I have been with Freeway Insurance over 3 years and have no issues whatsoever, friendly staff, in and out in a timely manner, and Lisa is awesome, she really helps me out with my insurance needs every time.

Office not open to make payment. Toll free number to call and make payment hangs disconnects. Truly not customer focused

Try calling many times because my insurance got cancel and i was trying figured out why. I had it setup for automatic payments, now i have to pay extra to reinstate my insurance.

My Wife And I came the day prior and was told we can come back tomorrow(which is today). Hours of operation says it is open. Came at 10 am office was closed. On the door it states will return at 1:15. It is 1:35 and the business is still not open. With other customers outside waiting. That is very unprofessional.

Lisa and Brenda are awesome. Been dealing with this agency since it was Trustway Insurance. I walk in and the ladies all recognize me by my name. They are always smiling and very friendly, eager to take care of anything I need. Thank you both for a job well done!!!!

Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. To make matters worse they have the worst office staff in their place and hung up on my customers while I was trying to refer them a customer and Lisa was very rude to us and hung up the phone on us. She was upset over us asking for a simple change on the policy she just wrote for us. This company have been nothing but problems and we will never refer a customer to them again. In the future we will not do business with this insurance company. I suggest the everyone stay away and I will continue to tell all of my customers the truth about Freeway insurance. I will spread the word 100%
