Dont Go here.....I had contacted them about a year and a half ago and they quoted me higher, than what I was actually paying. I havent talked to them in almost 2 years, I ignore the phone calls and emails and today, I get a letter in the mail that they ran a quote for me, without even talking to me or getting my correct info or even correct vehicle. ( I have traded in vehicle since talking to them and have moved to a different place) Do not go here, you can get your own quote online for cheaper and a better company than what they can offer you. I know I did and it was even with the company they quoted me from. Dont go here..

First of all Jillian was awesome! She was great to talk with and always made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately I was told I couldnt always talk to her because she was in a different department. I got 5 or 6 people to switch to them just because of her. Cant say enough about her. Only had 1 issue and that was when my wife was in an accident and the police said it was a no fault. Then MY insurance company (couldnt talk to Jillian) did their investigation and said my wife was at fault. Not sure why my insurance company who I pay would choose to charge their own customer with an accident when they have the option of paying out nothing (I wasnt fixing the little damage to our car) or paying for the damage to the other persons car. (They were also not a customer of Clark Ins) Then I was charged on my policy another at fault accident... I thought they would work for me to save my interests. I was wrong.

!DANGER! I had insurance with them for about 6 years with 2 cars and renters insurance. I had a payment increase from $123 to $193. I would avoid this business even if it was free insurance. Poor customer service. They are just in it to get your money. Find different insurance place.

I called for estimate 4 years ago they where very hi priced now they wont stop calling me and leaving messages i blocked there number now they call from unlisted number not very professional

I cancelled my policies in October due to bery poor service. They almost cost me my house because they couldnt manage to get me a binder in 3 weeks with multiple pics all because they said i was missing 1 angle of the garage. My bank had to get me a new company on the fly that got me a binder in 30 minutes with no pics. I was expecting refunds yet im still getting bills even though ive had new insurance since October .They do not return messages and progressive just says I have to go thru the agents. These are by far the worst agents ive ever had in 43 years

They make it easy to get affordable insurance. Everyone is super nice there as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I dont know how to evaluate this insurance company. I really feel the racial discrimination deeply. Even if the staff sit and you stand, whats more, if you have any problems, they wont help you in the first time. They will only say that I dont know. Im not from this department. Later, they asked friends to call and wait for a total of one hour before receiving the results. This is the last one The second time I used their company, I was introduced by a friend and used this insurance company for three years. I always feel very friendly, but today Im really unhappy. When you pay money, they are very fast. Its very late for them to pay their bills. I dont know if the American law stipulates this. I just think if you are smart Mingren, please dont come back to this company. I also use this company for the last time, because the insurance is about to expire and I cant change it

I spoke with Jo today, she helped me with my truck insurance. She’s kind, pleasant, and as an added benefit I didn’t have to drag anything out of her. That seems to be the norm these days. It’s nice to know there are still people out there that know all the questions before they’re asked. Jo is one of those people.

Im a full-time RVer and have to offer a huge Thank You to Jillian at Clark Insurance. She put up with a number of questions and changes in my requests for quotes, and always responded quickly with clear and straight answers. In fact, the only agent who has. I had other competitive quotes on my 2005 GMC Sierra truck and a new (to me) 2017 Keystone Cougar travel trailer, but Jillian is the only one I truly trusted. And I have a strong feeling shed be just as helpful and competent with a claim. I strongly recommend her if you are looking for insurance in South Dakota. And, no, Im not related to the company or paid for any endorsement. Just very impressed with her customer service.😀

I have no idea how this place received our number and information 3 years ago, but they WILL NOT STOP CALLING us. Weve explained several times that we did not request a quote and asked them to stop calling us as we currently have insurance through another agent that: 1. we love and dont want to leave and 2. has better coverage at cheaper rates. Well go for about 2 months without hearing anything and then BAM! They are calling at least once a day, EVERY DAY at the most inconvenient times. They are always asking for my husbands name on my cell phone number. If you want to be constantly harassed, this is the place to be. If not, go literally anywhere else.
