The customer service was excellent and the H&R Block rep was very helpful in guiding me to the right course of what I needed to get done for my tax return.

Wasted my time and did not seem knowledgeable on their own policies and docunrnts. Very nice ladies here but I was not impressed with the events that transpired.When I called to make an appointment, I was asked if I wanted to drop off my documents or be there for filing. I elected to be there. When I showed up, the young lady tried getting me to drop off but said she could also do the appointment if I wanted. I elected to do the appointment as scheduled. When she sat us down, she went in the back to get her boss who then told us we had to drop off. She gave the excuse that since we brought our babies, we were not able to file in person due to covid.This should have been explained to me well in advanced. Seems like they didnt have manning to support the foot traffic but they could have just said that instead if trying to make me drop off. I dont know what else it could be.This was just my bad experience. Again, the ladies were professional and listened to my complaint on site but I chose not to do business here. Im sure it is not common.

Since I came to the US, I have been a client of H and R because I am confident of their staff who accurately prepare the data.

Always good customer service and my tax guy is always great and professional. I have been going to him for years.

My preparer, Ralph Jackson, is a friendly and knowledgeable and friendly tax man. this is about the 4th year in a row I have dealt with him, he is always ready to give help to a senior customer and is very nice to work with. I highly recommend him to my friends.

Ralph Jackson sees my needs are met. I do feel, based on your pricing sheet, you are trying to nickel and dime me to death. Just charge a fair flat rate price that I can budget for each year. Im not sure, but you may have charged me for my signature. (Being facetious, but you get my point.) 😉
