea, they did ours on a Sunday while we were at a family event!

ECHO came to do a deep cleaning of our office and all I can say is wow. They went above and beyond my expectations and our office has never looked cleaner. I have thought other services made things clean, but this cleaning team is on another level! Please, give them a call if you need help cleaning any mess.

Your team was here for our 3rd monthly cleaning but did not complete the job. My wife called you when she returned to find that they were gone after less than an hour, and she explained that she doesn’t like to complain for fear of retaliation, but our house wasn’t clean. The team came back but didn’t have enough time to correct everything because they were “late for the next job.” Our parents’ house (on the same property) was also not properly cleaned, but they were not home to inspect in time for your team to correct on the same visit. My wife’s mother emailed you to express her own issues and was ignored. You never made an attempt to come see the poor workmanship for yourself.The next day you called to say you fired the team supervisor, which greatly saddened and surprised my wife. It was never our intention for her to lose her job, which is why my wife felt terrible speaking up about our concerns, but you urged her to never hesitate because an unhappy customer affects your bottom line. You went on to explain that your former employee had a temper and cost you a great deal of money by damaging client’s property recently. You even told my wife how much you paid her and provided my wife with information about her personal life, which was completely inappropriate. You also posted on your Facebook page that you let her go.You reluctantly agreed to send another team to redo the job at no cost to us at a later date, but 3 days later, my wife received a package, opened it, and was sprayed in the face by a glitter bomb from your “former” employee who apparently blames my wife for losing her job. It was after much consideration over the next couple of days, that my wife wrote to share with you what happened because we felt that the actions of your former employee reflected poorly on your business. It was an individual you had employed for 2 years even after the problems you openly shared with my wife after you fired her, and it made us uncomfortable continuing doing business with you. You immediately refused to take any responsibility because you no longer employed her, which is fine, but we found it interesting that you went on to defend her and say, “she didn’t leave on bad terms.” You were speaking out of both sides of your mouth, so my wife chose not to engage further and leave well enough alone.You wrote my wife again yesterday unprompted, 4 days later, asking for proof for your attorney because you would have to take your former employee to court. It didn’t make sense to us because you had, just days ago, quickly refused any responsibility because she wasn’t your employee anymore, so you would have no legal right to pursue anything against her. It was at that time I realized you had blocked my wife and I from your Facebook page to prevent a negative review.I see now why you force people to pay in advance of service …because there’s NO recourse for an unhappy customer. You have conducted yourself in an unprofessional manner and I can only wonder the quality of staff you would try to send to my home next time. How can we ever feel safe to speak up again?

Echo Elite Team does an amazing job! They are punctual, professional, and friendly with a great attention to detail. Carla Patchin is excellent to work with and she has an amazing staff. I wouldnt hesitate to refer Echo Elite Team to my friends and family! I highly recommend them :)
