This property is beautiful! Right on the Yellowstone River. Very clean. House has so much room! This would be the perfect get away from life and check in to nature home away from home! Loved sitting on the deck/dock in the morning with coffee just listening to the water rush by! Thank you for this beautiful rental.

My husband & I stayed in the Historic Overlook in downtown Bozeman, on their Main Street. Great Location, but the apartment was not clean.The surfaces of tables were dusty and the carpet was old and worn out. There was only one standing air conditioner in the living area, so the apartment was very hot, but the bedroom was stifling! ! We were there in June during an abnormal hear wave, but another air conditioner is needed for this unit. The bedroom had a skylight, which didn’t help with the heat. It was directly over the bed, so sunlight woke us up each morning at 5 AM! The parking situation is bad. There is parking in the back, but not designated parking, so it was almost always full! It was very tight parking spaces also. Any other parking was 2 hour only, so we had to keep moving our vehicle. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping, but I feel like this place needs updating and a thorough cleaning. I would not recommend this particular unit. I’m sure there are better units, but I don’t think one was worth what we paid. Very disappointed..

This was a nice, clean place with many features. Very well stocked. I did not like the walls not extending to the ceilings. That is a Hugh fire hazard. The bathroom needs a fan. Easy to install and can vent in the attic. Why is there none? The electrical wires with wire nuts need to be covered? Other than the piss poor construction, the place was excellent.

Beautiful apartment with nice views of the mountains. Would definitely return and stay there when visiting Bozeman and would recommend others to stay also. Very comfortable and home feeling.

The place was great and the location couldnt have been better. So nice to be able to end our days of exploring the outdoors with a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping all within walking distance of home.

Had an unbelievably frustrating experience with StayMontana. Our early Jan stay at 146 Rose Hip Cir was fine overall - worth 3 or 4 stars. My issue with StayMontana arose when they lost a package I had ordered to the house (worth ~$200). Over the course of literally 10-15 calls and even more emails, I was constantly assured by StayMontana that they had my package, and that they had mailed it to me, but that for some reason they couldnt find the tracking number. In each of these calls, I was assured that Id be called back in the next couple of days, but this literally never happened. After over two months of phone calls and emails, the team finally admitted that they had simply lost my package (which is fine! Mistakes happen, we are all human). But when I asked to be reimbursed, they said they would not, and then stopped responding to my calls and emails. Its one thing to make a mistake and lose something; its quite another to show such a stunning lack of professionalism and, frankly, an attitude bordering on contempt toward your customers. I cant possibly recommend that anyone stay at a StayMontana property following this experience.

Excellent location, everything you need in the apartment, loved the balcony looking over Main Street. Very clean, appreciated the little things like a humidifier, lots of towels, really comfy beds!

The house that we stayed in was beautiful, and in a great location. It had more than enough space, loved the fireplace as well as the beautiful furniture and unique decor that was around the house. Wow dont believe the previous reviews!! Stay Montana is an inept management company with horrible representatives. Heres why:our accomodations were NOT as profiled and from which we rented, the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned (NO vacuuming done, coffee and grounds still in pot, dirty dishes in cupboards, broken things).Will NEVER rent through them again. Nor stay at Firelight. We strongly suggest you dont either.

Can’t say enough great things about this company and the rental we stayed at. Hyalite Gem was one of the most beautiful, well appointed and clean rentals we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve stayed at many) Zach, with Stay Montana, took the time to show us different rentals as we were doing an extended stay.
