I had a reservation to pick up car at 5 pm. Called spoke to an associate at 4:50 stated I was still on my way but if possible could I gave mu husband pick up car as i am running late. Was told yes. I stated my husnabd is on his way will be there shortly. He arrived at 5:05. Closed. 2 employees inside see him knock on door, make eye contact and they put arm in air like sorry cant help closed. 5 minutes late after I just spoke with spoke to an associate. They knew I was running few min late. No worries I went elsewhere

Called Daniel letting him know I was running late from work and asked if they could stay open a little after closing so I could get my rental. He assured that he could wait a little after as long as I was on my way. Got there and they had everything ready for me. Was in and out within minutes. Although the first vehicle had a service light on, before leaving they quickly worked on getting another vehicle ready for me and switched me out. Fantastic work and would highly recommend.

We recently had vehicle trouble and rented a car from this Enterprise location. They did everything they could to help us out. We ended up having to return the vehicle to another location and Ben, the manager, was awesome in helping with our bill and all the costs. I highly recommend this group! Nice bunch of people!

Rocky picked me up on time like they promised. Steves service was the best I ever received in Customer Care. The manager worked with my specific situation. They were all very nice and professional!!! The car was clean, half of tank of gas and save me lots of money. My only concern was the insurance $45.00 a day is a lot of money. I wanted peace of mind so I got the insurance. I was pretty happy when I came in to pick up my rental. I was given a free upgrade. He was pretty helpful and spoke to me as if we were old friends. However when I returned the car the young man that greeted me or lack there of never said good morning look or me in my face. But Im the type of person who will make you say something to me. I said good morning to him as well as give him a friendly smile but he still didnt budge. He acted as if I was bothering him and he had no time. I felt like he was rude. He never said thank you after taking my payment for renting their car for 2 weeks because mine went out in me (I ended up buying a brand spanking new car) I didnt feel like I was valued as a customer.. He did end up taking me home and on the ride there he did open up and talk my ear off. Hes actually a pretty funny guy and Im guessing he hadnt had his cup of coffee. Overall Im happy with the services and I will consider renting again from there...

This was surprisingly the easiest place to rent a car. Ive had horrible past experiences. This particular spot was professional, fast and loaned us a great car that was very clean in and out.. will be going to again in the future for more car rentals.

Always have a great experience with Enterprise, my go to rental place when I need a car. Only time I use anyone else is when enterprise is not available.

Due to a recall we were in a rental since this past November (9 months). For the first two months we used another Enterprise location, but switched to this location for the last seven months. Through all the issues we dealt with while dealing with a recall issue and the responsible car manufacturer, the staff at this Enterprise was fantastic! They always answered any questions we had promptly, worked hard finding the proper vehicles, and were always very kind. If the need ever arises again, we will be back! Thank you again!

Excellent service! I got there earlier than my reservation and the agent was very caring and understanding of me being on a tight schedule. I was provided a nice large SUV that fit my family and though I called stating I would be close to an hour late for my expected return, the same agent was very nice and said that this would be fine. The whole process of renting a car can be stressful particularly when there is much on the agenda for traveling and deadlines, but Enterprise eases the stress and anxiety by delivering superior customer service and care for their customers. I was even greeted by other members when checking in and checking out. This is what customer service should look like! Thanks Enterprise and for the staff at 720 Brandon. Blessings to you all!

My experience with Enterprise in Brandon off of highway 60 is always great. I never been to a place where everyone has great customer service. Need a good and reasonable rental this is your place. Keep up the good work ladies and gents.

Ive never had an issue at this location. They are always so welcoming and respectful. The last vehicle I was given was the cutest a royal blue Nissan Maxima 😍 it matched my dress for the special occasion the next day. They left the vehicle at the same price as my basic reservation price which was awesome. I will always stick with this location no matter what.

Excellent customer service and so very friendly and helpful. From the man at the counter of the 1st Enterprise I was dropped off at by a friend (it was where I thought I made the reservation at). He looked it up and drove me to the correct office. The lady there was sweet and there was no waiting. When I brought it back, the check out was quick and she had someone right away to take me back home. The young man that took me home was polite and even waited at the curb until I had unlocked my front door before he left. You dont see that much anymore. It was a great experience and I thank you so much.

The associates at the Brandon, FL location were top notch. I had an issue with the rental and it was taken care of immediately. Enterprise has been my go to for rentals for a number of years. They never fail to satisfy this customer.

