Plumbing fittings are ALWAYS a disaster... The picture below is EVERY single box. This box is 1/2 PVC caps... DO YOU SEE ONE SINGLE 1/2 PVC cap??? NO but tons of junk. All the boxes look like this... why would you come here for plumbing fittings???

I frequent this location a lot. Its close to where I live and oddly enough an intersection away from Home Depot. The first time I used an automated key cutting kiosk was at this store. Helpful staff and fairly kind interactions so far.

You really need MORE help.We waited well over 40min for assistance in plumbing. It was busy. Other areas had lots of help. Come on it was Saturday.

Well here I am in Bradenton Florida visiting my father. And of course as he gets older as we all will, I needed to install some handrails in his shower walls which are marble tile, and of course I came here for a vacation didnt even bring a tape measure. Found it Lowes Home Improvement went there in and out within an hour had concrete hammer drill bits handicap rails everything down to a Milwaukee marker to mark my drill hose. They had gave me excellent service good visit I was able to finish my day by completing the shower walls finish the rest of my vacation with my father thank you Lowes Home Improvement Bradenton Florida

Went in to get a few things employees asked if I needed anything I was in and out in a quick time.

I prefer this hardware store than the other. They are very helpful and treat me as a female that knows what she is doing and talking about. They dont nor have treated me as a dumb female. I appreciate that! They Are very helpful. Tho the older man in the plumbing department is a very mean nasty disrespectful grouchy old man. He does NOT like to be asked questions nor to be bothered. But over all, it is fabulous store!

Had to return a light bought on line. Xavier at returns, without asking, looked up to see if any were available at other Lowe’s in our area and gave me the information. Saved me much time and aggravation. I really appreciated the help.

I would like to point out a certain Employee by the name of Gene. Tall gentleman, he was in Plumbing. Where did he come from??? This man is a God send to Lowes!!! Not only did he help me with my plumbing issue and listened to my woes with a contractor I received a quote from, he in fact saved me $300., convinced me I can do it myself, brought the parts with his suggestion from Lowes and I did my project myself!!!So whatever you do, do not let him go! He will be my go to guy at your location! He was professional, polite and funny!

My husband and I were shopping one night for a few items. One item was paint. The gentleman, I didnt catch his name, he was so helpful and professional. The next time that we go shopping there again, Ill be sure to grab his name so he gets the recognition he deserves. Cashiers were friendly and professional. I also see they have removed a few rude associates that needed to be reported. Thank you for that.

The customer service employee was extremely rude. The employee named Ray D. Was the most helpful and best we have ever encountered in this store however. He went above and beyond to help us find our purchase.

Went to lawn and garden for a specific type of plant. Looked it up online before arrival, could not find plant or associate. When I finally did find an associate to ask for assistance he said he couldn’t help me (even with a pic and description) because he didn’t know anything about plants. Sophia then walked up and said to him, without addressing me, “Either help her or she can wait. I have to load some mulch.” This store, and 80% of the associates, WILL waste your time. Beware.

Another joke,,, removing or not carrying regular items is the way to save money to your company, this only makes you loose revenues and customers visits like myself.They moved items around like Walmart, another stupid marketing move to make you walk the store.When I go to Lowes or Home Depot I go with a problem that needs fixing/repair, I do not go shopping to your store (No one does), this only makes me waste my time like today you changed all the plumbing fittings from the original place (I watch three other customers on the same issue) to serve the above purpose and limitted veriety,,,,,this is another issue, youre using valuable spaces and fill them with Chinese junk like hair removing string and using two spots for the same item,, what a joke! Instead, I had to go to Hughes plumbing to get the 2 barb fitting, you wated my time.Thanks

We got most of what we came for disregarding the 4ga soft stranded copper wire. This is an item used in powering any thing that deals in frequency response like sound equipment. Rigid wire will not work properly. Its worth stocking by this day and age

The lines to check out in outdoors are long. They need self check outs there since they are always lacking in man power in this area.This store is clean and well stock. It can be hard to find some to help you and to be nice about it.

