Weve used Precision Plumbing several times, particularly for plumbing w/ Sean, and weve always been impressed with their responsiveness, promptness, communication, and quality of work. Weve gotten our PRV replaced, some indoor valves/utility facets replaced, outdoor faucets rebuilt, and other miscellaneous repairs. While we hope we dont have further plumbing issues, we will use Precision Plumbing if we do!

I first started using Precision about 20 years ago (to repair damage done by another local company) and have never looked back! The repair people are timely, neat, professional, and I have never had to request an additional service call because the work wasnt done properly the first time. I highly recommend Precision!

Charles and his team at Precision did an amazing job installing our new zoned modulating and communicating furnace and AC systems. Finally, someone was able to understand that using a zoned system in our house made the most sense! We no longer freeze in some rooms, while sweating in others! Although it was quite the investment, we are beyond pleased with the results and the long-term savings on energy we will enjoy.

Precision has reputation of being pricey. That said, their tech Eric Boroske did an excellent job of repair for my AC unit. He was on time, professional and quick to repair. He definitely knew his work and pointed out potential issues which may need to be address in near future. He also performed Fall maintenance for my furnace. I would use Precision again and ask specifically for Eric.

They did some drain repair on my modular home and did a good job, however they had to cut the vapor barrier to reach the drains that they replaced and just left it cut open. On a modular home that vapor barrier is very important. It should have been sealed up for the price they charged to do the work.Because of this, I will not use them in the future or recommend their services.

Jacob was here today to do a plumbing inspection. He was through and made helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend him.

They initially tried to fix a leaking faucet by replacing a part in the handle. When this did not work they offered to replace the entire faucet. They picked out a good replacement and installed it without an additional charge. When they replaced the faucet they needed to remove the sink and they went above and beyond by doing a nice job caulking the sink when they re-installed it. They are great at communicating when theyll arrive and have consistently been on time.

Brian was very personable and professional. He did a quick and well done job of running lines for my portable washer to connect into my adoining bathroom. He described everything that was going to be done and quoted us a price which he stuck to and we were pleased with. The job was done neatly and Brian cleaned up well afterward.

Weve used Precision multiple times for heating and plumbing maintenance needs. Always the best quality service all around. We have an old house with many challenges outside of their direct control to remedy but they continue to help us maintain what we can while offering experienced advice on options for improving sustainability long term. Installed Moen water leak detector. Justin was courteous, professional, and efficient. He told me he was experienced in the installation of these leak detectors. It seemed like the installation was done within 20 minutes. He helped me get the Moen app up and running on my smart phone. I highly recommend him.

They returned our call very quickly, and easily setup an appointment for an estimate.Joe called when he was on his way, and arrived right at 12pm (they quoted between 12p-1pm), which was awesome. He was professionally dressed, courteous, and thorough.Quotes were provided via email within the hour after the appointment, with multiple options within (and just beyond) our budget.We havent decided which estimate we will take, but Precision is definitely in the top running.

Pretty much the ideal business to work with for a plumbing issue. They were available on the phone during the weekend, their service was responsive, and Brian our plumber was on-time, friendly, helpful, and professional.We had a leaky main valve and a leak from our shower coming through our ceiling. The valve repair was quick, with no issues. The initial repair for the shower leak ended up not fixing the issue, and we had leaking again a few weeks later. They promptly came and fixed it and made it right.I cant recommend them enough!

Response time was quick. Service was quick and explained very thoroughly. I will say that when it came time to hear the cost to replace a capacitor that I can purchase online for under $100 I was shocked. The quoted price was $560. The service person clearly stated that Precision Plumbing was indeed more expensive than any other HVAC company. I declined the repair and will likely replace my entire 27 year old system. If you plan to use them, please check out other service providers for a second opinion and most importantly a price comparison.I did receive their quote to replace my entire system and it came in around $26K+. I have three other companies coming in to provide estimates. Both of my children have had their complete systems replaced for under $15K and they specd out a high efficiency Carrier system. So you be the judge.

I had my old air conditioners removed and replaced with new. I worked with Joe Ramos to select a new, Bosch AC/Heat Pump and Bill Fischer-Gibson lead the install team. The work was performed professionally and in a timely fashion and both were easy and pleasant to work with. The system has been up and running for 24 hours and so far is working flawlessly. All and all a rewarding experience so far.

