Well the pedicure was fairly good the full set that I was given was sloppy, not well done, not filled well, and cheap looking. For $50 I definitely expected better nails. I wont return And I wouldnt recommend them. I am going to have to get my full set redone. What a waste.

So professional from booking over the phone to having us seated right on time, I was very impressed. Its been a couple of years and many visits to unsatisfying local manicurists since Ive been to a nail spa that truly delivered their promise of multiple on time appointments with very friendly, organized and well trained associates. Also very pleased with the attention to cleanliness! BRAVO

I walked in without an appointment (normally I have appointments set up) and asked for a full acrylic set and they got me in and out within the hour. Awesome customer service all around and quality nail technicians!

As I arrive for a walk in to get a full set of acrylic nails the lady who was doing my nails also had a person next to me who had an appointment the moment she started my set... realizing this, she stopped doing my nails leaving half glued nails on to finish the girl next to me. 1 hour later she comes back then proceeded to text off her phone throughout my entire visit. Painting my nails then stopping to text. This should of not been a two hour process. I felt like this was rude as half my time was waiting to get my nails done while I was already sitting.

We were skiing at Big Sky and my daughter and I wanted to get our nails done. Their website was super easy to navigate and book. The technicians who did our acrylic nails were fantastic! Very detailed and willing to go back and make my nails shorter saying that she would do whatever I wanted. Super kind! Beautiful place!

Went in for a shellac pedicure for my daughter and myself and felt extremely rushed. They were short handed and the guy performing my pedicure cut my toe nails way too short after I told him not to, cut into my toe nail and now my feet are killing me. Wouldn’t recommend. The price is way too high for a complete rush job.

I have been here many times and have had success but the last 2 times my nails look horrible. Like so bad my skin is painted on every finger. They are short but have had no problems before. I think I need to find a new salon. Plus they were 35 minutes late past my appointment.

I’ve only used this business twice and both times they were late after I scheduled an appointment online. The first time the water for my pedicure was way too hot, the second, barely lukewarm. I signed up online and the price they quote online was not what I paid when I checked out. It was $20 more. Make sure you confirm prices. Since they were running behind I had to skip the leg/foot massage and the employee rushed through the rest of the pedi. I was still charged full price. I paid for the gel pedi and less than a week later one of my gel polish came off. Disappointed in most of both of my appointments there.

I chose this salon for my granddaughters first mani/pedi because their website specifically says they use childrens polish without the harsh chemicals found in adult polishes. When we arrived, they had no idea what I was talking about and directed her to choose a color from the regular rack. I started to leave but I had a birthday girl starting to cry. They do have cute, child-size pedicure chairs and the nails looked fine at the end, but the technician barely said a word and the whole thing took about 15 minutes. We wont be back.

Honestly, this was the worst pedicure I’ve had in a long, long time. I got the basic and was completely rushed through the process. It took maybe 10 minutes tops and the paint job is awful. I’ve NEVER felt so rushed which is disappointing because I took the time to make an appointment in advance. Nail tech wasn’t friendly and only seemed concerned with getting me out of the chair as quickly as possible. Super disappointing.

Booked an online appointment for 4:00. Arrived at 3:55 and was asked if I could be helped. Told her I had a pedicure appointment at 4:00. She said ok….at 4:10 two women walk in and say they have pedicure appointments at 4:15, lady says pick out some polish and have a seat. At 4:15 they are beginning their pedicure and I am still waiting….just walked out with no contact other than the previously mentioned….sheesh.

Had appts for 3 of us at 11:30 3/6/21, finally got called back at 1150! Had appts for spa pedi and manis, I was finished by 12:30 for both! My pedi didn’t even last 20 minutes, they finally started my granddaughters when I was 5 minutes from being fished with everything! Just poorly executed when you want to be done together! And way to fast wasn’t even enjoyable! Especially for the amount I paid! Don’t over book it’s not fair to your clients! They kept saying they were short staffed well then you should book what you can so each person has a good experience!

Felt like we were being rushed. Made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes. My daughters nails were poorly done. My acrylics were rushed and are uneven and misshaped. Overall not the best.

Absolutely loved our experience at M nails! My 7yo had their “Princess” pedicure and felt so special! It was one of the best pedicures I’ve had. We will definitely go again.

Let me be clear, the nail techs were GREAT! 5 stars to them. Very fast, professional, & sweet. No issues with the work done on my nails & feet.However I would give 1 star to the blonde receptionist. She was extremely rude both over the phone to book an appointment, and in person. The WORST dip nails I have ever received. I went with my cousin to get our nails done and both of us left with a horribly botched manicure. After two employees could not do the design I asked for, they simply just painted over my dip manicure with regular nail polish. My cousins nails looked like a toddler did them and mine were so horrible I had to take them off when I got home. We were originally told that our nails would cost $45 and when we were done they insisted we pay $50. I also noticed when I got home that they gave me the wrong change so I wasted $60 on a trash manicure. I will never return to this place let alone recommend them to a friend.

