Stayed in the Quilt Cottage for one week with my daughter, my son-in-law and teenaged granddaughter. We were all extremely pleased with the accommodations, the well thought out extras, the television reception provided, and the front porch. There was a nice separation for the different family members but we all enjoyed watching the opening of The Olympics on the living room TV. It has a brand new kitchen with great appliances. It is a quiet neighborhood and the front porch is a special treat. It even comes with a friendly neighborhood cat called Pickles. I almost forgot to mention the beautiful quilts in each room.

This luxury cottage is clean and beautifully and fully appointed. If cooking or baking is a priority, everything you could possibly need, from sharp knives to an array of spices, to mixing bowls and serving platters are available. The appliances and linens are top-notch, the furniture and layout comfortable. Walking distance to several lovely parks. We will return here and recommend to anyone visiting Bozeman.

I’ve stayed at two of their rentals and both experiences were EXCELLENT! The homes are in great locations...on quiet streets within walking distance of Main Street. Both homes were really lovely...nicely decorated...comfy beds...stocked with everything you could need and more. And, beyond the properties, the guys who run the company are just super nice and super responsive to any issue. As a discriminating fellow property host, I have really high standards for a vacation rental. Both of my stays at a Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rental far exceeded anything I expected. And they are now my go-to vacation rental company every single time I come to the Bozeman area.

We stayed for a week in Bozeman and had a great experience with Bozeman Cottage. Great accommodations, clean, well-maintained, spacious. Everything we needed to enjoy the week was provided. Great communication and response to questions. Well be back!!

We had a family reunion with 20 people. We fit very comfortably, although only beds for 16, but had sleeping pallets for the extras. Beautiful inside and out! It had a great layout for a large group without feeling cramped. Also, had a nice and spacious outdoor area. The best surprise was the little path that led to the river! Beautiful! Great for fishing, swimming, or just relaxing. We are already talking about going back again! Great experience!

We just stayed at the Northside Modern Farmhouse and loved it - soaring ceilings, open plan, large kitchen with a lot of counter space so great for many people helping with the cooking! Beds are very comfy and the overall space is very pleasant and comfortable. Loved the wood stove for chilly evenings. Location is great. Paul was so responsive and friendly and we enjoyed the coffee and eggs!

We had a great stay at Northside Modern Farmhouse. The house is cozy and well furnished with nice linens and comfortable beds. The wood stove was nice on a few chilly days. And the location is great. Easy walk to Main Street and we found a coffee shop and a few brew pubs in the other direction when out for a walk. Paul was very responsive and we will definitely consider staying in this home again.

We had a great stay at Peach House in Bozeman, February 2021. Its very conveniently located to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Paul and Christopher were very responsive and accommodating. The house is great- remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Very cozy beds and living room. The hot tub is an added bonus. Great value and a great experience overall. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the Fridley Cottage and it was perfect. Great location, clean, well stocked and so comfortable! Paul was a great help in booking it as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Rented this last minute for some college students who were not allowed back on campuses out of state because of Covid and whose apt was not yet ready because of new construction. Paul was so responsive, flexible and patient with date changes as the apt closing dates kept changing. Cottage also well located, near downtown on the North Side, cute and well supplied. So appreciative in being able to have this place for the young adults to study remotely from.

My fiance and I stayed at the Northside Hideaway for 2.5 weeks and it was just perfect. It had everything we needed and we never had any reason to reach out to Paul. We worked from home during the day (internet speed was great) and enjoyed walking to get coffee or up to Main St to explore. It was the perfect size for 2 people + a small dog. Paul was very communicative and accommodating. We were sad to leave, but hope to return for another stay. Highly recommend booking with Bozeman Cottage Rentals!

