WOW! Wow is an understatement. Looking to have my bosss Ferrari serviced and reached out to another Ferrari shop in Sarasota who quoted me $1,800 to $2,200. I spoke to the owner on several occasions and despite knowing the year of the Ferrari, continued to insist what had to be done before he could reset the maintenance light and the cost to do so. In fact, he was clear that he could not reset the light without doing the service items he mentioned because resetting the light would indicate he did, and he could not say he did when he didnt. Man of integrity, right? HOLD UP! I came across Sarasota Italian Garage in search of a better price and had the good fortune of reaching David. Now there is a man of integrity. After I provided the specifics on the vehicle and requested a quote, David immediately advised me that my bosss Ferrari, like all Ferraris since 2012 come with a 7 year Complimentary Service Warranty at no cost to the owner. I was in disbelief. Something the other shop owner should have known, right? Or did he? After questioning David, he kindly called me to clarify by telephone. We went from $2,200 TO ZERO by reaching out to Sarasota Italian Garage. In a time when businesses are suffering, David could have done as the other shop owner did and quoted me to do the service taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. Instead, he educated me saving us money and earning our TRUST. Sarasota Italian Garage will most certainly be our go to going forward for any of the Ferraris needs.
