Mitch came in and did a review of our services and pinpointed where Fisher’s could help our business. Wasn’t pushy and we got great phone service on the set up.

Mitch was recently assigned as our account manager. He took the time to come to our church and do our account review. We were having a hard time getting a clean copy of a few items, so he looked into it and had a tech come out the next day to help us. Chuck came out and took the time to program some settings in our printer that are going to make copying those items so much easier. He spent over an hour helping us. We are so pleased with how Mitch handled it and how patient Chuck was about helping us get each programmed setting just right for our copying needs. Their customer service is top notch!

Incredibly rude folks here. Purposely so. Incredibly inconsiderate. I had my grandbaby with me. They parked their van so I could not open my door even though there was plenty of parking. Evidently angry that I parked in front of their shop. I did check for a parking sign...some thing that indicated not to park there. Regardless...there was plenty of room.Would never so business with folks that treat others that poorly in or out of the shop.

My company has been working with Fishers since their inception here in Bozeman and have had many wonderful experiences with both the sales (Ben) and tech (Mike and Derek) teams. They always do their best to save us money by performing periodical useage reviews and their techs are quick to respond to our needs. Honestly, I love when they have to come to the office because theyre all so personable and kind. If youre in need of a printer, consider these guys - theyre seriously awesome!

Our copier recently got jammed SO badly that we had to have a tech come on-site to fix the problem. It was early afternoon, and they werent sure if they could send someone to our site before the end of the day. Then, like magic, Derrick arrives and saves the day. He fixed our issue quickly, had a great sense of humor, and gave me a valuable tip about how to make a few adjustments in the copiers settings. Over and above customer service, Fishers! I couldnt have asked for more. (Well, I could have, but they probably would have charged me more...LOL!)
