Went for a perm and it was only limp curly in front....Wouldn’t show me back of hair... said when it would dry it would be curly!NOT!!!!!!Called she gave excuses n finally said would mail me refund but LIED!!!!!NO REFUND!!!!I will get my justice!She only basically cater to a very much older somewhat passive clientele so she can get away w her poor quality of products and work!!PAM LOZANO YOU ARE A LIAR!!!