This was our second time renting from Bozeman Cottages and we highly recommend them. Paul is responsive, reasonable and very easy to work with, a real pleasure. We stayed stayed in the Garden Cottage in January of 2021 for four nights. Reservations were made through AirBnb. The owner, Paul, was extremely upset by the amount of dog fur that was left behind by our mutts (Great Pyrenees and German Shepard mix) and made the accusation that we did not comply with the house rules through a scathing customer review on AirBnb. We did in fact comply with the rules and did our best to clean up after ourselves and minimize dog fur left behind. No damage was done to our knowledge and no effort was made to hear our side of things. If permanent damage had been caused I would have happily paid Paul to make things right.If $210 in cleaning fees ($100 pet fee+ normal $110 cleaning fee) does not adequately cover the cost of cleaning a cottage literally the size of a shed, then change your pet policy! Dont take your frustration out on your customers especially when theyre paying close to $200/night all said and done.Edit: My misinformation? I just double checked my receipt from AirBnb after seeing Pauls response and I did in fact pay $110 in cleaning fees. No acknowledgement or explanation as to what the additional $100 pet fee I paid goes towards... By my math $100+$110= $210Once again, we did comply with the rules after careful review. We have to do A LOT of cleaning up at home with our Great Pyr mix hence why I thought the extra $100 pet fee was acceptable. Her fur does go asbolutely everywhere! I cant deny that. As I originally stated in my review I would have happily paid more to make things right if anything was truly damaged beyond repair.This was my second every AIrbnb experience as I stay in a lot of hotels for work. I thought itd be good to support local during the pandemic...Once again (as I said in my AirBnB message), apologies to you for being an inconvenience as a customer (despite having paid almost $800 over the course of four nights). I had always thought that we are decent, reasonable, and respectful people. Maybe I was wrong. We will be sure to only stay in commercial hotels in the future.

Paul was amazing at accommodating us and meeting our needs. This home is amazing and so comfortable. It made our stay in Bozeman that much more enjoyable. I cant say enough about Paul and the Bozeman Cottage. We will be back for sure. I would book this place again, hands down!

What a beautiful home! We had such a lovely visit here with extended family and everything was so perfect! From the fully stocked home to the close proximity of walking to downtown, parks, awesome restaurants and a short drive to the mountains. Excellent all around! We plan on booking here again in the summer and yearly..such an enjoyable stay!

Our family stayed at the Quilt Cottage for 11 days! It was wonderful, cozy and very convenient for walking to restaurants, bakeries, breweries. The kitchen is top notch with quality cookware and lots of herbs and spices. There are lots of outdoor adventures waiting to happen. We skied at Sourdough Canyon and drove to the headwaters of the Missouri River. Were looking forward to a return visit in the summer.

We stayed at the Dahlia House for a week, and it was super convenient, well-appointed and all-around perfect for our stay. Our dog enjoyed the completely fenced yard very much. We had no issues except having to reboot the wireless router a couple of times, no big deal. Paul was very fast to respond to questions. We met the homeowner when we arrived, as she was doing some gardening. She very generously allowed us to store bikes in the garage. Being 2 blocks from main street was delightful, and the house is also convenient for heading north to Bridger Canyon for hiking. Perfect stay and we so appreciate it being dog-friendly. Cheers!

This is the third time we’ve rented from Bozeman Cottages and we’ve been extremely pleased with each one. The sunny loft stay was a perfect place to stay for our 2 week visit with our son. The loft was warm, comfy, clean and well stocked. Close to downtown..so nice to walk to Main St in the snow! Mary Ann, the owner is so friendly, and working with Paul is easy and seamless. We stayed at Fridley cottage and could not have been happier. The cottage is beautifully decorated and we were set up down to the detail. Lots of towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. Everything a traveler could want. The kitchen had big jars of coffee, tea, spices, etc. You can tell that a lot of thought goes into making sure you have exactly what you need. We rented bikes which were delivered and picked up for us. The location is perfect and we could easily get around town by biking or simply walking. Paul was a delight to work with. Highly recommend!

Lindley Place Cottage was perfect for our family ski trip to Bridger and Big Sky.The house was nicely remodeled, well stocked with all the amenities one could want and kept us warm in below zero temperatures.House can easily accommodate eight with lots of room for lounging to recover from skiing.Walking to Main Street was great, lots of shopping and restaurants.The new bridge across the stream gives access to a nice park.The neighbors are friendly and the street nice and quiet.We will definitely use Bozeman Cottage again.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Peach House. We find it comfortable and easy to live in while on vacation. It is very well appointed and decorated. It is also easy to get around town from there. The fresh flowers are also appreciated, especially during lilac season.

This year was our second time at Lucky Dog Lodge. Our large family settled in comfortably for the week and once again fully enjoyed the lodge. The main floor space is large enough for multiple small group activities (table games, TV/video games, visiting and, of course, eating). We never feel worried that well wreck something because of the way it is constructed. Were locking in a week for next year again!

