Went to Jimbo Tis. What I asked for and the picture I showed was not what I received. Very unsatisfied. The haircut I received was not worth $40. Otherwise the place itself is fine.

Best barbershop Ive been to in a while.

This barbershop has a nice ambiance and everyone is very professional!I received a horrible hair cut from James the barber. I explained that I had a major event this weekend and I needed amazing hair cut with a sharp hairline. He explained that he had been cutting for over 20 years and once owned a barbershop so I figured I was in good hands! however he pushed my hairline back and inch in a half. My haircut is so bad, I think Im forgo going to my event.Im truly disappointed and will never patronized this establishment again. As a barber that has been cutting for over 20 years, I would think you would ask your client about their hairline if you had issues. He just completely butchered my hairline and tried to fade my hair to cover up his mistake. I was livid when I left the shop and chose not to make a scene in front of other customers. I would advise that you watch everyone cut before the hostess assigns you a barber.STAY AWAY FROM JAMES THE BARBER! Although he was very apologetic I would advise that you choose another barber.James needs to hang up his clippers.

Best haircut I have had in years.The premier barber shop in the area hidden in bowie. Karl was my barber and he was meticulous with the cut making me look clean and sharp. Finally I have found a Mans man barber! The interior is masculine with dedicated class. The shared spaces don a black felt pool table, complementary massage chairs, manly sitting nook and a bar where beer/cocktail is available.Thankyou for fabulous service..I will be back.

Great experience and nice new location

First and foremost the Barber, Ron is amazing, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. However, the first person, Ebony, we encountered was extremely rude and impersonal.Thursday we came into the barbershop and made back to back appointments for the following day, Friday at 1pm. My husband arrived at 12:30 and wasn’t greeted with kindness, but venom and accusation. He walked into the barbershop and stated his name and appointment time. The receptionist, Ebony asked “where is your son, it’s too late to cancel!” My husband replies he’s on his way with his mother, I don’t want to cancel”. As fabulous as the barber Ron is, he cannot cut both their heads at the same time.I arrive at 12:55pm. My son and I came into the barbershop, said hello and had a seat. We were not greeted by Ebony at all.As we were playing Tic Tac Toe, because my husband was still being serviced by Ron, Ebony walked by and a receipt dropped off her desk, I said excuse me you dropped something. Ebony replies “oh it must of fell off the desk”. Then she continued on her cellphone and did not pick up the receipt at all. A customer walked into the Barbershop and picked it up, moments later. Ebony did not thank him at all.After my husband’s services ended, he asked me if I wanted to see the amenities the barbershop offers members, I agreed. He showed me the massage chairs, pool tables, and once he was beginning to show me more, Ebony said “you all can’t be here”. My husband explained that he was showing me the perks that come with a membership, Ebony interrupted and said “you cannot come past this point”. My husband then asked if we needed to use the bathroom then should we go outside? Ebony then began arguing with my husband. I was in shock and disbelief. The other clients were disgusted by her actions and felt very uncomfortable. The experience was horrifying!It was completely contrary to what we expected. My husband was raving about this barbershop that he discovered and how well Ron cut his hair, shaved his beard, and provided excellent service. He was eager to join and become a member, but now it’s questionable. Ebony’s actions were ignorant, negligent, unprofessional, and completely improper. How can we recover from this? My first experience was very disheartening. Shame on you Ebony!

Wow! So glad to come across this place in PG County. After my original barber had to relocate, I was skeptical about trying a new barber but I’m glad to say I found my new one here! The atmosphere is completely professional, clean, everyone is super nice and the vibes are great! Once I walked in, I was greeted by one of the owners and a few hostess at the front desk. I enjoyed a drink during my cut and they also were serving food! So many great perks can’t wait for my next cut!

This is by far the best barber shop I’ve ever been to. The service is extraordinary, the atmosphere is perfect, and the staff are the nicest most relatable people ever. I couldn’t give more stars, but I wish I could! Keep up the fantastic work!