I recently found exactly what I needed in stock. I had tried the other place first with no luck. The checkout clerk also was fabulous. She actually ran back to get a price from the display for an item without a sticker, rather than wait for someone else to get it. Very satisfying experience.

Purchased the LOWES EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN and now I have to call and get a RA number to be able to warranty the product. They aren’t able to do any returns with out that number. Manager said they sell the plan but it’s not through them. 🤯 very mind blowing if you ask me.

To be 100% honest, Im a Home Depot kinda girl, but I must say...WOW, this Lowes location has it together. The store was beyong immaculate, and so well lit it felt as if the entire store was a showroom. All personnel I encountered were extremely courteous and eager to help if assistance was needed. Every aisle I ventured down, including lumber, was clean and all products were properly labeled/placed. Ive long been a loyal patron of Home Depot, but todays experience may just have me switching sides. Keep up the fabulous work!

This is the only place I go to for do my projects. I cant stand Home Depot youre too expensive. And theres never anybody around to get help. This place is very friendly and very helpful. I will always go there to get my projects done. Im a professional DJ so I am a perfectionist. And since this is a perfect store for me I will always go to Lowes. The pictures of my DJ business. Most of stuff that I use I got from Lowes. Except for the DJ equipment. But mostly speaker wire and stuff like that I got from Lowes. I also get supplies for doing fish tanks.

Stopped in to pick up items for electrical repair work! We just bought a new but older house nearby! Will be coming by constantly for all our restoration projects! I read Lowes has a wide range of “new appliance bundles!” Cant forget the yard improvement and fencing materials next!

Absolutely terrible service at this Lowes. FOr the 3rd time I was next in line at the checkout and had been waiting while the cashier fiddles with washers trying to figure out the size and price. A line had formed behind me it was so slow - so they opened another line and took the person behind me. Two customers were checked out at the other line before the cashier was finished with the customer in front of me. Home Depot is 1.5 blocks down the street - I will go there the next time!

Good Location. Reasonable stock, despite pandemic. Horrible, apathetic and ill-informed staffing.....going back years. Visiting other LOWES stores is a completely different experience. I cringe every time I have to go to this store.

Pretty disappointed with Lowe’s and the majority of stores in Bradenton not enforcing mask wearing. I do curbside at all places for this reason. Have stopped in to pick up a few things several different times and not a lot of mask wearing going on. Even some employees. Pretty disrespectful during this time.

Went to the door section of the store to price out interior doors and the associate was nowhere in sight. I used the help button which is located next to the desk in that section and ended up waiting at least ten minutes before I asked another associate who was working in the area if their was anyone working in the door area. She then proceeded to look at the schedule to find out that the employee that was working in the door area was not on break but was in a totally different part of the store! When this gentleman finally decided to grace me with his presence he seemed not all that interested in helping me with my questions which he forgot to answer and I needed to repeat myself to him. I dont know if Lowes doesnt pay good but they really need better and stronger employees and management to step up and keep an eye on their associates. I wasnt impressed with my visit their today.

Zero customer service, extremely difficult finding stuff. When and if you did shelves were a mess. But I did run into a customer who was helpful.

If youre looking for good customer service Lowes is NOT the place to go, everytime I go there is always an issue of some kind, save yourself the frustration and go to the competitor, I do now.

I needed some oak wood that I wanted to buy to be cut, and the saw is broken. Seems like every time I go in there the saw is broken. Because its raining, I didnt want to put the oak in the back of my truck, needed it cut to do so. So I put the wood back and went to Home Depot where they would cut the wood for me.

Seems every time I go there for something, they dont have it. Or, they just stop stocking it. Off to Home Depot I guess.

No customer service, associates pass by without offering assistance or acknowledging presence.

When I was able to find the staff they were very helpful answering my questions and helping me find the right materials.

