Danit and her team are very professional and thorough and I have used them multiple times for both move-out cleanings and standard cleanings. They are always on time, do great work, and have always made it work when I have needed last minute cleaning services. I highly recommend them.

I had this cleaning service and out of the blue the owner emailed saying they were increasing the cost of cleaning by 40% (just 2 months after our initial quote). There was no discussion about why and when I called and asked for an explanation, she was very rude and condescending. The owner, Denit, is very unprofessional and while I thought the cleaning person did a fine job, she didnt speak to us about any concerns. She smiled to our faces like everything was great and I later realized she was very dishonest and was obviously complaining behind our backs. We also had extra charges I had to call and get refunded and other issues with the owner.

Ive been using 2 Buckets Cleaning for over 4 years now. Ive used them for weekly home cleaning as well as one time deep cleans at a rental. Overall Im very happy with the service. The cleaners are prompt, thorough and friendly. Theyve been very accommodating to scheduling around my needs. When there have been things missed or other small issues, Danit, the owner, makes sure to get it resolved quickly. I previously had some bad experiences with a couple other local cleaners, so Im glad I found 2 Buckets!

2buckets saved my move in! The previous tenant was doing their own cleaning. Good thing I scheduled 2buckets as a backup. The apartment had what I would call a thick biofilm of grime covering everything, black marks all up the walls, and deep old dirt in the crevices. Logan scrubbed on her hands and knees for 4 hours until it looked like a gleaming new unit. All of the scheduling and payment was hassle-free and Incredibly well-managed. Signed up for a standard 3 hour clean, after seeing a deal online. I was very impressed with the cleaning. They accomplished a lot in only 3 hours, and everything was cleaned very well too. On top of that they gave me some tips for cleaning mirrors and countertops, using some locally made Boulder cleaning products.

While you could probably pay less if you went to an individual directly, I think it’s worth the extra money to hire a company and 2 Buckets does a great job managing their business. Because there are multiple cleaners, they almost never cancel and they’ve been extremely accommodating when I’ve needed to reschedule or skip a cleaning. On the off occasion when something has not been cleaned to my standard, Danit always offers to make it right by either sending someone back out or throwing in an extra complimentary service the next time - something that is very appreciated and shows her professionalism. Overall, I’ve been really happy with 2 Buckets...nothing better than coming home from work to a clean house!

I contacted this company because I was thoroughly pleased with their service a couple of years ago. The job I had this time was spread over two days. Employees arrived on time and were friendly and helpful. After the second cleaning (four hours) there was an issue with some cleaning not completed. I contacted the company owner. She responded immediately, listened to my concerns and asked for time to contact her employee (one person for the second date) for more information. She called back, offered a solution that I found acceptable and we ended on a good note.

My present house cleaner from 2 buckets is Jazz. She is very good, but what makes her really special is that she loves my dogs, two pit bull terriers. They know how she feels about them and that makes them feel relaxed and happy when shes here. The last house cleaner was terrified of my dogs, and wanted them locked up, and it made it an unhappy experience for my dogs and also for me. So hooray for Jazz. Excellent cleaning service. Generally very thorough cleaning. Ive probably had 6 different cleaners in 6 months of service, and 5 out of 6 were excellent. The other one was good, not great. I think you can request one to be your full-time cleaner, but I just left it open. Theyre also friendly and trustworthy.

I had maria come deep clean my apartment and I must say she did an amazing job! My disgusting, rusted brown tub and toilets were sparkling white by the time she was done. I was very impressed with how great of a job she did. The only thing is that just the bathroom and kitchen were cleaned in the 2 hours I had and I wish I had scheduled it longer so she could have cleaned my living room and bedroom. These ladies are amazing! Ive had them clean my house twice (about 2,000 sq. ft.) from top to bottom without breaking the bank at all. I love doing this 2-3 times a year because they get the stuff you dont even think about... like in between the blinds and the inside of the cup my toothbrush goes in.
