Shelly has been incredibly helpful and kind. She has taken the time to make sure my products were made correctly, and showed me examples of the items prior to having me order. She checked on me several times as I was sending them over from my computer and went as far as resizing something for me when I was struggling on my end.Thank you Shelly, you made this experience great and I look forward to working with you more!

I had to order a part for my generator so we could run electric on our camper while were not home for our dogs. We gave them the post office address for general delivery and when the FedEx driver got to the post office he goes ”i dont think I can leave this package here you know, at the post office, where most mail goes? Then he calls my husband and says he didnt leave it there and that its at the FedEx office. No big deal my husband goes to the office only to find out that it isnt there. They tell him to go to the airport and he can maybe catch them before they close in 15 minute. Today we go to pick it up at the office again because they told us it would be there and now they tell us its at the Belgrade office. Thanks FedEx I guess our dogs can sit in the heat, cant wait for winter.

Warning: Do not ship computers by FedEx from this Office. Two computers that I shipped from this office were vandalized by someone at FedEx who apparently was seeking valuable computer components to steal. I know that the damage was vandalism for several reasons, the most straightforward one being that the tape I used to seal the box had been removed and the box resealed with fresh tape. When I reported the vandalism to the manager of this Office, he said that he would check the recording from the surveillance camera, but he never did. When I reported the vandalism to FedEx, they refused to investigate and they denied my claim on the insurance that I purchased. I am out $12,000 plus shipping for the two systems.31 July: After posting this review, the manager informed me that he checked the surveillance recording and determined that the vandalism did not occur at this location. All shipments go through two other locations regardless of priority, so the vandalism must have occurred in one of them. While this Office might be blameless, my complaint stands: I shipped two computers from this venue; both were vandalized; FedEx ignored incontrovertible evidence of vandalism and denied my insurance claims.21 September: I recently learned that PostalAnnex uses a private company to insure their shipments. For valuable shipments, PostalAnnex takes pictures of the condition before shipment. The insurance company decides whether to make a payment by comparing the condition on delivery with the pictures. If there is a dispute, the manager of PostalAnnex goes to bat for you and the insurance company has one person who is responsible rather than a faceless bureaucracy with arbitrary unpublished rules. These characteristic distinguish actual insurance from a scam. What FedEx offers might be a little less expensive, but it is fraudulent. I will be using PostalAnnex for all of my valuable shipments in the future.

So I was surprised to see the average reviews of the store was so low. I had a great experience with not only sending out packages but having loose items wrapped and shipped. I did have a chance to meet the district manager and he said they had recently put a new team in place. I also noticed that some of the reviews were for FedEx delivery not for the actual store. Just want to set things right. This will be my go-to for local shipping!

I own a small business and print documents often at FedEx on W College. Theyre always so helpful and timely with my requests. The staff are attentive and kind, even when things are busy and there are a lot of customers. Ill continue to use them!

Consistently handle packages poorly. I am standing at the door and they walk to the garage and literally toss it on the ground. This doesnt happen with UPS Ill tell you that.

If zero stars was possible these guys would have earned it. Theres not enough room in this review to detail all the stuff they messed up. They redelivered someone elses overnight package to us for two weeks. I almost threw it in the trash cuz I was tired of dealing with it. Recently I dropped a covid test off because I have t o go visit a high risk person. That was three days ago. Still hasnt even shipped out.Even their own delivery drivers have commented on how lazy and useless this store is.

The guy that helped me was quick and professional and I appreciate the help I received. However, this location is not enforcing a mask policy with their customers, allowing other customers without face coverings to hover around the counter area the entire time I was in the store trying to get things done. Very disappointing.

