I took my iPad here to have the screen repaired a few days ago. From the moment I first called until I picked up the iPad everything was very professional. The prices were also better than any other quotes I received and the man finished the job within about 3 hours. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a screen fixed to go here. They will give you a quote on the phone so you dont waste time going in if their prices are not what you want as I had done a few times at other places.

This is the place to go for phone repairs! My wifes iPhone X had a black screen and I was told by Best Buy that it was a power issue with the phone that was going to cost over $500. Well I brought my phone in and turns out it just needed a new screen for about $130 which includes a lifetime warranty! Repairs only took about 20 minutes and the customer service was excellent! In terms of speed and affordability Id give 4 stars but the quality of the work is definitely a 1 star.I repaired a spare phone for my kids. Got it back in less than a week, which was responsible. In my haste I do not thoroughly inspect the phone or put it to immediate use. About 2weeks later after taking it out of the box it was stored in I realized a corner of the screen was not attached to the phone. Ironic, went for a screen replacement and the replaced screen isnt secure on the phone. (I have to laugh because what else would I do)So thats that. Use at your own risk.

Yesterday (5/29/20), My Android phone started to flip from site to site and I couldnt even shut it off to reboot. I went to Dr. Phone Fix in Boynton Beach and Peter was a tremendous help. After looking at it, he suggested that it may need a new screen and he would check and I should come back later. I came back a couple of hours later and he said i was all set. He told me there was a loose connection and he had tightened it and all is well again with NO COST to me. I am extremely happy as I need my phone for business and Peter could have charged me for a new screen and I would have to wait until he could have ordered one. I recommend this place to everyone due to their great work and honesty!

This guy is incompetent. He told me my mother board was fried and my computer was worthless. I installed a windows recovery disk and the machine runs perfect . I did not even loose my files. also he might be a little lazy. Frank R Ciccarello

Called around looking for someone who could solder on some headset wires. This was the only place that said they could do it and had me come in to take a look. Dropped them off and within 2 hours received a call that they were ready. Would highly recommend and will go there for any future electronic needs!!!!

I came in expecting to have to replace my charging port on my Galaxy as its been barely charging recently. The price they quoted me for the replacement was much better than the other place nearby. But when I came in, the tech was able to clean it out in a few minutes (after I had already done that myself several times), and it was actually working perfectly after that, so no replacement was even needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back when needed!

This place has amazing customer service. I needed a new screen protector, the glass type that the AT&T store charges a lot of money for. Well these guys are VERY reasonably priced and their service was excellent. I went in for a replacement screen protector, they put one on while they ordered the correct size. No charge for the one they put on and as promised, the correct screen protector was there when they said to come back a few days later.Highly recommend as the alternative to the corporate phone stores.T. Oh my Gosh!! This place is awesome! My phone was all kinds of a mess. It had so many problems, apparently from having my cracked screen fixed (at a different vendor). I also had water damage. They fixed it in 40 minutes. And that was with no appointment. They are super courteous and professional. And the quality of the colors and screen are better than my phone has ever been! I am so happy. And they guarantee their work. If my phone acts up in the future I can bring it back and as long as my screen is not cracked they will replace it. Loving these guys❣️ 🙏🏼

I brought my phone to Dr Phone and they fixed it free of charge! I emailed them basic questions and they responded very promptly and professionally. I brought my phone in after having a very bad experience at Ifix and Restore on Congress and Gateway. Brett was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable and was able to repair my screen when the other store took my money and hardly did anything. I now have a new phone repair place. Highly recommend the service.

Jeff is a heaven sent beautiful angel. I had 100s of medical pictures from Colombia not backed up on my phone that was smashed and stuck in a boot loop. Both AT&T and apple told me there was nothing they can do for my phone but something told me to give it one more try here. They told me to report back in three hours after dropping it off and sure enough, my precious photos were returned to me. All three men that I met tonight were fabulous. These guys fixed my iPad2 and most recently, my computer. Brent did a great job tracking down the problems and fixed them. Everyone is courteous, and give great customer service. They are reasonably priced and timely. I have recommended them to several people and we have all been very pleased.

I referred my father to this place as I shop at that Walmart often and figured they would do good work, I read some reviews and saw that they had an good overall rating. My father went in and had his phone looked at, he was told that the battery popped and it caused the screen to shatter. The work was quoted at $139 for the replacement battery and screen. He was told by the manager that, if it happens again, bring it in and it would be replaced as the parts are under warranty. My father and I went to the store 2 days later, as his phone screen shattered again. He explained that he didnt drop the phone and that it was in his pocket when it broke. The first thing we were told is that the phone has physical damage from being dropped. Right away i realized this was their argument for not wanting to replace the screen and/or battery as my father was told, they would. I will be returning to the store as i was told the manager would be there this week, I hope to get get this matter resolved as soon as possible and its hard to believe that we were lied to about warranty, if this was explained, i doubt anyone would get work done here at all. I will have an update review coming soon.

I took my IPhone to the Apple Store and they did not fix my problem (phone keeps dropping calls). These guys were able to diagnose the problem and tell me exactly how to fix it. Last year they fixed an IPad for me. They’re quick, super nice and their prices are incredible. Highly recommended.

I took my cell phone in because the charging port had not worked for a couple months (fortunately I could use wireless charging). I fully expected to have them order a new part and replace the port. I explained to the gentleman who waited on me that I had tried digging around in the port and blowing pressurized air as well, all to no avail. He took a look before we ordered the part and dug out a piece of junk, and all of a sudden the port WORKED...and he didnt charge me a thing! I will most assuredly return when I need something repaired, and I will recommend this repair shop to everyone who will listen.

First time I came into the store because I thought I had a bad port, the tech checked it and said there was just debris in it and cleaned it out and didnt charge me a cent. That showed the integirty of the Company right there.Next visit my port was bad and my screen was cracked and the price I was quoted was excellent and I was told all would be done in 1 hour. I went to the store to install a screen protector, did a great job, ask how much, he said nothing, great service and quick. I have account with Verizon, for at least 15 years, went there to have it installed, I was told they will not do it, I have to do it myself, so much for their customer service..

You guys are AMAZING! I took my iPhone 5 on 02/21/17. It was in my opinion beyond repair but it was still worth a try as I had years of memory stored and I was unable to retrieve it before the phone decided to commit suicide. Not only did they fix my phone that same evening, it came back looking brand new and I was able to retrieve the memories I once thought I had lost.
