I would like to thank SERVPRO of Bowie for the great job they did with my water damage. My sump pump failed and it was 2 days before I knew I had a problem. I scheduled the appointment on a Sunday afternoon and they arrived Monday morning on time with everything they needed. I spoke with the Project Manager who advised what needed to be done and I gave my approval. They totally clean out my storage area, removed carpet and baseboards where need and set up 9 fans and 2 humidifiers. 3 days later, they came back at the scheduled time, removed the equipment and all of my damaged property taking pictures of everything as it was being removed. 5 truck loads worth. I didnt have to do anything. All of my questions were answered, property documented and the report/invoice was emailed to me for my Insurance company. Its been a week now and the effected areas are dry with no smells of any kind.

I can’t say enough about Servpro of Bowie Maryland. I had an emergency at 11:30pm on Wednesday evening (8.6.2021). I called a couple of mitigation companies, none of which were available to come to my home till the morning. That, frankly, was not an option under the circumstances, so when Servpro of Bowie, MD answered my call, I was surprised to get the owner at that hour, but there she was. Not only was Soledad available to talk with me at 11:30pm, but she was available at 2:00am, and 7:30am the following morning. Soledad talked me off that ledge committing to have someone out to my home by 10:00am and to my gratitude they arrived at 9:35am. Soledad and her team delivered exceptional customer service and had my situation mitigated and under control by 12:00pm and briefing me on next steps at 12:30pm. Soledad and her team returned today to pick up equipment left over the weekend. When you have circumstances that literally rock your world, it’s nice to know that there are owners that are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

I scheduled an appointment with them and they stood me up..They no showed! They called me 2 weeks later. I shared the no show behavior with the representative from this location and the rep barely apologized and dismissed it. I cant support poor business practices SERVPRO of Bowie!

Excellent service! The owner (Ms. Bilik) was very professional and caring. She provided her expertise and service in a timely manner and worked diligently to get the job completed. Even during this pandemic, her employees worked well and followed the recommended CDC guidelines (wearing appropriate PPE and social distancing) while performing the work. Her sensitivity at a time when I needed it is what I valued the most. Thank you SERVPRO. I highly recommend them!!

We had water damage from broken waterpipe from refrigerator and it caused a lot of damage to our vinyl flooring in kitchen and living room. ServPro came and within two to three hours, had all of the damaged flooring pulled up, disposed of and set up dehumidifiers and fans throughout. They were no nonsense and very professional. I was very thankful for their quick responsiveness and would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! The franchise owner, Ms. Bilik, is hands on!!! This is the second time Ive had to deal with a water issue (2 different properties) and I was so glad I was able to use them again. They come promptly and she has the hardest working crew I have ever seen. Ms. Bilik appears to take a personal interest and visits each claim site. Her staff is professional and they take care to protect furniture and other items that have to be moved so they can do their job. I would recommend them first, every time, to anyone who has the unfortunate experience of dealing with any type of flood issues.

Adam calmed my heart and mind that my home would have all the water damage removed and told me about other services that I could access through Servpro like storage and removal of things that I didn’t want. I tend to avoid writing reviews, but I had a standout experience with this business. Nobody WANTS to call a business like this, because that means something terrible has happened to your home. When I discovered a pipe had burst and soaked the drywall, couch, carpet, and, unfortunately, much more, I called ServPro of Bowie. All anxiety disappeared when I saw the speed and precision with which they moved to assess and start solving the related issues. They even sprayed a special substance to prevent mold growth. The workers were extremely courteous and, after speaking with the owners, all anxieties had been eased; I knew that I was being taken care of. They even helped me find the source of the leak and suggest next steps. What started with a desperate phone call for help turned into knowing that there is a company who can help without the hassle, and that feeling is priceless. 5 stars.