The worst manicure I’ve ever had. The nail tech (I think she was even the owner) got up multiple times during my session to answer the phone. No cuticle oil/cream, didn’t oust back my cuticles or trim. Piled the polish on and when I asked her to clean up where she had painted on my skin she wouldn’t. I could have done a better job at home..

I’ve been a few times and each time I go I am so impressed! It doesn’t matter who does my nails or toes, everyone has done a great job!

I got a manicure and pedicure today and the lady put regular polish on my toes even though I asked for gel. My manicure is uneven and bumpy and the polish is crooked on a few of my nails. Deffiently not worth the $100 I spent!

I’ve been here a couple times to get my toes done & they did a great job! However, I got a full set of acrylics put on over the weekend with some friends & all three of us left very disappointed. We booked all the appointments online but when we got there, they said there was only an appointment for one & that next time we should just call to book an appointment (with lots of attitude). After we picked our colors, they only took one of us back even though there were four other employees there. They then serviced walk-ins while the two others waited for someone to take them back. The lady was nice but my nails look like trash, even though I asked her multiple times to fix them. The acrylic is so bulky & thick, every nail is a different shape & it already looks like my nails have about a week of grow out. This is the same for all three of us. And to top it off, their website isn’t accurate on pricing. Plus their front desk/ receptionist ALWAYS has so much attitude. I will not be going here again.

This is the second time that I have book a pedicure online with them, and upon arriving am told that they have a problem with overbooking and cannot see me until later in the day. I’d say they need to fix their booking site, since clearly this is an issue. Disappointing to say the least.

I went here with my friend yesterday to get our nails done. I was really excited to get them done, but when we went in - the person at the front was playing candy crush which was totally unprofessional and was very impersonal. After getting situated and picking a nail color, he cut the acrylics to the right length but one of them was put on crooked and I didn’t realize that until we left. :/ The manicure in itself was super weird and not very good - the only reason I’m leaving three stars is because he did mine and my friends nails by himself. My nails weren’t filed, and the cuticles weren’t pushed back or cut. (And he kept telling me my hands were cold - which weirded me out) Other than that, I got a really weird vibe off of this place - there was just a random guy walking around. I’m not sure if he was the owner but it really threw me off. After paying, I was expecting to pay 37 dollars for this - as it states on their website but I ended up paying 50. Totally unacceptable - to benefit your customers please update your website or make it more clear to understand. I won’t be back here bc I left feeling disappointed, weirded out, and robbed.

One of the plastic tips kept falling off but the lady refused to fix it properly. Have been there several times and had good service BUT.... made the appointment well in advance because we moved away and I wanted to get a pedicure while we were in town. Was really looking forward to it. My son got me the pedicure for my birthday. I arrive and the person I had requested and scheduled with was busy and would be for a while. I just arrived for an appointment for a shellac pedicure that I had booked online the previous day to find that they did not honor my online reservation. Not only had they over booked and no one was available to do my pedicure, but there wasn’t anyone in charge and no one even told me what was going on. I stood there for quite a few minutes while they argued back and forth and then I finally said, so you don’t have time for my reservation? And their only answer was that they were overbooked. Why offer online reservations when you don’t actually honor them? The worst part was no one even seemed to care. I would never step foot in there again!

We had to wait 45 minutes after our appt was scheduled, along with forgetting about us every 5 minutes. They charged an extra 5 dollars onto their already way too expensive $30 pedicure. My friend ended up getting an infection from them and now (two weeks later) had to get part of her toe nail removed. Do not give these people your business. They didnt give her a refund after she called and explained what happened and asked for a refund. They instead offered a $40 gift card after she told them about her bad experience... why would we ever go back!? They could have at LEAST offered her the money back.

Just had a shellac change-was charged ten dollars more than the cost online (25 vs 35) and tech used dremel tool on my skin, then continued to coat my broken skin in alcohol. The polish looks nice but the skin under my nails looks burned. Pretty disappointed overall

So disappointed, walked out sad.... I showed the man a picture of tan acrylic nails with glitter on 2 fingers (to avoid any confusion about what I wanted) and he said he could do it no problem. He then proceeded to do pink/clear acrylics. At the end he was cleaning my nails and said you still have to paint them and he told me no. He said he did pink acrylics instead. This was NOT what I asked for, and he refused to paint my nails! I showed him a picture of exactly what I wanted at the beginning and then he didnt do it. I got charged $50 but walked out without paint or color on my nails. I dont understand why he just didnt do what I asked....

