Farmers insurance is a great insurance with good rates and great customer service.

Mason has been my favorite agent. I can text him any changes I need in my policies and he answers in the same day and makes the changes immediately. He has shown me additional things they could cover me on without being pushy. I don’t make it easy to get me on the phone but he is consistent without being obnoxious and I end up with better coverage and either save money or add very little to my bottom line. I throughly enjoy him representing my insurance needs.

We met Mason at the home road show in sandy last year. We weren’t even looking to find a new insurance company but after quickly looking over our policy Mason said he would be able to get us better coverage for the same price or less for what we were currently paying. He asked if he could give us a real quote and I said sure why not, what would it hurt.And I’m so glad I did. Mason Crapo is by far the most incredible agent out there. I am not the best driver by any means, and I have had my fair share of fender-benders.
