My wife and I went there yesterday on our outing she and I had a awesome time there getting a pedicure and manicure they are two nail technicians in there Mina and Joey theyre awesome easy to talk to and have a good conversation the atmosphere is relaxing the place is clean nice and neat I would recommend anybody to go there.. we will definitely return back real soon

I love this nail shop. Its just a simple nail shop but Ive always received excellent customer service and I feel like they always take extra time with me. Im sure that thats not the case, but they never seem to be in a rush when they do my nails.

I had the pleasure of having my toes done by Na! Not only is she insanely talented but efficient and sooo sweet. She gives an amazing calf rub too! 😁. I was super relaxed and left w beautiful shiny pink toes 🥰I highly recommend!! Will def come back to get spoiled again 🤗

The Nail Shoppe and it’s staff are highly professional and give excellent service whether it’s a manicure, acrylic/gel nails or a pedicure. I love the convenience of being able to have my eyebrows waxed as well. All of their services that they render are awesome! I’ve been to many different nail shops in the area since I’ve moved here in 1981 and can tell you that this one is the best by far. They have an extremely personable staff. The facility is very clean also which is very important to me.

Great service and my nails are so pretty!

The staff here is very nice and friendly but they have striked out three times with me when it comes down to the quality and Professionalism. The first occasion was when Na did my nails for the first time (and last). My nails didn’t even make it to a week. They started falling off three days after my appointment. The second time I come for my nail appointment Hong was doing my nails this time I got gel polish on my nails. They start falling off five days after I got them done. Mind you I was told by Hong that my nails would last a long time and they didn’t. The last straw was when I went in person to set up an appointment (for another day) and their shop is closed. Before I headed over there I went on Google to see if they were open which it said that they were, I go on their Facebook page and it says that they’re open I go in person it’s closed. They didn’t give any forewarning that they would be closed today. I personally am never coming back here I’ll just go elsewhere.

Please read whole review.Walked in didnt even know if it was open it was very dark asked for acrylic nails the lady was so rude said they dont have person on to do that and I would have to give a 2 week notice and it takes 2 hrs to do. So I left and went to aloha nails right down the road which is a real nail a spa hair salon decent prices for everything they really do pamper you there.

They do not book online. So call instead. I thought I booked online . Only to show up and was told they dont do that. But they were very accommodating. And did a great job!. Thank you The Nail Shoppe.

Im truly one to say The Nail Shoope is awesome. I have been with them a while now. They never disappoint and always do their best to work around my hectic schedule. I find it hard to believe the the last review was so negative, maybe the other nail places she had service done did not speak English and was not a business that valued their relationships with their clients. I ask a question to her review, if you loved their services? Why not just work with what the offer? I do. I will never go to any place else. Kudos to Na and her staff.

I have tried a lot of nail salons around Tampa area but non of their services entirely satisfied my needs. For me Nail Shoppe is the best nail salon I have ever been at. Na is the most professional and the amazing manager/ nail tech ever. She does miracles with my nails. More over their salon is always clean and nice. Staff is great! I absolutely recommend this salon to everyone.

Very happy with staff and very impressed with how clean the establishment is. I hate walking into a nail shop and being blasted with the chemical smells of all the products. When I walked into this place there was little or no smell at all. Highly recommend it.

Im not sure what the 2nd comment below me is referring to? She must must not be talking about this place. Ive never been to a cleaner salon. Their sterilizers are right by the sinks - you cant miss them. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would ! Good luck finding a better nail shoppe than this :)

Extremely talented nail techs, friendly and clean atmosphere. I was a nail tech for 20 yrs and Im very picky about how my nails are done. Ive been to several places in the area and have left unhappy. I leave very satisfied from each appointment Ive had at The Nail Shoppe! I highly recommend them!

I have been to every nail salon in the area and I feel like Ive finally found a home. The service is pleasant and personal. They always take the time to ensure they are doing a great job.

They are amazing! I forgot to say that I wanted a manicure and the owner left her house and came to do it, once there was no one else available! Good attention to detail and good price!

Hands down best nail shop in this area!! Everyone here is beyond talented, you will never be disappointed! Regarding the one star I see under me, if you call for pricing I’m not sure why you wouldn’t ask if they are appointment based or walk ins.. this nail shop is not like the rest, and is appointment based due to them being soooo amazing! If there was any way to give more than 5 stars they would get it!

This place is fabulous. My mother gets manicures and her eyebrows done here all the time and recommended it. Ive went in for a full set and my boyfriend for a pedicure and we are going back this weekend. The shop is very modern and clean. What I like about it the most is that you dont feel like you are being rushed through the process so they can get the next customer in the chair. Maybe the person who gave it one star is confused about which one this is because it is really one of the best nail salons Ive been to and Ive been going to them for 20 plus years.

Im not entirely certain why others would rate this shop at anything less than five stars. The Nail Shoppe is incredible! From the moment you call to make your appointment to the time you walk out the door, you are treated like family. So much so that all employees take extra care to make sure the shop is spotless, instruments are sterile (they have two sterilizers in customer sight...owner being an OR surgical scrub helps this place be extra clean), and every pedicure gets a new package of a pumice, nail file, and buffer. They know you by name, encourage relaxation, and genuinely care about their clients. This has been my nail home (and my moms, grandmas, cousins, etc) since they opened. I love The Shoppe!

I had a great experience here. I have recommended it to several people since my visit. As for the other post insinuating the other reviews arent genuine. ......you sound like one of those people that are impossible to please. Just because you disagree with us doesnt make us wrong or fake.

