I spent an hour finding different places to get a haircut on the same day. They took me in at 7:30 on a Friday night and gave me a good haircut and helped me figure what I wanted. As well as giving me tips to make my hair care better. Tynisha was my stylist and she was very nice and did a great job!

The salon in it’s self was incredible, and the staff there were so kind and welcoming. My stylist was Kayleigh, and she did an incredible job! She was so sweet, personable, and very skilled at what she does! I got a balayage, and she went above and beyond and it looks so pretty! Can’t wait to come back :)

My hairstylist Kayleigh was amazing! Super patient and kind, had a wonderful time getting to know her! Loved the way my hair came out but the only thing was that not even 10 days after I had gotten my hair done the color came out. This could just be my hair and it doesnt hold color but it was a lot of money to spend to have my hair be the color I wanted it for only a week.

Had time to kill in Bozeman and googled places to get a haircut. This place had a lot of recent reviews with high marks. Booked appointment on line with a highly rated stylist Kelcie. Arrived early, was offered refreshment, the water was ice cold in a very cool glass. The salon has an industrial feel to the ambiance, very chic but not intimidating. Kelcie listened to what I wanted and talked me through what she planned. My hair turned out great and if I lived in the area, I would make Kelcie my go to gal.

The cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the salon is outstanding. I have been in twice to get pedicures and manicures with Amber and she’s wonderful.This time I brought my grandma in and she was extremely patient and kind which means the world to me. I would absolutely recommend her for any nail service as she’s detail oriented and takes her time to ensure she gives you a spa like experience every time. Clean + cute place. Kayleigh changed time to 15 minutes later 15 minutes before appointment. We were already in the parking lot. We had an event afterwards, not good. Wound up being over 20 minutes later. Okay. Asked for cool water, was hot. Couldn’t seem to adjust temp. My curly, very long hair needs a decent product for comb out. Asked for something like Chi or Aragan oil to untangle. Got three sprays of something completely useless. Immediately after the cut, with no product in hair, and without saying a word to me, Kayleigh left to take a call that was at least 15 minutes long literally, since the desk gal took a guy her age to cut and spoke non stop, super loud with him next to me.. I almost walked out while I was sitting there already late and my hair was drying out and K gone, but there was nobody I could have quickly paid. Kayleigh returned. I said my hair had dried too much to work in mousse. Without any temp adjustment, she blasted me with ice cold water back at the sink, then informed me that all she had was styling cream, no mousse. I didn’t trust her to dry my hair, paid, and left soaked Never an apology. In the car I saw she hadn’t even straightened my side part, that was crooked and uneven, in order to cut. My husband was upset. We were late. I had to stop and buy mousse and fix my part in the car for our event. Was going to ask NOT to be charged but didn’t have the energy. We’re moving here and I really wanted to love the place. Sadly I can’t believe my horrible experience.

I went here a few weeks ago and I have no issue with how the gal did my hair. My issue is their pricing. I have worked in a high end salon and for a full highlight the max price was $145. I have been getting a full highlight all year from a different salon to go from dark brown to blonde and have only been charged $120 each time. Martelli charged me $230. That is absolutely INSANE. They are extremely overpriced and I will not use their services again.

They changed hairstylists without notifying the customer, and does not provide a free trim for a returning client. Also had a hairstylist completely damage my hair and that owner had me reschedule with that hair stylist and damaged it even more.

Kelsey McAllister is my absolute favorite stylist and colorist in Bozeman and I say that comfortably after living here for 3 decades and trying several salons and stylists. Since I’ve had Kelsey do my balayage, I am constantly asked the question “Is that your natural hair color?” Which I can only attribute to the fact that Kelsey’s color is so so good that it looks natural and prompts people to ask what would otherwise be a totally rude question. In addition to her impressive skills as a stylist, Kelsey is so laid back and easy to hang out with that I look forward to my appointment at Martelli’s with her and I am happy and impressed with the results every time. I highly recommend Kelsey McAllister and Martelli’s Salon in Bozeman for color and cut treatment and an overall positive salon experience.

We just had appointments here and one experience was good the other was not. Kesley did a wonderful job on my short bob but unfortunately the other stylist Kelsey was running 10 minutes behind on my sons. She then took only 10 minutes to cut it and it was very uneven. I asked for it to be fixed and was told it would need to wait till after the haircut she rushed through my sons to get to. I understand he is a child but we paid for a full mans haircut and she did a sloppy job. We will not use their services again.

