I had to rent my home in Bradenton and relocate back to Plymouth Ma for family issues. I suspect it is close to eight years now. It is Jan 14, 2018. Cape Cod is saturated with a plethora of handcrafted jewelry and sea inspired gems as well as watch repair on every corner. And here I am at 6 am googling L D jewelry and Watch repair to see if Dean is still manning his shop on Cortez Rd. I need a little something special for a friend and it may need to be created or personalized in some way and Dean is who I thought of. I frequented Deans shop for years when I was home. And still seeking him out for his integrity, creativity and fair pricing - a thousand miles away. Thank you Dean.

Very nice last year bought in my fathers watch to be repaired .The work was done and I was very satisfied .I was also given a one year warranty to bought the watch back for a free inspection .Wich I did the inspection was done as promised for free battery was changed again very very happy .Good service .

Took both my tag heirs for batteries. Reasonable and lifetime batteries and done while I waited. Excellent service and friendly people.

Took my watch to be repaired. After two weeks I stopped in and my watch was apart, said my watch needed a new crown and they had to order one, a week later I stopped in and nothing had been done. Took my watch to a reputable repair. They said my watch did not need a new crown and L Ds had bend the back trying to pry it off. The man, I assume the owner, was very rude. They also are advertising that they are a Rolex repair shop which can hardly be true.

My daughter had a sentimental necklace that was broken. They fixed on the spot. Very friendly and courteous.

I had a great experience with getting my watch repaired. It was quick and easy.

They lost my watch, then treated me horribly when I asked them about it. The owner was aggressive and disrespectful when I questioned him about my missing watch and his plans for either finding it or replacing it.When he did find my watch the band he used as a replacement was junk.If its quality work and customer service you seek, you should look elsewhere.