First time there (about 6 weeks ago) was great.Got in the same day I called.Deja did my pedicure and Hoang (owner) did my fill.When I booked the next visit, I had to book a bit further out because Hoang was going to be on vacation for the 4th.I had no problem with that as I wanted the same people.An hour ago I get a voicemail that they need to move my appointment from 10 am to 11 am which was fine with me as long as I could make my 1 pm eye appointment.Was told this wasn’t possible so they went into the next week but couldn’t get me in with Hoang and Deja.A friend had warned me that it was hard to get in once your first appointment was done.Very disappointed that they wouldn’t accommodate me as I am faithful once I find someone I like and I tip well!Oh well, lesson learned.Wow!You cancel my appointment that was booked three weeks ago and that’s accommodating!If I cancel one of my client’s appointments, I bend over backwards to work around their schedule to reschedule.I don’t scream.I don’t threaten.I told your receptionist I I was VERY unhappy and was going to tell my story...I didn’t threaten, I gave the facts.

I came in to finally update a new nail place only to find out they are completely booked for days but when I called that would of been nice to know before driving 25+ minutes out of my way

My mother and I walled into this nail shoppe right after not being acknowledged at another nail shop near by.As soon as we walked in, we were greeted & penciled in.This was my mother and Is first time at this nail shoppe & we were completely unaware of the appointment ONLY policy. I am so greatful that my mother and I were able to get in.I can honestly say that I have found my forever nail salon. Thank you to the staff for such AMAZING hospitality, and thank you Deja for your amazing work!I left and scheduled my next appointment immediately. If I were able to give more stars, I would!

I went here only because of the awesome nail art pictures I saw on yelp of their work. They did not allow bookings to be made via the messaging system because they state they want to be sure they completely understand what services you want and attention to detail.So I called. I stated I wanted a full set of nails. They asked me two questions. Do you want full set nail? Yes. And gel nail? Yes.Okay. So much for attention to detail.So I arrive for my appt. and the lady confirms I want tips and starts to apply the acrylic. I stop her. Tell her I specifically stated I wanted gel nails. She said, well its acrylic nails with gel overlay. I say, no thats not what I thought I was getting. So she steps away to check with who she says is the only girl in the salon who can do gel nails. Comes back and no they can not accommodate me because of a scheduling conflict. Wow. Now Im kinda pissed off. I already have the tips on so I decide to go ahead with the acrylic.I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted. She seemed to be not quite sure she could deliver. And as we proceeded through the appt I became more aware I was not going to get exactly what I wanted.I left a generous tip and will not be back.

I waited 3 days for an appointment. The place overwhelmingly smells like nail polish fumes, very little seating, and inexperienced and unprofessional staff. They did not perform the right service for me, applied multiple coats of smudged nail polish that took forever to dry and did not dry evenly, and were showing lifetime movies of women being raped. Also the tech was unable to do simple nail art -not did it wrong, refused to do it bc she didnt know how. This was not a relaxing experience and I could not wait to get out of there. Way overrated!

It is sanitary where some other nail salons are not. They do a great job on manicures. The only negative thing is they dont do designs, just plain nails.

I have been a customer of the Nail Shoppe for many years and have been very pleased with the staff, cleanliness of the salon, the services and the prices. I completely disagree with Barbara Hutchinson. Okay... So you waited 3 days for an appointment, they are busy and have many return customers that schedule their appointments weeks in advance. I mean seriously!? How many shops have you visited where you schedule an appointment but the salon allows every walk-in that walks through the door the opportunity to squeeze in?? Now your nails are being rushed and the quality of the service has now gone out the window. I prefer places like the Nail Shoppe where they actually take the time to make me pretty. Lets be real for one minute... Did your review seriously say that the establishment overwhelmingly smells like nail polish fumes (this is a joke right!?!?)... Ummmm its a nail salon, what do you expect the place to smell like??Ive been to pretty much every technician at the salon, each of them specialize in something different. Maybe before scheduling a visit you could explain the services that you would like so they can partner you with someone that fits your needs.Personally, I love the fact that they play lifetime movies... Sometimes I will stay longer so I can see the ending of the movie (lifetime gets me every time).So Barbara... Not really sure many other of the Nail shoppes frequent flyers would agree with you either. Personally... I could care less if someone like you returned.. In Reference to Stacy Ks review:I started coming to nail shoppe when they opened across from my house, all of them are amazing and do the best to accommodate everyone. Its funny I happened to stumble across this post under mine from Stacey K....I was there the SAME day sitting near you when you made it quite obvious that you had a bad day at work (you mentioned it) and you were pleased with the techs work or pretended to be as you left. They asked you two questions that determine the amount of time they need to a lot for you specificly. It is YOUR job to elaborate exactly what you want because there are so many different techniques and gels that not every tech can do. When she informed you that salon didnt carry what you wanted before she even started you could have simply told her to cancel the appointment or to have her remove the tips instead of sitting there with a bad attitude and making the tech feel uncomfortable. You clearly showed them a photo that a tech did somewhere else! I really hope she doesnt read this especially after you made it a point to tell her she did a great job.Shame on you!

1st time experience was horrible and it made me not want to come back :/. I walked into the nail shoppe and it closes at 7:00 and I went in at 6:20 and they had me sit there for 5-7 minutes and they told me that they were just finishing their last client and they made me leave !

The Nail Shoppe is the best!!!
