I have been a tenant of Winbrow for 6 months now (5240 SW 90th way unit 2). I have to say that this is a property management company like no other. The property manager Tish is not only exceptional at her job, but she takes the time to get to know her tenants. She is well coordinated and has a resource for all of her tenants needs. With most issues getting fix within 24 hours. The maintenance manager Kevin is great at keeping the property clean and well kept. He is very courteous and having him in my home to work on something is as comfortable as having a friend over. He is a top of the line handyman and very skilled. I cant say enough about the team that is Winbrow. This is my home and its thanks to the people at Winbrow.
