Left a message inquiring about venue, did not receive a call back. I had to call a second time and in that message mentioned I had previously left a message without a returned call. Finally got a call back and was given an excuse as to why. Just own up to dropping the ball, afterall, we are all human. If there had been transparency, maybe I wouldnt have publicly left this review. Food for thought and no need to respond to this because I wont read it.

Super amazing Place. The wooden and rustic decor on the black canvas gives it a unique charm. This old venue is once again brought to life after the much needed renovation.The Urban Loft looks is now Trendy and posh for any occasion and the bridal room is straight out of magazine cover. A must see place to appreciate the beauty.

Cool place to rest out soce but giving only 3 stars because its was so hot and muggy inside. It was a hot and muggy day but to get all dressed up for a party and have sweat running down your back not good

Went for the first time for my daughters awards banquet. I love how the bricks have not been updated. Its an older building that takes you back into time. Great for any banquets or award ceremonies that you might need a place to host.

This is a great location to have a wedding reception. I recently attended a friends wedding and the reception was here. Everyone enjoyed it!

It was the perfect place for my daughters reception. Everyone was complimentary about the venue and many did not know that this place existed. Yes, I would recommend this place.

During our honeymoon we noticed that our $500 security deposit was cashed. We were never notified that there was even an issue. So we called to inquire about it. We were told that there was excessive cleanup, although we already paid a $175 cleaning fee. We ended up paying $675 for cleaning because supposedly there were flower pedals on the floor (thats what a vacuum is for!), she had to take down 5 hanging lanterns (hanging on easily removable 3M hooks), garbage in the parking lot (I know for certain there was no garbage in the parking lot, and she has no proof of this). I do not see where $675 is warranted....
