Worked with Logan via email and he was great! Super helpful and even educated us on which sander would work best for our project. However when I went to pick up the machine and walked into the store whoever the person at the desk was had a look on his face that was clearly annoyed by our presence and you could tell he didnt really want to help us in that moment, even though he did. Our contractor had trouble keeping the sandpaper purchased at the store on the machine as there was no adhesive on it. When I called the store I was told the machine should still be able to grab onto it with the vibrations and such and to call back if it didnt work. It didnt work for our situation because we had to keep readjusting the machine as the sandpaper kept sliding out from underneath it. We stopped our project short and decided to just return the machine and the rest of the sandpaper. Maybe your experience with this store will be much better than ours was, but this is my reason for giving this 2 star review.

Always professional and helpful! I regularly use EZ rental for lawn care, basketball court care, poolside care and outdoor parties. Pricing is so reasonable I decided always to rent rather than to own.I decided to post because of a negative review-I totally disagree with the comment of “ dirty and scratchy tables” .... if this did occur this company would make it right!I highly recommend them without hesitation!

We rent equipment from EZ rent it.Customer service is top notch.Everyone friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure we had right equipment for the job, explained use and care.We are happy with experience and will be back for future projects.

Staff is incompetent. I spoke with them three times on the phone regarding my rental needs and got a different answer each time. I went into the store and had the same experience. Very rude as well.Go to Green River Rentals. They appreciate your business.

Im a 51 year old woman who rented a 13 Floor Buffer from E-Z Rent-It Inc. I tried to buff the floor and the machine was so heavy and skittish that I couldnt control it. After several attempts I waited for my husband to get out of work. My husband is a big guy and he couldnt control it either. We called E-Z and told them and they said to bring the machine back and they would make the situation right. I brought it back figuring that they would stand by what they said over the phone. I was met by a middle aged man (who appeared to be either the owner or manager). I told him that we werent able to complete the job of buffing our floor. He proceeded to turn the machine and was able to run it (obviously hes had much practice, or something. His demeanor was like, see, any moron can run this machine). I told him we just couldnt keep the machine from going out of control. He went into this long and drawn out song and dance that, most men try to over power the machine and that most women are very good at running the machine. I told him that we didnt have that kind of experience with it. He then told me that he HAD to charge me for the entire rental and the used pad anyway. I tried to further explain to him that we just werent happy and that it was impossible for us to use. He continued to argue the issue...on and on and on! I reluctantly agreed to pay the bill. As I was standing at the register trying to pay he followed me and was stilling running his mouth. Finally, I said to him that I wasnt going to stand here and argue with him and that Ill never be back. He snapped back, Im not arguing with you...and continued. I looked him straight in the eye and said, we need to end this NOW! He finally shut up and I paid. I felt so sorry for the few fine young gentlemen who worked there who had to witness such a spectacle as they were as nice as they could be. The old guy on the other hand...NOT SO MUCH!!! I guess they would rather lose customers than make things right. PS What ever happened to making the customer happy...or satisfaction guaranteed??? A happy customer is your best advertisement...word of mouth!

I have rented multiple times from this company for both personal and business use. They are always outstanding in customer service and care. This is the only place we will rent from for our needs.
