Best pedicure I have gotten! I wasnt even ticklish. My fiance got his first pedicure here as well and was so relaxed he fell asleep! They definitely know what they are doing and they have a lot of different packages.

I had David for a dip manicure and he did AMAZING they could not have been better. Highly recommend this salon and tech.

I rarely ever leave reviews but I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! Salon is the sweetest. Reasonable prices. Add to that the fact that all technicians are truly lovely, friendly and I cant imagine why you would waste your dollars anywhere else. Youll be so glad you did. Salon did a fantastic job with my pedicure, and place was clean and relaxing. Will be back again.

We had a pedicure and it was delightful, relaxing and fun. Everyone was friendly but not over the top. So it was comfortable. Love the massage chairs! My feet look and feel thirty years younger and my toenails are sparkly green. A great experience. 5 stars!

Kathy I am very upset I called you ahead of time to let you know this was a special day my son and his daughter were coming in to both have their nails and feet done. You completely forgot about my sons nails you only did his feet. This was to be special a father and daughter bonding. I am very hurt on how they were treated. Will not be back😫

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOURE OKAY FEELING UNCOMFORTABLE!!!The very first time I came here, everyone was very nice. I asked for a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. The man who took care of me, Tim, politely told me I can come back in order to remove the gel manicure, since it has to be removed a certain way.Three weeks later, I do exactly that. I come back to remove the gel and all of a sudden all the employees were so unwelcoming. I guess they were bothered that I only came in to do one thing, when Tim assured me it was completely fine. But even HE made me feel unwelcome. He didnt even make conversation with me like he did before and was very short and dry when I tried speaking to him. Once I was finished, Tim just walked away without saying a word, and another lady ended up checking me out. I paid with card, and again, I got this hostile stare and she asks me, You dont have cash?Seriously? Is this how you treat your customers now? Good job, you just lost 2 clients because my mother is not going back either. What a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place already does not have enough stars, so unless they want more customers, theyre going to have to start changing their attitude.

I was extremely satisfied with my regular mani pedi today. It was flawless and fast.I was in and out in a little less than an hour. I tipped them in cash and I headed on my way. Its been a week, and my nails are still in good order. A week is an extraordinary long time for me to not have chips in my polish. Im very prone to ruining my nails (from doing dishes to playing with my dogs), sometimes even before I have a chance to leave the salon. Thanks, my visit was pleasant and I didnt require much more than what they had offered. Love the quick and impeccable service. I am definitely coming back!

I always get excellent service. Andy is my go to girl and always does exactly what I want for design. The spa overall is very clean, the selection of polishes is great and I love how they offer several choices on the pedicure. Im a clean freak and they use a plastic liner for the pedicures when requested. It is best to set a appt but they always do well with accommodating walk ins.

Been going to Zen for 10+ years. They use the most current and innovative nail products and techniques. They recently remodeled and have a beautiful salon. Friendly staff. Also recently started carrying a new line of skin products called NuSkin. Highly recommend this salon.

Where do I start?First experience there was two weeks ago for a pedicure.I selected a ‘deluxe’ that was $49.The massage was less than 5 minutes.The gel was not the exact color I selected, but when I tried to explain this?I was either not understood, or I was ignored, but it was close enough so it wasn’t worth the aggravation.You cannot put a gratuity on your debit card, but for your ‘convenience’ they have an ATM right there.For a $3 fee you can get cash to tip.There was a $10 upcharge for gel that wasn’t mentioned.I paid and swore I’d never go back.Well I thought I’d give them a 2nd chance for a manicure.Walking in at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday to a deserted salon should be a clear message but I still tried.There was 1 woman waiting.I asked how long and was told ‘a few minutes’ so I said ‘How many? 10? 15 how long is a few?’I had plans and couldn’t wait a long time.She said something not in English then looked past me at a poor misguided woman who came in after me.I said ‘Hello!’ And she walked away.I walked out.I would completely give up manicures and pedicures if this was my only choice.I’ll drive past this place to go to another salon and I’ll do it with a happy smile on my face.Bad service, over priced and rude.Avoid it at all costs.

Previously, I had a very good experience with Tracy. She was not available mid afternoon when my friend and I had a block of time available and Hannah took care of my nails. This was the first time I had had a gel removed and she made it a very pleasant experience my nails look beautiful and I really like the salon I will keep coming.

Ive gone to this nail salon several times now and actually like it, however they are very inconsistent with service. This last time I went I got the owner for the first time and she was unfriendly, and moved me through quickly. I walked in, sat down and she rushed me to choose a color. I get gel polish since it lasts longer and ended up choosing a color that I hated. Used very cold water to soak hands before trimming cuticles- ouch.Take your time with your client...If you do get them on a good day they will offer you wine, water, etc. with good service...

I enjoyed my experience. Andy did a wonderful job on my nails and the woman doing my mothers nails a pedicure was very nice and attentive. Id go back.

My first and last visit because the guy barely put a lot of glue on my nail set even when I mentioned it. The day after I had them done, they all began to fall off and they wouldn’t even redo them for me or give me a refund. They were also mad that I didn’t leave a good enough tip. Workers were rude there and just weren’t as friendly. Not a good atmosphere. They only seem to care about making money. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon.

I paid almost 100$ got everything done. Gel... then it chips in two days... I have been going here for two years... and when they changed owners.. I have to go all the way in town just to pay less and get it done right. Its a shame.

Not pleasant. Correct order of steps was missed and as a result, I had cuts on my feet. Soaking feet in water with cuticle remover before removing cuticle would have prevented. Obvious lack of training and experience on part of both techs. Wrong supplies use - rough nail brush on my skin; rough pads (brillo?) hurt

I have been many times over 2 years and brought two of my daughters here for manis and pedis. I have had consistent service with 3 of the techs. Get to know the staff and pick who you like that gives you consistent service and make an appointment! Walk-ins get whoever is not busy at the moment so perhaps they are new or less well trained. I have not been disappointed with this place, they always offer water, and my gel mani lasts over 2 weeks every time.

Dont know how this place has any good reviews. Everytime Im here I see people complaining and having issues. I dont know why I keep trying this place out expecting different. Very overpriced which I wouldnt mind if they were actually good. A male technician made extremely disgusting comments to me while getting a pedicure, I was horrified. Ive been cut 3 times in one sitting by a technician, very unsanitary how they go about helping you with your cuts when they cut you. No tools are cleaned, its kinda gross how they pull tools out of draw makes you wonder what else dont they clean. Then I made the mistake of having my mom and sister try them and both had the gel polish chip within a day! I keep trying to want this place to be good but the customer service sucks too so nobody will rectify your issues anyway . Cosmetically it looks great and they serve wine and water, to you its great but I think the rest just sucks completely!

This was my second time trying this nail salon and it shall be my last. In both cases I found them to be rough, very rude and also sub par. I would not recommend this salon to anyone as there are several other local salons choose from.

Rushed from the moment we entered the door. Didn’t have more than ONE MINUTE to pick a color. Gel nails look messy and they’re overpriced for their services. Pull you in throw you out.