Great experiences the past four times here. Staff was attentive and friendly. Definitely take the time to deal with you in a very personal mannern and understand your situation/needs, which is a nice change from a lot of shipping/print/copy providers Ive been to in the past.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever seen!! I live in Ennis and FedEx NEVER DELIVERS ON TIME! They use the excuse that there is a local weather delay (even during glorious weather) so that they can wait until they get a full truck to make the trip profitable. We are now waiting for an important package that is way over due (AGAIN!) because the local FedEx company is too cheap to provide the service that they have undoubtedly contracted to FedEx for. From here on out we will specify that only UPS or USPS deliver our on-line orders. UPS is dependable and ALWAYS ON TIME! Im surprised that FedEx Corporate is not aware of this unreliable and unethical business practice.

Had two really great experiences here and one bad one. On the great ones we were helped immediately and were in and out in a jiffy. The bad experience we got nothing done as the person helping was pretty incompetent. Our good experiences were both on Saturday’s and the one bad experience was on a Sunday. Granted, this past experience there was literally a person crying while talking to a manager there... but to each their own!

Rare that I feel the need to submit a review immediately after a phone call, but I tried to reach out to this location regarding a specific size box. The person I spoke with was impatient, didnt listen to my question, and in the course of 10 seconds transferred me to the general FedEx customer service member who is off-site and who could tell me nothing about the boxes this location might have in stock. A complete blow-off deserves a scathing review, so here it is. You earned it.

Horrible customer service. The lady that worked there laughed in my face and said I bet your a millennial so I grabbed my package and left. She then called the cops on me. The cops laughed and nothing happened! Horrible store, staff and operation!

Delivery drivers DONT knock or ring the bell, so youll miss your package. My package should have been delivered to Bozeman... instead it ended up in Belgrade. No apologies for the inconvenience, no explanation, nothing. Avoid FedEx at all costs.

I have a small consulting business and need high quality report printing. My reports are about 25-45 pages long and have many photos. I bring in a flash drive with the report in Word format. Staff convert it to pdf, show me the report on the screen page by page before it goes to print. Photo quality is excellent and reports are available within a couple of hours. No problems and staff have been cordial and helpful. I used to print these reports myself. Never again after going to FedEx Office!

Great place to go! have had assistance with multiple projects there! As for the staff all hats off to them! I dont know how many times I have seen a person treat these people with disrespect when needing a service they do not provide.Or demand proof after giving little or no notice of there needs. Its funny to see people come in late and try to force a project down ones throat thinking it will make it go faster! I recommend bringing in your projects to FedEx with ample time to complete them,and to view proofs. Thanks for helping me last 10 min of your shift. That was great costumer service

Not big on troubleshooting issues regarding FedEx Ground deliveries. Got directed to call customer service to change delivery options.UPS is way more flexible. DHL lets you communicate directly with driver via text. Working with FEDEX is like working with USPS.I would have expected better customer service dealing with a local place. Not the case.

I just moved here and have no printer at home yet. I just discovered FedExs awesome online service! You can link documents in an email to their online printing service, they send you an access code and then you pop into the store, swipe your credit/debit card, enter the code, select your document and how you want it printed and wahlah - youre done! You can also use a cloud service, thumb drive etc. They have a computer center too and you can scan documents there. While in there (several times) Ive heard the employees interacting with shipping customers and they are very polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Great place!

FedEx is the worst shipping company. UPS and USPS will at least put the package in the entryway so that it is put of the snow. Not FedEx though. As little effort as possible with this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

No help in resolving missing pkg via Fedex Home Delivery. Said to call customer service 800 number. Driver apparently left pkg 4 miles from house at rural mailboxes near state highway and updated tracking system with Delivery Successful at street address. Never gave permission to leave pkg there, and driver must place on ground since I dont have a working mailbox there . Called 800 number and was told driver would call next day -- never did. Fedex is terrible. I will never use again.

I would totally disagree with the other negative reviews. I had a legal situation to take care of and was at FEDEX/BZN a lot! over a 2 year period. Every time I was there I found everyone to be very pleasant, helpful, and always a great attitude. I never write reviews but I will this time!

Shockingly poor customer service. employees are rude. it is obvious they do not want to help you. if you need anything you either do it yourself or go somewhere else. two stars because when you finally force them to do their job, the quality was excellent. as long as you dont mind being patient with the horrible people that work there.

