Very friendly, courteous, attentive, and timely. I had a flat tire which wasnt repairable, they had to order the tire with only 10 minutes to spare before the vendor was to close on a Saturday. They were able to retrieve the tire and install it on the vehicle very comfortable atmosphere while I waited.

It is in a convenient location. A very comfortable waiting area and management is very responsive and professional. The work was done well. I would suggest you use them for general repairs and maintenance.

From when you enter the location JJ and Shannon are very welcoming and lets you know up front how long service will take. My car was towed here by AAA when I was driving through Florida. With less than 80k miles, the check engine light came on. It turned out the engine was wrecked, which I was not at all prepared for. The people here were so nice and helpful. There was nothing to do and they gave me a salvage place and really made a pretty rough experience a little better by being so kind to me. I appreciated it a lot and highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

My first time at this shop, I was there to get a new set of tires and possible break pads replacement for my vehicle. I had shopped around town, from South Tampa-Brandon for a good deal on the tires. Did my research on the tire they were selling me, and had excellent ratings and for the price is why I made a decision to do business with them. JJ helped me out tremendously im new to the area and i have a brand new car, i ran over a huge screw, and was told by several shops i had to replace my tire... i then called tripleA and they referred me to Elite Auto care. JJ told me to bring in my car and he would do what he could for me, the shop is clean nice and quiet a small shop owned by Mr. Shannon long who was there on his day off, everyone was really nice professional and helpful and they were able to patch my tire with no issue in less than a hour i left very happy and satisfied i would recommend supporting small businesses in the area.. i will definitely return for any other issues if arises, definitely a 5star place!

I visited this place to have my car checked for a problem. At first, was told that there multiple reasons for that and it would involve several hours for diagnosis which would cost around $100. But again, I was given a bargain for basic inspection for less price and was told to come the next day. I returned next day and waited briefly before being told to take my car to a body shop as it had a structural damage. I cant understand, how come the inspection that is supposed to last hours was done in a few minutes time? And the car was never moved from the place I parked!! He could have told meUpfront instead of playing hide and seek. Time and effort wasted.

I took my car in to Elite Tire and Auto at 11:45 Wednesday morning to get a new tire and was informed that it would be about an hour and a half before they could get my car up on a bay. They offered for one of their employees to drive me home if I didn’t want to wait that long at the shop. This was a great gesture and is the only positive part of my experience with this business. I am shocked that so many people have given such amazing reviews after the experience I had with them. About two hours after dropping my car off, I called and spoke with the owner, Shannon. He seemed annoyed that I was calling to check and said that he had just gotten back from a meeting and that my car was still parked outside in the parking lot where I left it. He said that he would call me back in 15 minutes to let me know what was going on. When I had not heard back in 30 minutes, I paid for an Uber to come pick me up and take me back to the shop. When I got there, they informed me that they had just pulled my car into the bay. I waited a few more minutes and they then informed me that they had no tires my size. (I drive a Nissan Versa with pretty standard size tires.) And that it would be an hour or more for me to wait for them to go pick the tire up from another location. I had other things I had to get done that afternoon, so I told him that it would not be an option for me to wait that long and asked the owner why he would not have checked to make sure that they have that tire in the three hours that I was waiting for my vehicle. He gave me an excuse that it was because of the rain that they were backed up. That does not excuse the fact that he could have easily made sure my tire was in stock. Upon dropping my car off, I asked twice for the price and he could not even give me a straight answer. The tire could have been couriered in from the other location in the three hours that I was waiting for my car. So now I’ve wasted half of my day, money for an Uber, and I still don’t have my tire. I understand that things happen and everything can’t be perfect all the time, but if they were really as great as everyone thinks they are, they would have done something to make this right. I left their location in tears and the owner acted like he didn’t care at all. I was not rude, did not cause a scene, I just wanted to know why this was handled so unprofessionally. Brian, the manager, called me about 30 minutes later to apologize and offer to give me the $40 tire I asked for for $60 installed. This is not good enough after everything that happened. Just really disappointed that I wasted time and money on a place that doesn’t seem to care. Brian was nice, but I think his hands were tied as the owner did not seem to care about the situation.
