Love this place. I’ve been twice so far and will continue to go back. They do a great job. And just FYI they let you tip on a card when you pay which is very convenient.

Well to start off it was sketchy because there was a line but no names were taken. To my assumption I thought it was first come first serve then I spoke.to the receptionist and she said no name shed recognize my face, I didnt take the chance and stayed in line. Someone went in and got seen before me but I stood by and waited. ... and boy, did I LOVE my outcome for waiting !!! They hooked me up with exactly WHAT I WANTED.

This was the second time that I got a bad pedicure. It looks like something my little sister did. It’s all clumpy and messy. I hate it. I paid and gave her a two dollar tip but I will not return here for anything but my eyebrows. The girl that did my eyebrows was professional and did a great job. Other than for that, I will not be returning here. I shouldn’t have paid but I wasn’t going to cause a scene.

Tools were not sanitized, job was done sloppy and the nail tech could not do design I wanted.

I LOVE MY NAILS!! They had everything very clean, I didn’t have to wait at all, she was very fast and she did a very good job, fair price!

Got these French gel on my toes Jan 2nd, it’s been almost a month !I came in very last minute to see Lisa I think her name was, she was so sweet and did a great job! I was super skeptical because I’ve dealt with pretty disappointing nail places but I was satisfied and will definitely come back.

My nails came out beautifully

I have been a Nail Famous customer for about 8 years and have mixed feelings about this nail salon. Some of the nail techs are very friendly and helpful while others are rude. Several of the nail techs do not speak English and ask the other techs to translate. This is not the cleanest nail salon. If you dont say anything, the techs will try to use unsanitized tools on you. Tonight, a nail tech removed my toe nail polish and then went over to work on another customers fingernails. Some of the ladies who work here will insist that you get gel nail polish and will get a little nasty when you refuse. As far as pricing, this salon is very reasonable. If you need your brows waxed, Lisa is the eyebrow queen. In summary, your experience at Nail Famous depends on the nail tech.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! WORSE SERVICE! they gave me no massage! No lotion! No scrub! Nothing very poor service. Definitely not satisfied

HORRIBLE NAIL SALON. I came in and got my nails done & as soon as I left I saw that all of my nails were uneven and crooked. The polish was smudged everywhere and my nails werent even filled or painted up to the cuticle. I went back in not even 2 days later and the guy up front was very rude & nasty. He continued to tell me that I had to pay 8 dollars to get them fixed. I then went to the lady that did them and she said you have to pay money. Why should I pay more money for something that was YOUR fault? She also said that she would just file them down as she has a client in front of her. The pedicure tubs have crusted mildew in them. Absolutely ridiculous and HORRIBLE customer service. Never will I do business with these greedy people again.

They are so racistttt.. one of the employees asked a black girl if she was going to pay now or pay later, The girl informed her that she was going to pay after her kids were done getting their nails polished. Even though I had a bad experience one time, I would recommend this place. I know the staff are good at what they do; I just catch them on a bad day. They messed up my nails this time around 🤷‍♀️

Very filthy. I went in to do acrylics and they didnt do cuticles, nails were visible and bare on the side, not even three days after I left 4 of them fell off, I called and the man at the phone was extremely rude and told me that they dont do refunds, but told me they would fix them, I come in today and have to wait 40 minutes and on top of this she makes me pay $15, one nail is completely crooked and longer than the other ones! Never coming back.

Great services. Nice staff. I got my delux gel pedi cost me $50 bucks. Since delux pedi without gel polish already cost $45 from other salons. Moreover, Ombré nail set with ballerina shape only $45/set. My old salon is $55. So this is my new home salon and forever. I’D LIKE TO RECOMMEND EVERYONE FOR NAIL FAMOUS INSIDE THE BOYNTON BEACH MALL.Thankx for great services.

I got my nails done on Saturday afternoon by Saturday night the gel started to strip went back to them Sunday and they re polished. Today is Tuesday and look at my nails that I paid $35 for... I am so disappointed in their service.. I just wasted my money

The lady I had was nice but was terriable at doing nails . I came in wanting a simple pedicure and she got polish all over my skin and had to go over it about a million times with a paint brush. Polish is patchy. Just not a good job . Argued with me when I said it was not a good pedicure .Save your money and go to a different nail salon .