I would give this Lowes a zero star. It started well with replacing all of our kitchen appliances. The first store associate found us what we needed with the correct warranty package on each appliance. We were not sure if we had the correct space for the appliances so we held off and came back 4 days later. This is when we started having issues. The online option would not allow us to buy that package and when we called, they told us we had to come into the store. My wife waited in line for over an hour for an appliance associate who then could not find the warranty package that we wanted. He called a manager who called a second manager. What should have been a 30 minute stop turned into 2 hours.And this is where the real problem comes in. They delivered us a dented range. Instead of taking care of the problem and getting us a replacement, they told us to keep the dented range and they would give us a discount which I refused. I purchased a new range, not a dented one. I called the store manger, George, asking for a new range and at this time I requested that he gives me the discounted price for all the time the extra time I have spent on this. George laughed at my request. Finally, we ended the conversation with Lowes supposedly shipping a new range to my residence by the end of the month. I called at the end of the month, George did not place my order and still I have a dented range with no order of a new range. I stopped into the store yesterday with a promise that I would get a call back that day. I received no call. I called back today, and spoke with George, his response was that he is looking into it. I am not sure what the next steps are???

I came in after work with a Special Order request for an unusual appliance. The gentleman that waited on me waa not familiar with the item I wanted to order, but was very resourceful, laughed at my lame jokes (considering I was a little punchy after a long day) and was able to complete my transaction in a very reasonable amount of time. Im sorry that I didnt get his name, but he is salesman 3604796. Btw...my order was for an all-in-one combo washer/dryer. I would recommend they have at least one on their floor and/or provide staff in instruction in what is provided online.

I give the Sales Associate, Kevin in Appliances a 5 Star Plus rating but the overall shopping experience was poor due to issues with delivery. My refrigerator is dying. I shopped Friday night and Saturday morning before finding a model in stock at your store that fits my space limitation and other needs. I was given a confirmed time window for Sunday morning delivery. Then delivery was cancelled & rescheduled Monday with a confirmed afternoon time window. Monday morning rolled around and you guessed it - delayed again. Well see if it shows up tomorrow. I have made 4 trips to the store and several phone calls to the delivery number and store customer service. No one can give a good explanation for the delays in receiving an in stock item. The process has been extremely aggravating. But again I want to say Kevin sincerely cares about his customers and is very kind and patient.

Jay was VERY VERY helpful in assisting me with locating a special item and also assisting me with the check-out process; MUCH APPRECIATED!!!! Also, the employees at the Customer Service desk were very helpful in activating my NEW LOWES CREDIT CARD; I enjoy shopping @ LOWES because of the willingness of the employees to assist with any questions & the overall cleanliness of the store; GREAT JOB!!!!

I went to Lowes and paid for a Pepsi and a bottle of plastic bottle. I felt something in my mouth when I took a drink of the Pepsi and lo and behold there was a piece of glass in the bottom so I asked the manager to switch out my Pepsi because the one that has and she pretty much called me a liar and wouldnt replace my Betsy so they were so unbelievably nasty to me and it was when covered first started and we were getting quarantine and she had everybody piled up on each other I will never go back there again

I love Lowes they have a bigger verity than you know who. I also like it that the prices fit into everyones budget. They start low and go up so you have a lot more options.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Lowes and will not be using them ever again. We decided to buy a dryer from them. Upon the dryer being delivered we noticed there was a huge dent in the front of the product. The individuals who were delivering the product were late. They also were very loud while I was on a work call and one was flirting with a woman over speaker phone. When we called Lowes to request a new dryer we were hung up on. A few days later we finally had a new dryer delivered. The individuals who installed the new dryer hit our wall and left 5 different significant scratches. They also hit the curtain rod near our stairs leaving the drywall anchor hanging from the wall.

Too few employees, couldnt get one bit of help. Frustrating!!

Ordered 2 items on line with Lowes. Items came at separate days of which I was aware. Both items were obtained at the pick-up area. Easy as pie especially at this time of year ( Christmas ) and during the pandemic.

Food was good for buffet standards, maybe a little better. The best thing here is the grille items.

Overall I would satisfied with my shopping experience at Lowes. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very informative. Store seem clean and well organized. Prefer this store over the central Bradenton location