Literally the worst customer service I think Ive ever had. I got completely ignored and when I asked questions the employees acted like I was inconveniencing them. Im a tech savvy college student and it took 40 minutes to print resumes because they would never explain what I needed to do, just give me a hassled, one line answer.Truly unbelievable.

The worst! I needed to scan some 8 1/2 x 11s, a ten page application, which should have been a fairly easy and painless process. Their self service do it all machines only print, despite being the type of machine that does actually have the ability to scan as well, but for whatever reason at this particular location it is not set up to do so. So I was told my options were either the computer rental, which only can scan one sheet at a time at a painfully slow pace, or let them scan it for me but I would have to wait hours - HOURS - for that three seconds out of their day. So I opted for the computer rental, which I bailed on after only managing to scan 2 pages, because their machine is so slow and archaic, at a cost of $3.50. Are you fricking kidding me? It would have been almost $20 to scan it all! And Id have to piece it together into a multi-page PDF. For a company that is so ubiquitous in the printing world, their machinery is outdated and their customer service terrible. Extremely disappointed.

My $2300 CPU has been on their trucks for 4 days and its already 3 days past the scheduled delivery time. I tried to get them to just bring it to the shop where I can pick it up but apparently they dont know which trucks your packages are on and have no way to communicate with the drivers. They have no way of telling you when your package might arrive during the 10 hour expanse of their business day so if getting the package is important to you youre stuck waiting around possibly all day long. Beyond irritated.Avoid FedEx at all costs

I have never left this place satisfied. Although the location is clean the staff friendly, the three times I can recall coming here, each time in a pinch, I didnt accomplish what I was seeking or just left frustrated, unsatisfied, and so on.Twice Ive come in with printing work on a flash drive. Ideally, this should be a super simple process: I bring digital files and leave with paper documents (This is how it works at CopyCats on MSU campus, use this place instead). However, the first time my flashdrive was formatted in Mac OS X Extended format and could not be read by the printer. Okay, Mac OS X Extended is not the most common file system (Note to FedEx Office: Mac OS Extended is a file system developed by a tiny company called Apple, popular with students like those that attend that one nearby institution. You know, the one across the street. ;-)The second time, I thought Id be real prepared and come with a FAT formatted flashdrive (i.e., one of the oldest and arguably most universal file systems). Once again, not recognized by several printers in the FedEx shop. The staff person indicated that perhaps its a problem with the flashdrive. Possible, but unlikely given Ive never had problems elsewhere using this Team Color Turn, 16gb flashdrive (but, perhaps the flashdrive is allergic to bad business). That was dumb.Finally, on another occasion I went in to ship some object. I purchased a box and attempted to use recycled paper to pad the object but was told that I couldnt because the recycling might contain sensitive customer information. Sounds like a nice excuse to sell me packaging material instead. Regardless, if you are a customer recycling paper with your social security number, bank accounts and other risky information at the FedEx Office, stop, thats pretty dumb. Meanwhile, I payed for packaging and shipping costs at around 2x what I would have payed at the USPS, and left pretty dissatisfied. Double Dumb.As far as I can tell, this store has little purpose given cheaper (e.g., USPS) and more convenient (e.g., CopyCats) options nearby.

They no longer accept an emailed return address if you want to shop something back. You have to wait until the receiving party ships you a hard copy return sticker. They were unhelpful and when we decided to just pay for it ourselves, the clerk went on break! Time waist!!!!

I try to NOT use them any more if possible. You call them and the phone rings and rings unanswered. Then when you go in you see why - they are standing around chatting with customers and the phone is ringing and ringing. Then when I finally DID get waited on staff was very unfriendly and acting like they were doing me a favor. Really?!!

Terrible customer service! I waited around for help at a copier and the associate acted like I dont exist while they stand at the computers. I walked out and Im never going back. Ill go to Office Depot or Staples for future needs.