Average experience, the car was good and service was reliable. However, for some reason there was an extra $70 charged to me after I returned the car, but it was sorted out and everything was handled. The only other thing I can say is some of the employees are rude. Upon calling to get some questions answered and get everything sorted out, I told them they’ve been helpful (in doing everything they can to fix any issues) and told the woman on the phone to have a nice day but got no response to either compliment or comment.

My mom received, from this location, a Kia rental after she had been in an accident. The car is so filthy that she is currently cleaning it out herself. Looks like previous user had gone to the beach because there is sand all in the trunk and backseat of the car. The backseat interior also appears to have either a recent vomit or other substance stain. The exterior looks like it hadn’t seen a car wash in months. The renting process itself was fine, but whoever was in charge of detailing this car did a horrific job.

This was the second time I have rented a vehicle at this facility.every thing was great.I dont remember the guy that took care of me but he was very very professional and courteous.

They truly know how to demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service skills and how to explain the process of renting a car after an accident. They focused on my concerns and I felt that my needs were met, instead of simply being given a package deal. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

The staff was courteous and did their best to get me out of there as soon as possible. My biggest complaint about the facility is that there is not enough parking. I rent cars for business trips and have the leave my car at the facility. Many times it is difficult to find a safe spot to park my car. The business next store will tow your car if you leave it there for an extended period of time.

Very loud greetings, long waiting period, vehicles are always dirty/smelly/animal hairs on seats/cigarette scent. For a huge company like Enterprise, I would expect better quality and cleanliness. I would not recommend. Ybor if you can. Enterprise is always a last option for me. I’m a dissatisfied customer!

Staff at Brandon Blvd. friendly and very professional. After getting car I was 2 hrs in route to Panhandle when rock hit windshield leaving long crack. I exited to Enterprise in Ocala where Daniel, facing challenges, was excellent in providing me with a replacement car . Great team at Enterprise! Follow up calls from both locations, courteous!

The Brandon location is the BEST!!! I moved here in March and have had to rent cars from them at least 3 times that I can remember. They were always professional and even helped me out when I needed a ride to or from the rental store. Even the guys in the back that clean and prep the cars were helpful when I couldnt figure out how to read the gas gauge on a newer car. I recommend everyone to this location!

Even though I was not able to rent a car this last weekend due to the hurricane in the panhandle, the staff was extremely nice and professional about it. I have rented from this location before though, and they have always given great service.

This location is awesome,my car broke down and I had get my son to a doctors appointment.Jamez Taylor is who I delt with he was very quick andPatient there was a problem with my debit card and I had to run across to get it sorted out,when I got back all I had to do is swipe my card and initial a paper in and out.I highly recommend this location.

I have been using rental cars for over 30 years. In that time Mike and his crew at Enterprisehave far exceeded the service of any car rental company I have used.I had several requests that other companies would have probably not been able to do. The guys at Enterprise made every attempt to help me with my rental needs. Thanks guys for being so accommodating.Returning the car also was trouble free. Return the car as you received it and there will be no hassle over dents/scratches.

Customer service is not great. Ive been waiting on my deposit for a car rental on Feb 1st for 2 months and I still have not received the check, supposedly it was sent out twice to the wrong address. Ben the Manager claimed that he did not have the correct address, which he was given and I also asked for him to repeat the address over the phone. I keep getting the run around. 2 months is unacceptable just to receive a check from them.

My mother rented a car with them recently and they added insurance that she did not request. They were in a hurry and did not even show her in details what she was paying. She called them and they agreed to return the call to help her, and she is still waiting for the call. Be careful what you sign; Do not trust only what you are told. Second and last time! We will not rent again with Enterprise.

Customer service was over the top. Friendly and helpful. Got a free upgrade when the vehicle in the class that I reserved (only one on the lot) was not suited for the trip.Only caution... the price quoted is far from the final cost, especially with the recommended add ons: insurance, state and local taxes, etc.

The staff at this location is amazing and very helpful. If there ever is something wrong with the rental car, they usually will do something to make it right by discounting it some or offering an upgrade next time. I highly recommend this location.

I was very pleased with enterprise. They came and picked me up at home and then dropped me back off when I returned the car back. The employees there are very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

The staff was friendly and the Jeep was amazingly comfortable and gas friendly. Awesome company to rent from. They even call you to make sure the vehicle is exceptional.

With a tall order I asked for a pick up truck shortly after Irma blew into Florida. Enterprise delivered with flying colors a Dodge heavy duty truck for me to make a delivery of generators and supplies to the islands. The local branches work very well together and helped me get the vehicle I needed in short order.

Superior to Hertz and great customer service. They just need more room for parking cars. Lobby very comfortable.

