I had an important shipment. Lacked a box, and it was a weird size. They were quick to help and get my package on its way. This isnt a UPS Store, but the real deal customer center. So they can ship long guns and ammunition. Easy drop off, easy process!

The lady named Christine at the front desk was very, angry, hateful, rude, and lies. She told me that the driver would give me a call to explain where he left missing packages. He never called. She then said he tried to call but no answer. I spoke with another employee who helped me, with the missing packages straight away. Christine hung up on me three times.

I called UPS customer service. I was emphatically guaranteed that the local manager would call me at 12:00pm SHARP! I waited until 12:30pm and called UPS customer service again. After being passed around for 97 minutes, I was told that there was no way to put me in contact with the local office and no one at the regional office or corporate office could speak with me.Alex, the new driver for our business, has cussed out my employee, slammed a door shut in another employees face, and is now refusing to pick up or deliver packages from our business. Brad, his manager has refused to discuss the situation with me.

My packages are consistently late. I live in the middle of Bozeman. Sometimes my packages spend days on “will be delivered by end of day”. I’m not sure how my place is continually missed but I’m overly unimpressed that it takes days to receive packages after they get to Bozeman. I’ve been in the store and have had rather friendly customer service. But unfortunately I firmly believe that UPS has 1 job and that’s to deliver packages in a timely manner. To which they have failed to do several times.

Huge waste of time. The counter is apparently only open for a couple of hours in the afternoon even though the only hours I can find listed online are 9am to 8pm. You cant call either so Ive now wasted 2 trips here and still havent been able to ship my package.

Yesterday for the first time I lost it with a stranger... The UPS lady even at first glance seemed hesitant to help me. Her tone of talking was rude. I had told her there was a package waiting... Being held at the center for us for it cannot be delivered to our address at this time. I had my ID my husbands visa card with his full name and a piece of mail that showed the address of our home here bridger canyon. I told her if she could look up our address for the held package. She said that I needed the tracking number. So I texted my husband for the information. I gave her the tracking number and she went to get the package. The package from Amazon had his name on it and our address. She did not want to give it to me. Because the mail had his companies name on it so I was feeling frustrated hoping that I had a mail with my husbands name and our address all together. I luckily found one in our car. I showed her the mail... I have his debit card with his name. Yet she still was hesitant to give it to me. She said how would she know he was my husband. I have mail from our home, I have his debit card, I have the tracking number to the package... Why was she being so difficult? This is when I lost it. My husband is out of town and I need this package for my sons bday party. So I began uncontrollably yelling that our house burned down and the reason it could not be delivered... And all that I had shown her for proof to get the package... Anyways, it was all a blur and at the end she gave me the package. I was so upset I began to cry. Im just in disbelief how this lady made me feel. I told her she was rude... She did not want to hear any of it and said whatever... And as I walked out I said vieja mensa...which just means old dumb lady. Not my very best moment and not proud of it as I have never done such a thing but never has anyone made me feel so irritated and frustrated...

This a joint review of this facility and the store in the Hobby Lobby shopping center on Main Street.I went to the store on Main St to get all the information for shipping a firearm. They said their store cant do it, but the facility on Simmental could take care of everything. I asked what I needed to bring, just the addresses, gun, and that it must shop to an FFL holder.I WASNT told that the facility on Simmental is only open for shipping from 3:00-6:00 - and their website doesnt mention that either. When I arrived they dont do any packaging there - not really taking care of everything. Then they asked for a copy of the FFL. I had a digital copy, but they require a hard copy. The store on Main Street did not say that when I asked and it is NOT on their website.I never received a complete or accurate answer from either location.

One star is too many.Rude, useless, unknowledgeable, incredibly unprofessional staff. The clerk gave contradictory information then the manager, and neither of them gave the same information as what was listed online.When I showed the clerk the information and asked to see his manager again, the manager refused to come back out, while the clerk went and left me waiting for 10 minutes while he called somebody.The entire time, it seemed like a game to give the least complete, least convenient answers humanly possible.I left disgusted and will just stop using UPS. Enough is enough.

