If youre looking for top quality waxing services in the Boulder area, Michelle is your girl! I went to her for my first Brazilian, and she made my experience so relaxing and comfortable. I was a complete wreck before my appointment. I was so nervous (about the pain and the possible awkward feeling with my waxer). I e-mailed her the evening I booked and she responded immediately with information on how to prep for my first visit, and really put me at ease. After my first visit with Michelle I was shocked at the results! On top of that my shame went out the door as soon as we started. She has a special way of taking your mind off of the task at hand and is very gentle in her approach. She is so professional and amazing at what she does! She provides you the most comfortable wax possible. Needless to say I now see her every month! Im hooked and I will never go anywhere other than Blaze as long as I wax! I highly recommend Michelle for any and all of your waxing needs.

I came in for a Brazilian wax and Michelle made me feel so comfortable. She carefully listened to all my crazy concerns, stemmed from awful past experiences, then preceded to give me the fastest/least painful wax I have ever had. I will continue making the 45min drive just to get waxed by her. SO WORTH IT! She has extensive specialized training in waxing, and it makes all the difference.

Ive been going to Michelle since she was waxing for another location in downtown Denver and loved her from first pluck. Shes got a gentle hand and a gentle heart! Her technique is so gentle and shes so pleasant to be with that it makes the whole experience much more tolerable. Shes always so sensitive to my comfort throughout the session, checking in with me and letting me know whats done and whats coming up- I just really appreciate her for this reason. In fact, shes so gently that once I was even able to have her wax my bikini area even though I had a migraine (my choice! I was going on vacation and didnt want to take her up on her kind offer to reschedule without penalty.) She gave me special treatment to ensure I was comfortable, and sincerely I was.Ive gone to far too many estheticians that just rip, rip rip, without ever checking in, leaving you red and sore afterwards. Michelle never forgets what shes doing to you and how painful it can be, and your comfort is her too priority.I was so excited to find out that she opened up her own business, and it even has free parking! I live between Boulder and Denver, so lucky for me her move didnt change my commute to see her.Michelles new place is inside a very clean health facility, which makes sense to me- waxing is, after all, a bit of healthy self-care, so an environment focused on health makes more sense to me than one that tries to convince you youre at a luxurious spa (dont be fooled by those places! There is nothing pampering about having every body hair ripped from your body via scolding hot wax, and you know it, yet they charge you as if there is.... hmmm).Her room is privately tucked away in the back- a little tranquil sanctuary true to Michelles laid-back style. Michelle is a extremely talented waxing wizard!! I recently moved from NY and the only thing I was sad about leaving was Wegmans and my beloved waxer name M.E. (Mary Elizabeth--perhaps you have heard of her--shes a pretty famous waxer, wrote 3 books on the topic and runs Mark and M.E. which is dubbed as The of the Ten Minute Brazilian.”) I was extremely nervous to start the search for my new wizard in my new boulder homeland but Im excited to announce that the universe introduced me to Michelle and her amazing skills. She is just as good as my beloved M.E. and is a little more my style with her incredible energy and softly spoken guidance through the process which made a uncomfortable/unpleasant task seem totally natural and as painless as possible!!! Id say shes my best kept boulder secret which I doubt will be a secret for long!!