All Enterprise rental will be rated becouse of corporate pour practicing. We will not rent from any of there store. Becouse long story short thay took $500.00 cash from my son after someone hit him. And also was payed but Advance pool and spa which was the party at fault. And them after telling my son that would not file on his insurance company. Thay went BEHINE his back and file a false Insurance claim.

My experience at this site has always been Excellent! Never in the five plus years Ive been going there have i had a problem, and the few minor glitches were addressed immediately and off i went! My biggest pet peeve about Enterprise is redeeming my points!!!! Ive called because I forgot my password was told i was getting an email and NOTHING!! And this was over a month ago!!

If I could give less than one star I would. After I rented the car, I noticed the tag was expiring at the end of the month, and we reserved the car into the next month. No one wanted to help fix the issue. National number said to bring it by any Enterprise to switch the car out. 5 tries in 3 states and it was clear no one wanted this car with an expiring tag and no one wanted to help. They just shrugged and said if we got a ticket we would be reimbursed. Unacceptable. We spent way more of our vacation trying to track down another car than we should have.

After many years of renting vehicles at this and many other Enterprise rental car locations throughout the country for business and pleasure I was thoroughly disrespected by the staff and management.I was made to feel like a second-class citizen and after making an advance rental Arrangements was denied a rental because I was using a debit card not a credit card. In addition to that they demanded that I provide 5 written character references. When requesting to speak to a manager about the situation I was flippantly dismissed.So sadly Ive had to revise my initial review of this location from five stars to 1 star.Needless to say I was able to obtain a rental from another location without humiliation.

Rented a simple pickup truck for 12 days. This branch tried to charge me for 14 days. Assistant Manager was rude and not understanding. The vehicle was nearly new, but had several things wrong with it and smelled of smoke. Would recommend renting somewhere else.

This place has a horrible staff. I received conflicting information from them, and they kept giving me round-about answers so as not to admit their fault. I really liked their prices, but I rather pay more for better service. They suck! Then again, I should have known by the smell of their moldy carpet.Now Im at Hertz on 301 and got a car with no reservation in less than 15 minutes!

This is the worst enterprise location I have experienced so far. Very poor customer service. They were rude. I had mixed experience. When I took mini van, the service was good. The next time I booked a full size car with plus points. Their service was rude. Finally I cancelled the booking. Try other nearby rental locations.

The manager, Steven Adboo, was amazing and they were very responsive to my needs. Highly recommend.

Setting up the reservation on line was a breeze....i had requested a pick up and couldnt have been happier with the young man who came and picked me up, took me to the Enterprise office then checked me in...we looked over the vehicle, he took the time to make sure i knew the vehicles features and that i was comfortable with it!! Again i could not be more pleased with this transaction!! Definately will be back!!

I was very satisfied with the vehicle they gave me even though it was an SUV it was very economical on fuel. I didnt give them five stars only because they could not drop me off to pick up my car but I couldnt give them complete blame cuz they were super busy that day.

Everyone at the Brandon location did an excellent job in assisting me with my rental car due to somebody rear-ending me and damaging my truck. I cant thank them enough for being on the ball and making the entire process smooth considering there was no definite rental date of return.

Got the run around all day wasnt able to get a car until 4pm scheduled a 730am reservation told to go to tampa on hillsborough they had no clue I was even coming lost a lot of work time a lot of broken words and side neck talking just to move you along a lot of teeth showing skinen and grinning LOL not what the Comercial shows and to think I work for a company that has a corporate account with you guys and I will inform ChenMed about my experience 2nd time and hopefully the LAST!

They tried to lie to me so I would take a downgrade from what I reserved after I point blank asked the guy about the downgrade. Car was also filthy inside and out with pet hair being on the seats. Ended up calling corporate office after I left and I verified that I did get a downgrade but was being charged the original rental price that I reserved. Corporate informed me that I should call them back and inform them that I called corporate. At that point they finally gave me the car I reserved in the first place which was literally parked next to the car they tried to pawn off on me and that I asked about in the first place. Very disappointed with the experience at this branch, I’ve never had an experience like this at an enterprise before.