Bozeman location is awesome, helpful and courteous. They also have one of the best drivers I have ever met, John Norton. He is prompt, respectful, and super friendly. Thank you for being so good at your job!!!

The drivers are normally very friendly and helpful, but the women on the phone at the Simmental Way location should not be working customer service. Im lucky I decided to answer even though it said no caller id. She wanted to argue right away and was extremely rude. I asked a couple of times if the driver could call me if there was an issue with the THIRD delivery attempt, she just ignored me and said Ive done all that i can do.

I went jn to puck up a package that had been addressed wrong. The customer counter clerk was very rude and only half-heartedly looked for the package. I ended up having to leave without it when she told me it wasnt there. Right after I walked out the door, a driver who overheard our exchange came out after me and handed me my package. It was there, the clerk just didnt bother to really look for it. Very pathetic customer service.

Not sure why, but for the last 2 packages through UPS, I received delivery notifications, went to the door immediately and there were no packages. Where the heck is the UPS delivery person leaving them - not at my house that is for sure!! Very disappointed - I have never had this problem before!!

I would give 0 stars, if that were an option. Just too many times where our packages didnt get delivered. Today, the driver said they tried to deliver, but I wasnt home, and there was nowhere safe to leave it. I was WAITING BY MY DOOR when they said they tried to deliver it, so I KNOW it was BS. I called at 12:11 and was told I would be called within an hour. No call. I called at 2:15 and was told I would absolutely be called by 3:30. No call. I called at 5:50, and was told that the folks there on Simmental way wold call me immediately. NO CALL AT ALL. And I really needed my package today. So - I have to wait all weekend for some other driver with a little bit more job ethic to maybe deliver my package. I looked and looked but there is no way on Amazon to specify the shipper, because if I could, I would never be subjected to UPS again. USPS and FedEx manage to get my parcels to the door.

Someone here in Bozeman noticed that a parcel someone ordered from my work that was to be given to me to hand out had the incorrect address (an undeliverable address) on it. There was no way to find out what my real work address was so since I have an account they were able to look me up and sent it to my home. Just wanted to give kudos to whomever did this. Thanks!!

The tracking says my packages were delivered, yesterday. However, I dont have them. I live in the country so I know no one took them from the porch and besides, I was home all day. In trying to reach someone to talk about this I discovered its impossible! Following through all the prompts, I keep getting sent back to the main menu.We used to tell vendors to only use UPS as we never know if well get our packages with FedEx. Now, it would seem, there is no one to use!

I had to file a complaint with the state labor department to get my last paycheck because they never recorded my hours... a multi-billion dollar company trying to commit wage theft. Use the US Postal Service if you can.

Pay for an overnight delivery and they make you pick it up because they apparently tried to deliver it and no one was there? Also, you need to have a local phone number to call. Not having a local phone number only increases the frustration when you need to speak with someone. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous and painful to use phone system. Delivery driver left a sorry we missed you note two days in a row when someone was home both days. Local delivery hub then gives me wrong information and further wastes my time.

Rude and Unprofessional staff. Every time i have a package deliver through UPS the process is a nightmare. I work during delivery hours. Theres always an excuse and never any solutions. Scheduling a pickup at the store is like pulling teeth. I call the 800 number no information on your infonotice is found i drive to the store You have to call the 800 number. Id give this place 0 stars if i could. Ive never wrote a bad review, this place is unbelievable.

Local office gets 5 stars, trying to connect with them through the central UPS support gets 2 stars. Moved into a new neighborhood that had a special condition with local UPS, had to fight through the national support office to get to the local level that knew why packages werent being delivered.

All the info I received both printed on the box and through the confrimation email stated that a signature was required how ever my package was just dropped off so I inspected it when I got home found damage or the item brought back down to them and got told that their info said no signature required and the woman was rather rude through the whole ordeal finally got the package shipped back out hopefully