Got a pedicure and the lady didnt even bother to soak my feet but kept telling me I should get gel. Do what you love not what makes you the most money ugh so annoyed with her

(Worst nail salon in florida) I went there 2-3 days ago with my friend we both had chipped nail polish the day after I got a full set she got normal polish change They did not clean my nails After they were done painting leaving nail polish all over my Hands very sloppy job bad eyebrow wax rude costumer service we decided to go back about 30 minutes ago to confront them they blamed it on the fact that we didn’t get gel polish but I always get regular and it lasts 3 weeks usually They did not Make my nails the shape I asked for I got thick square and THEY GOT THE WRONG COLOR not to mention they Charge 5 dollars to put polish on ur nails 10/10 would not recommend!

So I really didnt want to make a review about this place, but I couldnt let this go. This place is Filthy and I probably will be contacting the Health Department. I went in to get a Pedi as I always do at another Nail Salon located in West Palm Beach....but I needed something quick and decided to give them a try. When I went to sit in the seat I noticed the Rim of the Tub was really dirty. Now then I started looking around. All the Tubs are Dirty and then I noticed most everything was Dirty. When I brought this up to one of the workers...he tells me that they pay a cleaning crew $600 per month. You know what my response was....Fire Them If its this dirty on the outside...can you imagine if they even sterilize there utensils. This is the reason I think I am going to contact the Health Department.When you deny something is wrong, then thats an issue that needs to be addressed. I advise everyone not to visit this place.Max

This place is a rip off. I asked what the cost was to remove gel nails and they said $5. When I got there is said $5 on the sign as well. The guy charged me $10 and when I asked why $10, he tries to tell me I had some other kind of polish. I said no, I had gel nails and thats $5. He still charged me $10. They will never get my business again.

I would not recommend the service was horrible. I went in with a friend and my friend had 2 toes with gel on it they charged her an extra 5 dollars for taking it off. They use dial soap to scrub my feet and the lady who was doing my friend feet was very rude. I will never go again.

Very rude nails don’t last a week disappointed and nasty attitude

My visit there the first time was ehh.. So when I went back a second time I got another set of acrylics. They gave me a going girl and she looked a not too young. While she was doing my nails she kept rubbing the file along my skin, along with my nail. She didnt even clean the acrylic attached to my nail. So when I got home I inspected my newly done nails, and I noticed that there was a lot of acrylic attached to my nail ; Also the corners of my nail were showing on multiple fingernails. I believe the young women who did my nail was not even licensed in this at all.

The man was very disrespectful to both my friend and I, they did my nails and the day after 2 popped off. Three days later 3 popped after the worst experience of my life.

I made an appointment in advance to have a fill. Showed up 5 mins early, said my name and that I was there for my appointment for a fill and wasnt on the list. Another woman had to come over saying You called me? Clearly completely forgot about me and to even put me on the list and the place was swamped. They were turning walk-ins away saying they had 5 people waiting and were booked for the night. I proceeded to wait for one hour as it was 9 and the mall was closing and they still hadnt even started me. Left and went to the other nail salon on the other side of the mall then next day

RUDE nail techs told me to hurry up and make a decision on a nail color and then after waiting a half hour put 2 customers in front of me. Too many other nail salons in the area to be disrespected in such a manner.

No stars for me! Horrible - lumpy, uneven, too little acrylic, sides bare, 1 day later coming off, and she cut me with the file. I complained several times to no avail - was forced to leave with nails I have to hide til I can get them redone.I have had to re-file myself, and the polish job is the sloppiest ever, certainly nothing any woman can wear to work or an event. And yes, it was a crowded dirty mess, utter chaos, kids running and bumping into paying customers. Will never ever be back.

Worst nail salon experience ever!! Guy doing my nails was rushing through the whole thing. Acrylic was bumpy (can obviously see it), you can see where the acrylic ends on the sides cause my nails wasnt fully covered. Also some corners were bulky where to much powder was put. Asked for gel polish but he painted my nails with regular polish cause he wanted to go home. After about 6 nails painted I asked again cause I read the box and noticed hes using the wrong one, then he finally said he didnt know I wanted gel. Which was a lie, he was also rude and sucking his teeth. NEVER AGAIN!!! Also place not that clean.