She was always very easy to get into every two weeks even with my crazy work schedule! Brittani Cooper has been doing my hair for a couple of years now, and I have never been so confident with a stylist and salon before. I can walk in having no idea what to do with my hair, and leave loving my new cut and color. She has never steered me in the wrong direction. Martelli Salon & Spa provides all pampering services one would need and has such a happy, welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great hospitality, exceptional service, and competitive pricing.

This is my go to salon. I love how friendly the staff is. They actually listen to you and make a point to ensure that youre happy. Whenever I need my hair done or a massage I come here. In fact this is the place I always recommend. And to make it that much better, it is right next to my work!

I followed Mikkel from another salon because she does THE BEST lashes—and love it! The atmosphere is great and everyone is so nice!

I was going to Martellis from January- June for my lash extensions. That is the only reason Im giving it 4 stars rather than 5. I loved the available late hours for lash appointments (convenient if you worked a full day) and the friendly ladies who work there. The price was doable too. However, the last technician who started my volume set was horrible. Every visit I was almost in tears because it was so painful...and my lashes came out in clumps. It wasnt till I had a different lash technician there do my lashes, that I realized what I was experiencing was not normal, nor good. Granted she is no longer working at Martellis but I trusted the salon to have good and educated lash technicians. Especially since I was new to all of this. I switched lash ladies at Martellis but she left as well. I got frustrated that my appointments kept getting cancelled or moved to a month a way, due to lash technicians leaving. Therefore I switched salons for lashes. I still would go for hair, nails, and waxing! It is a cute and charming salon. They make an effort to make you feel special. The owner is super friendly and the prices are fairly reasonable.

I came to Martelli with black/red dyed hair from a different salon. I had started with natural blonde hair, had asked for brown, but got black (at the other salon). After several months of not being able to lighten it, I went to Martelli. Rylie and Chelsea were so amazing at explaining every step to me and got me back to my natural color in a few visits and I cannot believe they got out all that dark and the red! They are so professional and walked me through what could have been a very frustrating process otherwise. I highly highly recommend Martelli! They are knowledgeable and will listen to what you want. The salon is also very clean and nicely decorated!

Finale did an awesome job on me. She listened to my exact needs, worries, and understood my anxiety. Loved the atmosphere and pricing! I left feeling beautiful from the outside - in.

All the girls who work there are super nice and its a very pretty business, but I have had some issues with quality . The owner was quick to call and make things right.

Brittani and her stylists are all absolutely amazing. Every time they go above and beyond. I love how any stylist will provide excellent service. Chelsy, Autumn, and Becca have been fantastic to me! I went in 2 weeks post op of knee surgery and Brittani and the gals rolled out the red carpet when I really needed it.

Just visited the salon a week ago and Kacie did my all over color and highlights. I couldnt be happier, she was very meticulous and didnt rush through the process. I was washing out quite brassy and wanted to be back to a cooler brown with subtle highlights and she did just that. Kacie gets 5 stars from me, i was super impressed with her. The salon has a warm and inviting atmosphere, so glad I found them. I will be going to Kacie again, so she can fix my botched short hair cut done by someone else....as soon as it gets a little longer. thank you Kacie!

What a great experience! As nervous as I was to go to a new person for a haircut, Chelsea made me feel comfortable and confident that she would do a great job, And she did! I love my new haircut. The salon is very cute and clean and all the staff I met were very warm and welcoming. After haircut I had a mani and pedi. The pedicure was amazing, one of the best Ive ever had. The manicure was okay, I think it just seemed sub par because of how great the pedicure was. I will certainly go back to this salon to have all of these services done and I may check out the other. Shantel at Martelli Salon and Spa gave me a massage a couple weeks ago and I will use her again. I have had several massages and she is one of the best. Her pressure was perfect and it was so relaxing. I highly recommend her.

The service I scheduled online was not what I recieved. When I asked the technician about it mid-pedicure, she said they had run out of the product a while ago. It was a disappointing customer experience.

She had a massage and said it was wonderful--the therapist helped work out some sore spots and the experience was really relaxing. I had a facial with Autumn and loved it! She is very knowledgable and my skin felt lovely after. We also had manicures and pedicures. I loved the private pedicure room. It was beautiful and cozy. I thought the services were all done well. This combined with the calm atmosphere and pleasing décor, along with the friendliness of the employees, makes me excited to go back sometime and recommend this salon & spa to others.