I was very satisfied with the car and use. I was not satisfied that because of your location you could not drop me off at the airport. I have traveled all over the country with Enterprise. My sister and I spent 6 months on the road, visiting 26 states and were picked up all over the place. We were traveling by motorhome and were picked up in the park. Imagine my surprise when I was told I would have to hire an independent transportation to get from the dropoff to the airport, another 40 or 50 bucks after I paid you over 700 dollars.I traveled into the WV Ohio area and had the sky cap give me his phone number. I rented one of your cars, was traveling with luggage and my little doggie in a carrier. When he dropped me off, he had me call him when I was headed back, met at the Enterprise lot, took me and my enterouge into the terminal and got me checked in and on my way. .....and your company couldnt even drive me a ridd the bridge to the airport.If your location at the airport had been open when I flew in at 12am, I would have rented a car there and gone on to my destination. But it wasnt, so I incurred a hotel stay because there were no agencies open. I incurred a hotel room stay because I had to wait until morning to get a car. Then when I call and ask for a ride to the airport, they tell me I will have to take a shuttle, a commercial shuttle that I would have had to pay for. I will use again, but will first check on any hidden clauses that are going to cost me additional fees. (The ad that says you will courtesy pick us up and bring us back after we rent, needs to have an addendum. If we are closed at the airport when you arrive, you will need to be prepared to pay for a ride back to the airport when you rent offsite. Otherwise you run a pretty good service.

Enterprise has been a good company to rent from until now. The customer service has detiriorated and the service standards are down the drain. I aways shopped at Brandon location on SR60 but this time the vehicle I receive looked like it passed thru a couple of rentals without a wash before they gave it to me and the rep is telling me is stains that wont come out. I took it to the car was n cleaned without hard work. I called 800# but never got a call back. SAD. Not even worth the time.

The sign of a good company is how they service you when things go wrong... I reserved at another location.. they accommodated me. The first car wasnt right... they accommodated me.Great branch! I use them all the time for business, and will keep coming back.

Im 56 years old and I have rented car very often through out my long life but I have to say that my experience with Enterprise was very impressive not only for the awesome customer service but because they were all so young and respectful, and it was just over the top service. Rented a new midsize quadcab pickup for vacation. Enterprise upgraded me at no charge. F150 was perfect and gave me excellent view and good has mileage for such a comfortable truck.Enterprise couldnt have been better and I would recommend their Brandon office to anyone.

We rent a car for 4 days to enjoy trip at Florida and it was a nice car.

If I could leave 0 starts, I would.I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location and Im even disappointed in how they handled other customers while I was there.Corey was extremely unhelpful and when I expressed my frustration, he could not have cared less.Rocky was helping a customer next to me and made comments and facial expressions that I found to be quite inappropriate when the customer expressed his own dissatisfaction with the service he received - he was supposed to get picked up at 4, and this was at 5:15 - they had never picked him up!The guys at this location were unhelpful, lacked any kind of sympathy or empathy for any of the customers that were there!This ended up being a huge waste of time for me and nobody cared about the time I wasnt going to get back or the time I had to spend creating alternative arrangements.

The agents were courteous and assisted me in a timely manner. I set my pickup time for 6pm and 6pm on the dot my car was ready.

Car rented was not acceptable (a prior renter smoked in the auto ). BUT, the staff at Enterprise came up to the plate and took care of the issue quickly and properly...Its not always the good or bad experiences you receive, but how the company addresses it. Will rent again... Cannot rate 5 stars because the car should have been reviewed before its re-release.

I must say the Brandon branch is always busy. But the employees always take really good care of my rental car needs. Keep up the good work!!

My reservation went well (as always). I got my car and was out of there very quick. When I brought it back, I was asked if everything was OK. Enterprise is my Go TO car rental agency.

Reservation was simple, staff was fantastic. The Chevy Traverse was also the vehicle I needed. Very convenient....in and out.

I wish there were 0 stars..this office has made me NEVER want to use Enterprise again. I lost my rental keys while visiting Tampa for work, customer service advised me to call the nearest Enterprise to have them bring me a new car. As instructed, I explained my situation and it was a battle from there. I have never been in a more frustrating situation. They made me Google the booking branches telephone number, call them for approval, instruct them to send an approval email, and call the tow truck driver to find out which dodge dealership it was taken to (bec no one wanted to Google the name). After 2 hours and no call from Joe, I called him, he informed me that he was unable to pull up my record due to limited database access. 2 hours prior I wouldve understood to explain. At this point Im thoroughly disgusted. The Tallahassee (Mahan) branch called to check on me and was appalled by this level of service. 7.5 hours later and 45 minute late pick up, I arrived at this location and wasnt greeted, paperwork hadnt been started, and they needed to call Tallahassee for the millionth time....30 minutes later I was given a smelly tiny compact (paid for intermediate) that smells like burnt year old fish. Stuck all day without a car and horrible customer service I will rent elsewhere from now on.
