Acme Termiye &Pest Control is a company in Bradenton, Florida that takes care of the bugs around my house.

Termites are scary because of the damage that they can cause without your knowing. I have experienced termite swarms for years and had inspections only to get differing opinions about what kind of termite and how they should be treated. Eventually I found evidence of damage being done with small wood piles on the carpet in the upstairs which is wood framed. Called Acme and they definitively determined that they were hardwood termites. That tenting was not necessary or even practical because I have a two story screen enclosure. Acme gave me a fair quote with a 1 year guarantee and I had them come out immediately to spot treat the walls where it was clear termites had infested. They were here about half the day. Clean, thorough, professional. Good job!

My house was infested with Termites even AFTER they sprayed the house. You call them to come to take action and they give you a date 3 weeks out - meanwhile the infestation continues.After much back and forth - no help from them. Their motto is: Professional Service With A Personal Touch... That Only A Family Business Can Provide - all we got was attitude and non cooperation each time we called. We decided to go with a professional pest control company; and our issue was brought under control within days.Please do your research before signing up with them and their so called renewal plan. Absolutely painful.

I love ACME. Theyve been treating my pests for years and I always suggest them to my clients (for real estate). Always on time, always professional and super super knowledgeable on pests, which we may not like to hear but they have all of the answers. They also do not subcontract, which is hugely important!!

Used to be good service! They scheduled an appointment and never called or showed up. After speaking with the tech explaining I had a newborn and a cat I didn’t want chemicals everywhere, he sprayed the entire house when I’ve never had them spray inside before! It’s always been exterior.. then he loads my kitchen sink with ant poison where I give my baby a bath! He never asked my wife prior to placing the poison and to be clear I was very clear on the phone, I didn’t want poisons everywhere! They have had some changes internally that has negatively affected their business! If you have children and pets and don’t want poison around them I would certainly think twice on allowing them treat your home!I only asked for a safe spot treatment for some ants we had in the kitchen. My entire backsplash was loaded with poison, I’ve never seen so much for a very small ant issue. Ridiculous!

Excellent customer service in setting up an appointment. The appointment ‘window’ was kept - actually a bit early - and he called ahead as promised to let me know time frame for arrival. Prompt, reliable, and courteous inspector. Detailed, meticulous, and professional inspection. I am VERY impressed with the service and, most of all, I feel much more relaxed and confident that our home is currently not infested with termites or bugs. ACME was recommended to me and I will be recommending them to others.
