Just very nice people! I called mid morning and he said they could not get to me that day (non-emergency) but told me what time to call back on the next morning and they’d get me in. And they did! I never had to leave work and the vehicle was in my driveway when I came home! Very reasonably priced!

My father had trouble starting his truck. AAA sent Jones towing. They said it would be 45 minutes until arrival, but ended up arriving within 20 minutes, which was great. They tested the battery and found no trouble. They towed the truck back to their shop and within minutes had it on the lift and diagnosed a failing starter. They managed to quickly get the starter to fire up the truck and advised my dad he will need to get a replacement. They said the truck should get him home fine...which it did.Everyone we dealt with from Jones was very professional and friendly. Super friendly.I have lived in BG all of my 52 years. I now know that any time I need towing, I will call these guys. Once you find a gem, you try not to lose it!

I called 3 other places before this one. The first was rude so I just hung up, the 2nd answered the phone but hung up, the lady never picked up the phone. I called this towing company & someone picked up promptly. They were very fast to pickup & drop off my car. Thank you. The 4th in my case was a charm.

These guys are awesome! I rent a car often and run into issues every now and then so have to call AAA. These guys were the fastest and friendliest responders I’ve experienced, quickest and no frills with the service. If you’re sitting on the side of the road right now and looking up who to call, quit thinking and just call these guys!

On our trip to Destin we were sidelined by a flat tire near Bowling Green, Kentucky. We did what we normally do and call AAA. This can be very hit or miss. There are times when you have a decent experience and others that you have an appalling one. Luckily he was one of the good ones. Very professional and courteous. Not from Kentucky but if I am ever in the area and needing a tow I hope AAA sends out his company.

Had to call a tow after getting two flat tires when a family member ran over something on the interstate. The driver arrived easily within 10 minutes. He was professional and friendly when talking to us about where we needed our car taken. He got the vehicle loaded up very carefully but quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to call this company again.

Car FOB quit working after day of shopping in Bowling Green & ignition key would not unlock door so since we were from out of town I googled Bowling Green tow services and Jones Automotive & Towing came up. Never heard of it of course since live 1 1/2 hours away but gave them a call. Lady who answered was very polite and professional. She dispatched truck to our location and in less than 15 minutes the driver had arrived & unlocked my vehicle. Very pleased with service provided. Hope to never have to use again but if situation arises I will not hesitate to call on their services.

Every part of this experience working with Gary with Jones Towing was as good as it could have been. Fast response. Helped troubleshoot car problem. Towed car very carefully. Dropped car off inside my garage perfectly. It is obvious why he was rated AAA Driver of the Year for this area. Reasonable fee. All in less than 50 minutes.

Called AAA (we highly recommend to everyone) because the battery in our 2014 Subaru Outback died completely.After calling AAA, Jones Towing sent Branden out to test our cars charging system, check the battery and provide assistance.Branden did his job in a professional and courteous manner while explaining what he was doing, understanding our situation of moving family 1200 miles and the stress one is under while doing so.Based on our interaction with Branden, we recommend Jones Towing to everyone.

My car broke down leaving Bowling Green heading to St. Louis. Gary came out and towed my car back to the hotel I had been staying at and helped me get it positioned perfectly to be towed home later. He was excellent, courteous, polite,friendly and extremely capable. Highly recommended. And this service was AAA.

We were on vacation traveling through Kentucky when our vehicle began having electrical issues. We called for a tow truck. Wade from Jones Auto and Towing drove us and our vehicle to a service station. He waited while we spoke with mechanics. Once it was determined that we would need a more specific service shop he delivered our vehicle to the dealership that was over an hour drive away. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful. He even drove us to our car rental location and was so pleasant about the whole situation. Truly a great and nice man and company to work with.

Worse place I have ever seen...I would not advice anyone to let these people towed their car..Not only will they claim you gave it to them, they will parts off of it and act like someone else took them..poor excuse of a business and needs shut down.

Very friendly and helpful. They take credit card which is essential with most businesses. Very happy with my towing experience.

Their in town tow prices were reasonable but was a little aggravated when I told them I would meet them at the vehicle being towed and when I wanted it picked up and they got there early a loaded it and moved it to my house I am very particular with my vehicles but they are good Id use them again
