I already wrote a review once and I deleted it because I thought I left the review for the wrong business.They don’t offer much for instruments that are brought in.I got a reply from the owner that they don’t buy instruments on my last review which is incorrect. I know which place I went to and to be exact we brought in a Kala ukulele. I was offered $40 but elsewhere I was offered AT LEAST $65.

I expected so much more. Inventory was low and the kid that helped me didnt seem too interested that I wanted a guitar right then and there. He didnt come over and talk to me about the used guitar that was priced in the $2000 range either that I may have bought because I happen to like that brand and yes, I could have bought it. Service is every thing to me, especially with music because thats my passion. Otherwise, why be there! So, kick that kid to the curb, hire me as your sales representative and you will have customers walking out with $2000 guitars- The Piper

Rented speakers and a mixer (with necessary accessories) for my wedding. The staff (especially Rowena) were incredibly helpful and made sure I was comfortable with the equipment so everything would go as planned. Cant recommend them enough!

First and last time using this store to rent equipment. Rented lighting equipment from them which worked fine. One day rental, but I was unable to return the equipment by close of business. So I returned it at the opening of business the next day. Even after calling ahead to explain, they were inflexible on the rental charge and charged me an entire extra day ($153). Totally within their rights. But their short term gain has cost them long term business.

Sean and his staff are awesome. Sean called me and gave me great advice and direction. I could tell he is passionate about his business and he sold me exactly what I needed, he was not just trying to make a sale. I will be buying more from them again!

I like all of Bowling Greens music stores, but this is my personal favorite. They have the best service, prices, and selection of instruments. Its also very helpful that they offer layaway.

Exceptionally helpful staff, and wide selection of interesting stock. Really welcoming and pleasant place; in particular, if I know anyone whos just getting into playing stringed instruments, this is absolutely the place I send them to get set up, because I know theyll be taken care of.

They have a nice inventory of guitars, definitely very friendly and helpful. Cant beat the prices and they will give you good honest answers. We bought new strings and they put them on for us for free.

Pretty good selection but no high end guitars. Lots of outdated amp models. They will price match online prices within reason.

Lowballed me on custom fender strat.

Came into this store today and I needed help with trying to figure out how to get an XLR mic into my Mac. I had been following instructions on YouTube and message boards to no avail.I came into this store as a last resort. An employee named Bobby asked me a few questions and directed me to a PreSonus AudioBox and explained it to me and was very polite and kind. I bought it, took it home and I had another question and called the store. Bobby talked to me again and he was extremely helpful.I havent experienced that level of help and assistance in a retail store in many years. Glad to know it still exists. Bobby was a great help to me at a time I was most frustrated.
