Ive been a customer of Prospects Plus for about 6 months using their Market Dominator and soon to be utilizing some of their other marketing material. Having been in the business for almost 19-years Ive never found a marketing company who offers so many options that are all 100% easily editable. The material produced is printed on nice card stock and the final product is crisp and colorful. The customer service offered from Hayley and Ramona is AMAZING. Nowadays, as we all know, customer service seems to be secondary with many companies, this is not the case when working with Hayley and Ramona. I was very pleased with how management and my marketing rep handled an urgent request! I would give them 5 stars as they were able to stop a mailing including the card production after a seller asked me not to mail to immediate vicinity (2 business days later!). They also gave me a gift card so that I could re-create the card and mail to new market. The seller had approved the card, but did not tell me he did not want neighbors to know. We decided on a high income demographic and he was pleased. If it werent for Prospects Plus immediate attention I could have lost this listing! I have recently registered with ProspectsPlus and so far the experience has been great. I played with using all three ways of getting a mailing list and am really excited to use these features more in the future. I have also created a postcard to mail to said mailing list. Creating the postcard was very easy. I do wish they had more font options but the fonts that are available are all easy to read ones. Also, the finished product cost almost .60 each including the cost of mailing. This is higher than my local company but apparently there are ways to track my mailer and Im excited to see if it is a higher quality. I will update when the postcards have been mailed.