We loved our stay at Lindley Cottage! The house is sunny, warm and spacious. Large windows = a light filled first floor. Despite the minus 17 temps we were happy and warm in the house. Its proximity to downtown Main Street and its coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants is perfect. A large comfortable couch with a big screen TV downstairs was perfect for watching the Olympics. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are nicely appointed, and the kitchen and dining area are great for a large family. Thank you Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals!

Great stay at Unique Bozeman 425! Very clean place throughout and in a great Bozeman neighborhood. Was nice to be a few blocks off of all of the craziness of Main St. but yet be able to walk to all that downtown has to offer.

My family stayed in Dwell House Downtown for ten days. The house is open concept and light-filled, with windows on most walls, yet remains very private due to thoughtful use of outside landscaping. It was great to prepare some meals in the beautiful kitchen, which is very well stocked with cooking basics. This was our first rental managed by Bozeman Cottage and found Paul both informative and easy to work with. We also enjoyed meeting Chris, who takes care of the daily maintenance of the managed homes.

We stayed in the Legends Luxury Townhome during our recent family vacation to the Bozeman area. We could not have picked a better location and space. It had everything we could have needed during our stay, along with a few extras. It was clean & quiet as well as convenient to the expressway. We enjoyed our 1st trip to MT; we cant wait to come back. We will definitely use Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals again!

We have stayed with Bozeman Cottage Rentals numerous times and have always been pleased. The SouthSide cottage was convenient walking distance to everything we needed. It was clean as a whistle and comfortably equipped. It is a joy to rent a full-sized house and NOT have to buy every single ingredient necessary to cook a meal.

We recently stayed in the garden cottage while visiting our son at MSU. We loved the cozy cottage and all of its amenities! The location was perfect for getting up to Bridger and into town as well. Thanks so much for the good coffee, juice, and cream! We are coming back in May for graduation with the whole family in a larger Bozeman cottage. We cant wait and we have already recommended your rental service to friends!

Stayed at the Beall St property for a 3 day ski race at Bridger. Everything about the house and location were perfect for us! A cozy well appointed home had everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked (including coffee!), ample linens, games, etc. The walk to town for amazing restaurants, co-op, shopping etc. was a few blocks and took mere minutes. The drive to Bridger super direct. In the winter, there is an outdoor ice rink in the park across the street...bring your skates. The only thing that could be an issue for some groups (depending on size/relations) is that there is only one bathroom upstairs for all 4 bedrooms. For us, it worked just fine splitting up and utilizing the full bathroom downstairs...but I can imagine certain dynamics where this would be less then ideal. Really an incredible property and value!

We rented Fridley Cottage for a last minute trip to ski Bridger Bowl and to visit our son who is a student at Gallatin College. Paul was very helpful with our spur of the moment plans! We just loved this beautiful, well-stocked cottage! It is very warm and comfortable with lots of thoughtful amenities. Perfectly appointed kitchen, cozy gas fireplace in the living room..just delightful! Love that it is within walking distance to great restaurants downtown. We enjoyed chatting with Chris who was taking care of snow removal and did a super job. We would love to stay here again..highly recommend!

Loved the house for our conference attendees. Loved working with Paul. He responded to all my emails within a day and often within hours. I highly recommend Bozeman Cottage.

This is my 4th or 5th stay at Peach House. I rented other places before I discovered it. The beds are comfortable. The furnishings in good condition. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is always in order and works as it should. You probably know by now that Paul is on top of things and your needs will not go unmet. Attention is paid to little things, tissues, towels, blankets, etc.The house sits in a quiet neighborhood. Road noise is never an issue. I like the laundry, bathroom, in the basement. Never do I need as many clothes as I brought.I especially like the enclosed and private side yard, a nice place to have friends for a glass of wine.You will have a pleasant stay.

We (2 couples) stayed at the Quilt Cottage and had a wonderful time. Pleanty of room to spread out and very comfortable. Everything we needed was already waiting. We ate some meals in and some out. We walked easily around the neighborhood which was beautiful. Nice fire place and pleanty of quilts available to feel warm and cozy. Used the bbq out back to cook steaks one night so easy it was as if we were at our own home. It was a memorable experience and the Quilt Cottage just made it so much better. I will return and recommend it to family and friends.

The peach house is a gem. Gorgeous interior, very comfortable and in the middle of town within a few blocks of everything.
