I have been dealing with a computer issue on my Surface Book for approximately a week now and, Joseph from Avalon IT was able to repair it in less than 5min! I couldnt tell you guys how elated i was to see my computer back at its former glory! I am also relieved that i did not have to pay GeekSquad $200 just for a diagnosis!!? Nothing against those teenagers who work behind the counter at GeekSquad, but its not worth the hassle; having to wait for days for them to tell you what might be the peoblem. Joseph never seen my kind of issue on a Surface Book before, but it did not stop him from giving me an 100% satisfactory service!!
