I have been having trouble with my New Gaming PC that I bought I’ve had it for about a week and spent countless hours trying to fix it on my own to no avail so my last option was to bring it to a repair man, I called multiple stores and all of them were so rude and costly until i met TruBlur33. He has been(1) courteous & helpful,(2) on time for his appointment(3) answered all my questions(4) stayed until I was sure I understood everything,(5) prices are reasonableTo be clear I had a computer that was about 8 years old...a desk top computer. I had a laptop prior and liked it. This computer had been updated and hard-drive replaced once (2018).It was time for me to get a new computer.I studies and shopped and looked for recommended features.I decided on an HP ENVY 17 laptop -- loaded with all the great new features.Anthony came to my home and moved all my documents and photos to the new laptop. He installed new virus control and I was good to go --- or so I thought.Within a short time (days) I realized that the laptop was NOT what I needed. What I needed was a desk top. Anthony went with me to Best Buy to make my final choice. So he went above and beyond to help me. So I swapped out the laptop for a HP Pavilion All-In-One with the 27 monitor (2020) which I absolutely love! Everything is top-of-the-line and state-of-the-art. Great camera. Great sound.I now have the correct computer for me. I am happy and I can give him a 5-star review.

Very awesome! I called for them to assist my Great aunt who is to far for me to assist in the manner she needed. As with such things you worry about your family/friends getting scammed or worse.But for me that will no longer be the case for me.She reports TrueBlue33 was very Professional and polite. That they were very quick to Identify and fix the problem, and charged a very reasonable price for the issue.As well as being very patient with her computer literacy, and a phone call that she was not able to let go.

Anthony came to our house three times. Hewas professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We had problems with our speakers on our Mac pro laptop. When he opened it up he found that the battery was going bad. He ordered a new battery and came out and installed both speakers and the new battery.
