I recently decided it was time to move on from my family insurance plan, I went to Alligator hoping they could help me, being young I had no clue what I was doing. They were insanely helpful, explained everything to me, and got me hooked up with an amazing rate! I’m paying less than anyone I know my age! I would recommend them to anybody who’s new to adulting and to people who are just looking for a better rate than what they currently have!

Been there for years. Used to do business with his office in Sarasota. Bought an old bus, turned it into a regular van, its a short bus once used at day care. Everyone else wanted 140 bucks a month to cover it full coverage, just because title says bus. He got me a deal with a great company for 99 bucks a month.

Ive had my auto insurance here for so many years that I honestly cant remember a time that I didnt see Phil and Bertie about insurance. My experience with this Company was very very POOR was told by agent that if I dropped a vehicle off my policy that it would cost me more, then 3 days later they had called me and had said the found a different policy Policy which would be $160 down & $130.00 a mounth so I went to this agent at which time he could not find policy for which he had called me about. We were there about 25 minutes and my sister had to catch a flight out of Tampa Airport and when I asked agent how much longer it would be He replayed to me Listen I cant be rushed why dont you just go and take care of what you need to do turned his head up and with out a( talk to you soon or I see you soon ) just walked away grabbed a bag and walked out the door without a good by or come backer when you you have more time. If he had already called me and left a message saying he found a lower cost insurance company then why did he not make a note to my Profile of Rhett company he found. I believe he was aggravated with himself and took his frustration out on me. His name was Phil Berg I believe he was the owner but he was so rude I will never go back to his agency Poor service, Poor Attitude, & most of all Very Rude & obnoxious .If You want to due yourself a favor Dont go there for service unless you want to feel mistreated