I liked my barber and much of the atmosphere. The Master barber continuum I reserve comment save for at this point Im unimpressed and dont expect to be participating. I loved the beard oils the used but cant believe it wasnt for sale. Ill be going back occasionally, but only as a monyhly treat but not every month. I dont know if Ill be joining the club. The club discount is not substantial enough. I like what they offer but this is not the best Ive experienced.

I’ve been coming to this shop since it opened and today I met the owner for the first time. She wasn’t welcoming and has a rude/condescending tone to her voice. There’s a partition and sign that says the portion of the shop outside of the seating area is for Members Only that I said to her was never there before. She kept going back and forth with me that it was always there, which is incorrect. She stated “I designed this place. It must have been in the corner, which is why I may not have seen it.” So, if it was in the corner it wasn’t up front and visible for all to see then right?l. Why not explain to me what the Members Only fee pays for versus arguing me down? That was quite unprofessional. I don’t think that I’ll be coming back to this barber shop.

Wont go anywhere else! I bring my dad here for his hot lather shave and my boys for their cuts. While waiting, I enjoy a massage chair and engage in some mommy relaxation time. The service is always top notch, the barbers are professional and the sophisticated man cave environment seems to be what the men enjoy most.

Great barbershop! The look and feel of this shop is welcoming and unlike anything else in the area. They give quality haircuts, they have beer and wine, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the amenities provide you with everything you need to sit back and enjoy. This barbershop is the perfect place to watch tv while you get a haircut, get a massage, shoot pool, play games, and so much more. Much different than any other barbershop Ive ever been to.

Shop is clean and nice. Prices are on the expensive side presumably for the added amenities. However, they have switched to only accepting cash which is a major inconvenience.

I really enjoyed this place for my son until I met the owner. She is very unprofessional, loud and rude. She does a complete disservice to her staff. Upon her walking in the whole energy of the shop shifted.First thing that rubbed me the wrong way, she made a suggestive comment about me offering to bring food back for one of the barbers. As a woman, I didn’t like it, it was messy. Also, she was sitting in a lawn chair in front of the shop. (Which seemed inappropriate for the area)The real issue came about after I purchased my mempership for $25 a month + $18 for a kids cut. I was told that I had to pay for the cut cash or pay an additional $2.75 for the use of her Atm?? I NEVER carry cash so I tried to express my concerns as diplomatically as possible (because at this point I’m in a 3 month membership commitment)and she responded by telling me that if I swipe I will have to pay a $5 fee because her merchant services will charge her $5 due to “low volume” (after my interaction I see why)She went on and on about her business fees in a very condescending manner as if I where ignorant and knew nothing about running a business. (I’ve been a business owner for 14 years) what she said made no sense and she became defensive RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. (And FYI square merchant services only charges 2.75% per transaction )and furthermore I have never heard such an explaination. I was really trying to reason with her because my son really loves the shop, but fair is fair.Just say you don’t want to pay taxes or keep up with the books lady, but don’t tell me to pay your atm fee (which you also profit off of ) OR pay you $23 for a kidscut + $25 per month for 3 months to watch tv while my son gets his hair cut... give me a break.She got very rude and beside herself as she sat in her lawn chair in front of the shop in platform heels, at this point i realized that she clearly didn’t need or want my business so I politely asked for a refund on my membership.I’m assuming one of the barbers tried to speak to her about her delivery because honestly... it wasn’t what she said... it was the arrogant, passive agressive manner in which she said it that made me ask for a refund.I’m assuming the barber saw her run away a good customer and tried to speak with her about it because I saw her screaming and waving her hands at him as I pulled off.Completely unacceptable and disappointing, my son really liked it here but she ruined it. She needs to find another hangout spot and conduct her business in a more professional manner, but she won’t get a dime from me.Part of a successful business is accepting feedback from customers without being nasty. Especially when you are charging such extravagant fees. The effective communication and willingness to accept feedback and acknowledge customer concerns needs to be present.And for the record, can go to the hood and pay $12 for all of the drama and mess AND at least they will have square or cash app.
