I’ve been a customer of State Farm for 25+ years, and have no desire to ever switch agencies. Toby and Robbi are very personable and professional, and they take a genuine interest in both my family and me. Years ago, when my daughter was in a car accident, Toby even offered to give her a ride wherever she needed to go. In my book, he went way above and beyond his call of duty, and I’ll never forget that! In the midst of the Covid pandemic, I’m so impressed that State Farm gave all customers a 22% credit! That was a gift, and I very much appreciate it! State Farm is the absolute BEST!