Total rip off. I had a disposal go out, the guy from Precision said 930.00 !!! to replace it. Are you kidding me?! Or if I got the disposal unit myself, something like 675.00 to install. Found another (honest) plumber to install it for 195.00 Taking advantage of customers in need. Never again. I NEVER submit reviews, but this is just outrageous.

I had an appointment today, Thursday Jun 17 with Precision Plumbing. Kay-Gee was my technician and wow, it is so nice to have someone that listens the what I say and goes out of their way to help me understand what is going on and what needs to be done. Kay-Gee sent a camera down my sewer line and showed me where the problem was and what would need to be done. He even gave me an estimate of what it would cost. I will definitely be using them to do the job. Thanks Kay-Gee for your honesty . Very few companies are like this and I appreciate it. You are A+++.

KG provided a truly professional bid to repair my tree root penetrated clay pipe sewer line. While viewing the sewer line with his camera, he walked me through what he thought needed to be done, not what I wanted to hear based on other bids I had already received. First class all the way.

He was on time and professional. He made some adjustments and did not try to sell me a new parts or a new boiler (we are trying to get our 38 yo boiler to last 3 more years).

While Precision is a bit more expensive than some other contractors, IMO it is a clear case of you-get-what-you-pay-for. Josh was quick and precise. Very patient when I had him rush back in to hear the humming. Replaced the pressure regulator quickly and cleaned up nicely.

Josh did a great job. First of all he called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. We’ve had banging pipes but they weren’t banging much that morning. Josh listened attentively to our description of the problem. He also explained the process of elimination to determine the cause of the banging. We found a possible culprit, the outdoor hose, and addressed that first. There’s been ZERO banging since. Great service!

After calling 3 plumbers 4 days ago, Precision was the first to be able to come to my home for a leaking valve on a toilet. Sean was the consummate professional, quickly diagnosing, then reviewing every option with me for leak repair and toilet restoration vs new install. He even offered the option of delaying the work so that I could shop around, when he saw my shock at the estimate.He completed the job in 90 minutes, taking care to be spotlessly clean, wearing his mask, etc. He removed the old commode and carried the new one in from the garage (both up & down the stairs to the bathroom).My only complaint was the cost - it was far more than I expected, based on my internet search - $1000 after discount. That seems excessive for replacing the valve and silver, corrugated tubing, removing/disposing of old toilet, installing new toilet (which I purchased separately) and pressurizing the system.Although the service was fantastic, I feel I could have gotten better value from a less expensive company, so will shop around more if circumstances allow next time.

I had the emergency shut-off valve and the float inside the toilet tank replaced due to parts failure. Sean did a great job and was very professional and friendly. I was initially told to expect someone at 8-8:30 and when I called at 9:30 I was told I was scheduled at noon. Other than that mix-up it was a good experience.

I cannot recommend KG of Precision Plumbing enough. He planned my sewer line replacement with the utmost of care for both the interior of my house and my garden so the very least amount of disturbance was done, very unlike another company that would have left me with a destroyed carpet and front yard besides a higher bill. Justin spent quality time assessing our best options for replacing our water tank (that is 11 yrs old & showing some cracking.) We went over an Energy Star 50 gallon water tank w/10 year warranty. Then several more standard 50 gallon water tanks. I had been most interested in a Tankless water heater and Justin noted it would mean getting a gas line in front of our home and excessive demands on our gas consumption and more than twice as expensive as the tank options. Justin offered a lot of helpful information.

I intentionally called to schedule an AC tune-up before the weather really heated up. The day before my scheduled appointment I was told that our scheduled technician had to make emergency repairs at another job and that I would have to reschedule. When I called to reschedule, I was told their earliest availability was 1 month later. Its frustrating that I was bumped because of Precisions own scheduling issues, then told that I had to go back to the back of the line, so to speak. It seems that if someones slot is taken due to emergency repair, greater effort should be made to reschedule that person in a timely manner. Ill check with other contractors to try to get on their schedule and hope that they will keep my appointment.
