Kinda hit or miss here. Got a haircut in April, and July back and was very satisfied. I forget who did them but I think one girls name was Ginger and she was awesome. My most recent haircut, though, I asked for a skin fade on the sides, and when I asked to go shorter from the 1 1/2 they did, I was told that it might look weird. I even gave a photo reference to what I wanted. They went down to a 1, still not what I wanted, but I decided to just deal with it and leave. The sides are barely blended and they seemed to rush the whole thing, even though I was the only one in there and told them I was in no rush. Also the haircut saved on my profile is not the one I get anymore, even though Ive told multiple stylists to delete it and change it to what I get now. Theyre convenient but mixed results whenever I go :/

Tania is the nicest person ever! She is worth the wait. My 2 boys love her and they won’t have any other person touch their hair. She is the bomb! Thanks Tania for having such patients for my twins. ❤️

Kay was amazing she was very professional. She Took her time to perfect the hair style I wanted and did not rush me in and out of the chair. I will definitely be back to see her for my next haircut. Thanks again!

Tonya was amazing....we came in last minute and she cut both my 8 year old boys hair and my 14 year old daughters hair the night before school started. She did a great job and the kids were super happy with their hair! Very nice people working there.

Thank god for Liz fixing my haircut! She is by far the best and has the cleanest lines. The girl who cut my hair took 2 hours to try and get a clean line and Elizabeth stepped in and cleaned it up. Only going back if i can get her.

I have been to several sports clips and this location was by far the worst. I checked in to their waitlist system and waited no less than 30-45 minutes for a haircut. One of the stylist Kay finished up with her customer and told me she would be right with me and went to clean her station. When she finished she walked back up to the desk and my name had disappeared from the monitor, she asked the other gentleman waiting if he had signed in (because he came into the store about 10 minutes after me) and when she realized it was my name that wasnt on the monitor any longer she asked me for my phone number again so she could add me back to the system. She then told me she would be taking the other gentleman before me and when I said i didnt understand why i would have to wait when i was there before him she could not give me an answer. At that point i just walked out because I wasnt going to wait even longer. Dont waste your time, go anywhere else, customer service is awful.

My husband took my son for a haircut today. The “stylist” obviously did not know what she was doing as my son stated she had to ask others for help. When my son came home he was upset and crying because he said the stylist scratched him and was pushing down on his head.. hard. I called Sports Clip and reported the incident. The manager did call me back to apologize but offered no compensation for the horrible jagged haircut and the manhandling. Just be aware if you go there they don’t know what they are doing, and they don’t care how they mistreat/handle your child/children’s head. I would give no stars if I could.

The atmosphere is great. They look out for your safety and the place is extremely clean. Ginger really listens to you and works to get your hair looking amazing. Highly recommend coming here.

Elizabeth is amazing. She cuts my eight year old sons hair, and she is a true professional. My son has a very tender head, and she is so gentle and accomodating that he really enjoys getting his hair cut now! I have also recommended Elizabeth to friends of mine, and they were extremely satisfied with the results. Elizabeth is the best!

I drive a little extra distance to get my haircut at this Sports Clips because of Elizabeth who is so professional and does such a great job getting my hair cut just the way I like it. She is very pleasant to talk to while she cuts my hair. I highly recommend Elizabeth at Sports Clips in west Boynton for your next haircut.

We absolutely love this place for my son’s haircuts. We followed Elizabeth from her previous location and we just love it here. Elizabeth is so sweet, knows my son by name and does an excellent job cutting his hair. The place is very clean, professional, and we will continue to go back.

Very convenient. It can get busy but the app is solid and making a reservation is easy. It’s nice to be able to watch football and get a haircut on Sundays.

Good service in all areas

I checked in online and then entered my info when I arrived at the shop. The board said I was next up but I waited over 20 minutes while the stylists were talking to each other. Only one person was in a chair so they weren’t busy. I finally gave up and left. I will not use that Sport Clips again.

Called in yesterday to see about an appointment for my grandson . They said I could sign in online or walk in. So I did Crystal took the time to show. Me how to scan a code with my camera to download the app. I was very pleased at the service of Lauera and how clean the place was & we have a Bogo to come back!
