My A/C mysteriously stopped working. I called Astro Air, and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and helpful. Christian, the tech quickly followed up with me and kept in touch with me to let me know when hed be arriving. He had a full day scheduled that day, but made to my house in the evening. He was so courteous and helpful. Im happy to say that my A/C is now working and Im not sweating anymore! Thank you, Christian!!!!

I am a Realtor and have worked with many companies in the past. This was hands down my best experience! From dispatcher to the EXPERT AC tech, this company was amazing. I called in late Friday afternoon and spoke with the dispatcher and had an expert at the property within an hour. Jason “Rooney” was beyond helpful and kind, despite having to crawl into the 120 degree attic! He helped with the ac but we still needed electrical work done to be fully functional. He called many places for over an hour and found someone to come out first thing the next morning (which was a Saturday)! Rooney was professional, fast, and went FAR above and beyond for me!!! I have been using Astro Air for several years. Great service and friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Last Friday my original builders unit AC finally died. Same day tech was able to evaluate and fix temporarily. Sales arrived first thing next day and have lots of options. New unit installed today. Install team of Jared and Tony did a fantastic job. I am a real estate agent and have to deal with different companies all the time. Astro Air Inc is a company that one of my clients uses. I decided to call them when we needed an ac tune up. They were phenomenal and very easy to book over the phone. They came within the 2-hour time frame and their service professional was beyond nice and detailed. Our ac system looks like new and the fee charged was extremely reasonable. We liked them that much that we purchased their annual service agreement for the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest and reasonable AC company.

I have been using this Astroair for a couple of years and highly recommend the company. I found them to be very professional and competitively priced. Their repair service, by all of their tech staff that serviced my AC unit, were prompt and knowledgeable. My AC was really tired (14 years old) and I finally broke down and bought a new unit. The installation guys were on time, once again knowledgeable, providing a neat and clean install. Swept and cleaned my garage after install, even picked up the small pieces of wire and took away the old unit including the slab outside unit was installed on. I highly recommend Jim Davis one of the salesman and the entire service and new installation crew. To the owner, your fortunate to have such great team!

My AC maintenance was performed today by Astro Air, INC. The service technician’s name was Eric he did an amazing job. He was courteous, punctual and very professional and even wore his blue shoe protection when inside my home when servicing inside of my two units. He also discovered that my foam protection hoses on the outside units needed a little attention which he addressed and even painted the UV coating on this for additional protection.Attention to details of this type will always keep me as a dedicated customer of Astro Air INC.

New AC unit lasted 10 days. Repair guy comes onsite and say heck I didn’t install the unit.

Jim Davis was polite and communicated with me initially and up until my installation date 04/05/19. The technicians Jacky and Gary were polite, on time and respectful of my home. They communicated with me throughout the process. They installed the unit the same day and it works great. They accommodated my work schedule and made our home comfortable again. Additionally, they walked me through operating the new programmable thermostat and how to change the filter and access the drain tap so monthly maintenance is a breeze. They cleaned up behind them and never disturbed my home. Highly recommended.

Used them for many years but this last experience left a sour taste. Always dealt with the ladies in the office and predominantly one tech. This time around we got a younger tech (what he did felt wrong but I wont put his name out there) but the office guy Mike (never spoke to him before this) simply unprofessional. A customer has a complaint and all he wanted to do was go back and forth. As far as Im concerned, Im done with this company. A homeowner should have the right to decide what you will do before you do it.

It was 10 pm on Saturday night when i realized my a/c was blowing warm air. I made the call expecting the worst, Mark arrived with booties and a drop cloth. Astro Air replaced my 14 year old system with a new high efficiency system. There were a number of wrinkles from the original installation that were hard to anticipate. From the time the installation started through all needed adjustments, Astro Air stayed on top of it with management and their top technicians, even ordering the special parts needed to make the system work at maximum efficiency.

Ok so I called for w water leak the service man showed up handed me his card and introduced himself to me thats professional. My air went out on a Saturday afternoon and I have a house full coming for a dinner party that evening. I called the after hours service and received a call back from a tech in less than 10 minutes. He said he was on a call but would be there as soon as he was done. He explained the charges and told me once he knew the problem he would quote a price for the repair.Mark showed up and within 15 minutes identified the problem, quoted a price for repair and had me back up and running in 45 minutes.I would not hesitate to recommend Astro to anyone.You hear all the time about companies that offer after hours service but how often can you really get them to come out.They definitely saved the day and my dinner party. 😄

I called 3 different companies for an estimate to replace my 2 ton condo AC unit as well my Hot water Heater. They responded quickly, showed up on time for the estimate, Steven from Astro Air was professional, and offered a fair quote. They referred me to a plumbing company (For the hot water heater) who was also perfect. The install happened yesterday, exactly on time very neat and clean, no surprises, very professional and the unit works great. Very highly recommend. Tip, go to their website and they offer coupons which can be used for various items. All and all a great experience.UPDATE*** 06/12/14 After being promised to make sure the required adjustments were made to pass city inspection they do not respond to phone calls and now tell me it will be more money. Astro Air is very reputable and honest to deal with. I replaced my AC unit 5 years ago. They service it regularly and they come right away when called. As President of our association, they now service a lot of the other owners, AC units. They are very fast & efficient and charge accordingly and are very reasonable. We higly recommend them.

Ive never been so impressed with a company. Let me give everyone the rundown. My wife and I just bought our first house. A complete remodel. Needless to say, weve been dealing with every kind of service from fences, hardwood flooring, kitchen contractors, etc. Literally everything you can think of. And Im not kidding when I say that all these companies have been complete nightmares. From the customer service, to the prices, to the no call no shows. So it came time to replace the A/C unit, not by choice mind you, our old one died on us. My wife frantically called Astro at the crack of dawn and left a message for a callback immediately when they open. No lie, one minute after they opened I got a call from the GM and explained our emergency situation. He personally, not a salesrep or agent, was at my house an hour later assessing the situation. He had a brand new machine installed in my house hours later. From the time my wife called him, to the time we had flowing AC in my home was less than 24 hours. And this was all days after hurricane Irma when everyone was calling for AC repairs. Now remember I said our house was a fixer upper, and although the new AC unit was incredible, I had a leak on the inside of my walls where the drain went, and faulty wiring. Astro came out to my house on 5 separate occasions to fix whatever we needed fixed. I was emailing back and forth with the General Manager personally for days. And every time I called him to complain about something else, he had a technician at my house within hours. I cant say enough about the customer service, the professionalism, and the all around experience I had with Astro Air. If anyone is in need, dont hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed. I know we werent. Thanks again to Mike and the rest of the team that bent over backwards to make my wife and I comfortable.
