My acct was charged (monthly) when businesses were closed for Covid. When I realized, I called numerous times and left messages. The website requires a note be left. I wrote a respectful note explaining the issue (January); requested & expected management to contact me regarding the charges.I finally rec’d a call from a fella named Dave (February). Dave looked into my claims, confirmed several months of charges and checked that I hadNot used the car wash during those months. Dave assured me a refund was in order; adding the owner was a “Christian” business man who would do the “right” thing. Well it’s been 6mos and I am waiting. This is disheartening, and unprofessional way to run a business.UPDATE: Pleased to report a mutual resolution was reached today (9/22/21)

Drive my hunting truck up there to get it washed. Ive washed it up there several times and never a problem. Its always been muddy and never a problem. Went today and a kid came out and said they wouldnt let me go through. I told him Ive been through there several times and nobody has ever said anything. He told me he wasnt spending all day on my truck and I needed to go somewhere else. Luke was his name and he said hes been there for 3 years. I was surprised but I dont believe Ill ever go back. Ill just drive across the interstate next time.

Nice place to get a wash. They have the prewash section to get the bugs off and scrub your wheels. Get a good wash and then free vacuums.

This place is a joke for the amount of money it costs but the drive thru car wash is very entertaining.

I love taking my car through this car wash. It does an excellent job. The monthly sticker is very reasonable which means that I can wash my car every day if I need to.

Car Wash is okay but the vacuums do not suck hard at all. I’ve went to several different lanes trying to find one that sucks with no luck. I’ll be cancelling my membership

I was treated really nice and the car wash did excellent. Much better customer service than the competition.

Dont waste your money. just spent $16.00 for their top wash, windshield wasnt clean, tire shine was halfway applied, dirt left on side of car, wheels were not cleaned, one man at entrance of wash, didnt spray down car.....all in all....very poor job. We moved so fast through tunnel, went through in less than 3 mi. Would have just has good of wash with their cheapest wash.....Just a rip-off....

I am going through the car wash as I’m typing this because I have to say the first young lady I encountered at the pay station was so sweet and so happy and just so awesome. And then the next person directing cars into the wash was just as happy as could be, a big grin. Staff here is awesome, great energy!

Good service, clean truck

It was nice and pretty fast. I always wish that car washes had a few more options for after the wash like window interior cleaning solution, window cleaner, paper towels etc. I would love to see these options available. Especially when you can get someone to detail the entire car for a few dollars more if not the same price. Just a suggestion.

This carwash is the best of the best. I know theres others but you will not find one with better customer service. Daniel is a cut above the rest and goes out of his way to help anyway he can. The customer service at this location is beyond superb. I had one minor issue and the owner himself called to correct the issue just minutes after I left a message. He was absolutely respectful and helpful and you just don’t get that kind of service everywhere. The car wash itself is amazing. My car is always sparkling and shiny when I leave and it’s free vacuuming. Definitely worth every penny. Thank you again for your kindness!!

This is a great car wash. It does a great job.

No public restroom. Had to move because the Vacuum didnt work. Pre-cleaning solution was like muddy water. In other washes around here it is kept clean and bright green. .....AND AGAIN - NO PUBLIC RESTROOM TO TAKE YOUR CHILDREN, or wash your hand after cleaning up your car. The one on Hwy 80 across from Kroger HAS a restroom and the one on 55 N. Frontage road. I wont use this one again.

I have the unlimited wash package which I use at least twice a week. The staff is friendly, and the bug wash station is always topped of with solution.(not just dirty water)I also love the air hose available at each vacuum station.
