I usually clean my own place before move out, but my landlord insisted I hire a professional company, so I got in touch with Holistic Home. (Im glad I did.) My cleaner was right on time and went over the move out checklist with me step-by-step. I then gave her some space and got out of the apartment for a while to let her do her magic.The clean was flawless, the price was fair, and my landlord was pleased with how clean property was the next day during the walk through. From now on, Im not doing my own move out cleans anymore - Ill just get in touch with Holistic Home. They saved me a bunch of time and stress, which Im super grateful for. Worth it!

I used holistic cleaning about 4-5 times. At first they did a good enough job. The last time they came they did a poor job. As I was preparing dinner I broke a dish. While cleaning it up I found my kitchen floor was not clean. When I reached out to Stephanie she did not offer any other solutions besides sending a different person next time. When I pushed the issue further Stephanie just took me off the schedule. She was curt and unprofessional.

We have been working with holistic home for a few years now, and always appreciate how how their bar is high for quality and service and service but their rates remain really reasonable. If the job isnt well done or up to snuff, their leadership makes a change right away. Weve had a few different people come to clean our house and appreciate that we dont have to be the ones to fire someone if it isnt working out. Very happy with who we have now!
