I brought my iPhone 11 in for a look after the Apple store told us we needed a new phone . It was giving an error message. It’s a pretty quiet office but you can tell they do good business. A few days later ( it was a holiday) they called to tell me they could reinstall the operating system and it would be just like a new phone. This company earns their 5-star rating! I need my laptop for work and personal use, my business has been extremely busy, time is money. When my Dell started acting up, I needed it fixed fast. My 5TB external hard drive started failing. I thought bringing it to Best Buy before it failed completely would be my best option. I was wrong. In my opinion, Best Buy killed my hard drive, and then tried to charge me 1500 bucks to recover my data. I cried like a baby and was directed to try Computers Repair Plus. It took multiple attempts and a few weeks. But in the end my entire history with that drive was recovered. They put my data on a new solid state external drive and I could not be more pleased with the price of 110 bucks that I payed. From this point forward, I am a customer for life.

This was a walk-in with no prior knowledge of the shop. Morshed was extremely knowledgeable of the type of problem I was experiencing, took charge of investigating further, explained most likely cause, promised to run diagnostic check and get an estimate to us. Throughout, he was most helpful explaining how to link to my new printer (not part of the problem). Definitely will take all computer business to him (phone, PC, laptop, tablet, etc.).

Tried coming here to get the battery on my laptop replaced but the employee told me there would be a $50 charge to find a replacement battery. I went home and 1 google search later I found the exact battery for my model of laptop. $50 for a 30 second google search seems a little unreasonable.

Morshed was great! I went in for a charging port that had broke on my laptop. Due to it being soldered on the motherboard no one else would touch it. They all wanted to just sell me a new motherboard and install it. Morshed said he would do it at a quarter of the price. I am very happy I went this route. He was the only place within Sarasota and Manatee that I can find that does micro soldering. I am extremely happy with the work he did and his professionalism.

Thank goodness I found this place searching YouTube on how to repair my ReMarkable 2. There is a very well known and common issue with the power button, but ReMarkable wont fix it and I couldnt find anyone out there that works on them, until this place. Its not cheap, but without them being able to repair the device, I would have had to throw it away and buy a new one. I was looking for someone good and close to home to fix my laptop that was extremely slow!!!!. I spoke with Morshed and he got down to the basic. was very helpful. You talk directly to the technician who is working on your problem and it’s a cheaper inspection fee than anywhere else I found in the area. I had an issue with my GPU and Morshed identified it within 48 hours. Then, I brought my computer back to him to reinstall my new GPU and it left working better than before. This is the spot.

This place is fantastic and I would recommend it to anybody who has a problem with their computer. I have a first generation surface laptop that started to not turn on, and I couldnt find anybody willing to fix it. Best Buy ( the geek squad ) refused to do anything and so did Microsoft because my computer was out of warranty. I used Computers Repair Plus based on reviews I had seen on the NextDoor app and Im so glad I found them! Not only were they able to repair my computer, but they also discovered that a previous repair had removed 3/4 of the RAM memory!! No wonder my computer was functioning so poorly!! But Morshed (sp?) was an ace and got my machine back into fine order; I upgraded to a Solid State Drive v. an older mechanical drive and now my computer is running in tip top fashion! My laptop has power issues after split water. They took only 3 days to repair my water damage laptop. The laptop was not turning on at all. I thought I have to buy a new computer. A tiny piece within the top lid of my lenovo laptop broke, causing my laptop to be unable to close without something breaking. Basically my computer gave out from excessive hours and I thought it was broken. I took my Dell laptop in to Computers Repair late on a Friday. Morshed listened to what had happened with the computer, which unfortunately was a jug of water being spilled on it. He gave me the best case and worse case scenarios. I appreciated that because then I had an idea that I may need to replace the computer. I had him do the diagnostic on it, that cost $49. He said he would try to get to it within 2 business days, which I was fine with because I wasnt in a rush to get it back. He was also great with my Autistic son who was asking a lot of questions. Morshed even showed him the inside of a different computer. The Monday after I dropped it off, he called to tell me I needed a deep cleaning because of the water damage there was corrosion and a new hard drive. He had to order a part that might take 10 days to get in. Luckily it came in early and I was able to pick it up sooner. I highly recommend bringing your computer in to him. Besides being knowledgeable, he is very personable and friendly.

We had a genuinely great experience with Computers Repair Plus +. My son’s custom-built gaming computer was shutting down within 3 minutes of turning it on (among a few other issues). Since this PC is also used for school, we couldn’t risk delaying the repair. My wife searched for a local computer repair shop to diagnose problem. Of all the shops she spoke with, she felt very comfortable with the business owner at Computers Repair Plus +, Morshed. She dropped off the PC and my personal contact information with him. Morshed quickly followed-up and patiently walked me through the details of his diagnosis. It was immediately clear he performed a full diagnostic of the machine. Both hardware and software. On the phone, he spent over 1-hour sharing his findings and offering various options to consider for repair. The key issue was related to overheating. Although, other items needed to be addressed. In all cases, he was extremely sensitive to keeping my expense down. He shared his approach while searching for lower-cost components that would be available sooner. His patience, transparency, and desire to help was not at all what I had expected during this call.The day my son and I visited the store to pick up our computer, Morshed recognized my 13-year-old son’s interest in learning what was done. Morshed took almost 2 hours walking my son through all the details of his work. Removing parts, pointing to chips-sets, how/why he re-ran cables and explaining the updates he made. These included the addition of a new hard drive, updating the Bios, installing a new RGB cooling fan system/pump to protect the CPU, relocating the graphics card and porting/cloning all the existing data so we would not lose anything.The PC is running remarkably well and at top performance. School and gaming are back on! It’s clear Computers Repair Plus + is incredibly strong with their technical knowledge of computer repair (both software and hardware). What I feel is even more commendable is the fact Morshed invested a tremendous amount of his personal time to provide comfort and understanding to my family; throughout the entire process. I took my computer here to do a hard drive clone from my old spinning disk to a new SSD hard drive. I also wanted to add some more RAM. Morshed got the clone done in less than 24 hours, and since he already had the computer opened up, he did the RAM install at no extra charge. My computer looks/works (faster) just like it did before - good job on the cloning! Morshed is polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I will use this business for my computer needs in the future.

My husband has a PC and took it here to be repaired. Work was excellent and Morshed took the time to answer all his questions. I have an iPad and the home button stopped working. My 2016 Dell Inspiron had many problems like unable to access emails, or google and computer was super slow, Morshed, owner of Computers Repair plus, diagnosed within 1 day. Turnaround for repairs is 2 to 3 days. Morshed replaced the hard drive, erased and reinstalled old data, replaced windows 7 with10, reinstalled all programs and disks for programs I had previously installed, plus some free extra stuff he thought would be helpful.. Computer is now faster than when new. My nephew, a computer guru, said Id have to pay $1000. for a comparable computer. Morshed is a good communicator and takes the time to fully explain the diagnosis and what the repair is all about. He also boots up the computer when you pick it up and makes sure you understand any changes along with demonstration. Im 76 years old so I learned much from Morshed and appreciate his humor and patience.