My husband and I were there today for a pedicure and it was amazing. Best pedicure in a long time. They give you a great leg and foot massage plus the nail work.

Nice location and building and new clean chairs with wonderful massage option. But poor quality of pedicure. Practically no foot leg massage. The gentleman Used only the leftover lotion at the tip of the pump… So the massage was really raw and very little pressure. Also quite short. My toenails were cut crooked in a very noticeable away. Really quite disappointing and overall no worth the money or time.

Not an everyday experience for me (6ft 250 construction worker) but wife talked me into it. Very patient and professional.

The people were nice and all but the quality was awful. They got nail polish all over my skin and when I went to dry my nails, they did not turn the light on. They also asked me if I wanted glitter and they put it on my whole nail, you couldn’t even see the original color. The nail polish also started chipping off in less then 24 hours.

1st visit got Michelle on shirt notice. Fabulous environment, clean, and very happy with end product. Price is a bit more than other nail salon, but it was worth it.

I had booked an appointment weeks in advance, so I could have a mani/pedi for Valentines day. The day of my appointment I received an e-mail notifying me that my appointment had been canceled with no explanation. When I called, I was told it was canceled because they wouldnt be able to finish services before closing time. I asked if I could rebook it for just a manicure and they told me they were double booked. I didnt even make it into the salon, and now I never will.

The staff here are super friendly and they did a good job. The only thing I’m dissatisfied about is the time... Over the phone I was told the Spa Pedi was approximately 45 minutes (30 mins for the pedi and 15 mins of massage), sadly, both mine and my friend’s Spa Pedis were completed within 30 mins.

Actually I almost want to give it no stars. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a nail salon. My sister and I went into relax and both people who did our nails were rude, acted like we were basically just a nuisance and in their way. I didn’t have a chance to pick a nail color. Chairs were broken. Spa pool was broken. They didn’t care. And the guy who did my nails was in a hurry so basically was really rough with my feet and just really ended up digging into my skin around the nails. And then we had to pay $30. So much for a relaxing pedicure. I will never go back and tell everyone to stay way.

Beautiful friendly atmosphere. On my way to the airport for a the week vacation to the Mediterranean and had a chipped nail. I was taken right in given the choice try match color shellac or total color change. I am so grateful.

Horrible! The guy filed the edge of my nails so hard 2 of them blead, and he didn’t even say sorry. He just kept filing in the wound. And they gave my sister and I the wrong color of polish. And I asked for rounded tips. And they gave me square with rounded edges. I recommend not going there, it’s a waste of money/time. I don’t think getting a manicure is supposed to hurt! It should be relaxing! But there was 2 nice lady’s that did my first manicure and my sisters 2nd fill-in that we’re really nice! I will never go back!

Absolutely stunned at how horrible the service and product is. I came in for my appointment, waited ten minutes before even being noticed at all, and the receptionist seemed to have no idea what was going on. My nail tech, Michelle, took her time, but it did not result in a good job - uneven terrible acrylics, all different lengths and sizes. The polish job is completely botched. When I asked her to do my cuticles, she refused and tried to argue with me. It was so uncomfortable I almost left then and there. I will come in to have them removed when I have more time or if I can even stand to enter the salon again.

I came here for a gel mani/pedi. I am thrilled to report that it stood up to a solid 4 weeks of use without showing any wear, chipping or peeling. I washed dishes daily, dyed my hair, painted a room, went fishing 3x, 2 weeks of beach vacation and more. I could not be happier.As an added bonus, the pedicure is at 5 weeks and still looking perfect. Ill have to have it redone because of growth, rather than wear.Edit: The M must be under new management or policies or something... In 2016 the quality of service was phenomenal, but my last 2 visits (of 2017) have been not just underwhelming, but unfortunate.Visit 1: Bare nail manicure with uneven shaping that wasnt fixed despite repeated requests to make the shape symmetrical.Visit 2: My manicurist smudged my polish and instead of removing/fixing it, she kept adding layer upon layer upon layer. I sat under the dryer for a solid 45 minutes and still wasnt dry. Really disappointing, because the atmosphere and location are wonderful.

Depends who you get. Sometimes in and out, quick with beautiful results. Sometimes i could have done a better job at home.

Took 3 little girls for mani and pedis and all 3 girls had the nail polish completely peel off several fingers and toes in the first 24hours. Wish we had time to get it fixed before the first day of school but we don’t.

Felt very rushed, finished manicure wasnt very clean, lots of bubbles along with a sloppily applied top coat, my nails were filed very poorly, and now are all snaggly and sharp rather than before when they were smooth at the tip. No instructions about how long to dry, and poor customer service. Nice place, bad service.
