***LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR WATCH REPAIR***I had a shattered crystal on my Citizen watch after a failed attempt at changing my own battery. After reading reviews of other local repair shops and Citizens own repair policy, I was disappointed thinking that repairing the watch would ultimately cost more than replacing it; not to mention turn-around time or shipping costs both ways. I am SO glad there are many reviews from other customers to have pointed me to the right place, and here I am to add another one to the list.As a walk-in customer Mr. Gonzalez was able to change my crystal in just minutes. His price was extremely affordable, his customer service outstanding and I left Time-Pro with a watch that looked brand new and a big smile, in less than 10 minutes.And to those reading this and still on the fence about the trip; yes, the parking lot is a nightmare to get into and traffic around 53rd and 14th is some of the worst in town, but IT IS WORTH IT!So please, show your support for our outstanding local business owner, and give Mr. Gonzalez a visit for any of your time repair needs; youll be glad you did.

We have grandfather clock that we bought for our 3rd anniversary in 1990. It has made a number of moves with us, and no surprise, the clock and chimes stopped working on this last move. We contacted Pedro and he promptly made an appointment to visit our home to check the clock out. He took the mechanism back to his shop, and returned a couple of weeks later with our newly repaired clock. He does completely guarantee his work and offered to return at no cost if there were any issues that came up after the repair. he is a lovely man, is so diligent and careful and its obvious he loves his work. We are so happy to have our chiming grandfather clock back in perfect working order! You will find Pedro to be fully reliable, competent and so nice to work with. We found his rates to be very reasonable and the cost of the repair was completely worth it! Thank you Pedro!

It’s always very important to be able to find somebody that will handle your possessions with TLC I took my husbands watch to get some links removed. Mr. Pedro A. I was a little surprised when the owner told me a watch battery was $12. He explained to me that it was a Swiss battery and is guaranteed for a year.Makes sense to me as some watch batteries do not last very long.I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism.

As most men, I refuse to accept that there is ANYTHING that I cant repair. I knew that I could disassemble, clean, oil and reassemble my Howard Miller wall clock. Two months later, I sheepishly brought the box of parts to Pedro, knowing that he would laugh at me and point me toward the door.Not only did he accept the challenge willingly, but the price that he charged me for fixing up my mistake...was extremely reasonable.When the repaired clock developed a little problem, Pedro professionally took it back and fixed the glitch. Pedro would not accept any more payment for the extra work.It is unusual and refreshing to find a true professional, these days. Pedro will get all of my watch and clock business from now on. When I broke the crystal of my fossil watch I was devastated and dreaded the cost that it would take to replace. I had never broken a watch before but went into Pedros store and was greeted by a happy gentlemen who listened to what had happened and told explained to me the process. He gave me an general estimate on the watch facing and told me the time frame that would it be completed in. I left my watch and awaited a phone call. Pedro called back one week later, the exact day he said would be the earliest that he could have it done. I went in the next day to pick up my watch and it looked amazing, good as new! I was happy with the quality of the work and the low price tag definitely didnt hurt either. I highly recommend getting your watch repairs done here!

My husband had a one of a kind antique outdoor thermometer that I accidently broke the glass face of. I took it to several clock repair places and no one was willing to even touch it until I took it to Time Pro. Mr. Pedro was kind and sensitive dealing with a nearly hysterical woman. He told me it would take time, and it might be costly. None of that mattered to me, all I cared about was it being fixed. Much to my surprise, it was ready in a week and a half and was not costly at all. I broke into tears seeing what a wonderful job he did. He not only fixed my thermometer, he saved my marriage. I would recommend him to everyone and will most certainly be bringing all my other clocks and watches to him.

I have done business with Pedro for many years, and was pleased to find he landed here after his last shop inside Sears closed when the store closed. Its difficult to find someone with his skills anymore. Most places send their work out, now, to nobody knows where. Here, you interact directly with the person that will be repairing your watch or clock, just like youd expect. This time around, I had dropped one of my favorite watches on the hard floor and I thought it was a goner! Pedro fixed it quickly, and reasonably. Took my watch to Time-Pro LLC. It is a little repair counter located inside the Sears store in the Desoto Mall. What a pleasure to receive old fashion customer service. The gentleman there (I assume was the owner) stopped what he was doing and got right to work changing out my watch band. Excellent service, at a great price... Something you dont find too often anymore! If you need watch repair in Manatee County this is the only place to Go !!!!!!
