Mesa Plumbing were the only ones who were able to come into the mountains same day for an emergency call. We ended up having sewer line repaired. Plumbers had to make a hole in a floor to replace part of the pipe, repair heated floors, pour concrete back. Everything got done very well. Patrick was in charge, he did amazing job managing all this.

My air conditioner quit just before I was going out of town and before I was expecting 11 house guests. They were able to send a technician out to take photos of my set-up before I left and handled the rest via email. Even though it was a busy time for them they scheduled me for the install before the guests arrived and even came a day early when the job ahead of me finished early. The whole dismantling, removal and installation went smoothly and efficiently. Dario and Heather were courteous, dependable and did a great job. They went over their work and educated us on how to care for the furnace and operate the new thermostat. I really appreciate how hard they worked to get my air conditioning going in this hot summer heat.

These folks do good work, but their prices are absolutely insane. I do most of my own plumbing work, but sometimes Im out of town or Im unable to help a tenant due to their or my schedule so I call in for some help.They charge $100 to change a flapper in a toilet. Mind you, a toilet flapper cost less than $5, and takes less than 5 minutes to replace . A telltale sign that this is insane, the tech offered to do the second one for free.I just had to get a sink drain reattached after a counter replacement, Im guessing the parts cost $10 because I have done this hookup before. It took them 42 minutes. Screw in the garbage disposal, run the PVC/trap to the existing drain orifice, run the dishwasher waste to the disposal. $550 bill. It is utter madness.Im not sure anyone is better, but these guys are absolutely ripping you off and I cant stomach working with them again.

I hired Mesa to install air conditioning in my house. Ed the owner came out and discussed my options. He was very thorough and thoughtful on what would be the best system for my needs and my old house (central air vs Mitsubishi mini splits) and sent out a bid the same day. He was communicative about scheduling and what the process would entail. His team were professional and knowledgeable and installed the mini splits fairly seamlessly. I would highly recommend them, b/c they are professional, reliable and competitive (price wise) and Mitsubishi mini splits (which is what i ended up getting) are top of the line. It wasnt cheap but you get what you paid for and I think the money was well spent.

I was on vacation in Florida when my tenant called me and told me that the furnace in his side of the duplex was not working. It was 17 degrees. I was getting frustrated trying to find someone who would go and repair the furnace. MESA was more than willing to assist and within a couple of hours the unit was back up and running. Mesa serviced my Rinnai heat-on-demand unit. They did a more thorough job than the guy who had installed it who had been my maintenance go-to, but Mesa charged less and made some important improvements. From now on I will have them do my annual service.

I have been using Mesa for several years and have always had good service. The service people are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have maintained my swamp cooler for years and last summer replaced it. They have unclogged pipes several times and replaced the outside faucet system as well as repiped the entire house after a pipe breakage under a slab. They just installed a new hot water heater. I very much appreciate the way they take care of the plumbing issues in my house.

I have used Mesa since 1977. Last fall I had a scary coolant leaking into my HVAC system making a mess and dripping into my furnace. James from Mesa came and was able to rebuild parts of the system without tearing out any walls. The system worked well all winter, and when he checked my air conditioning this spring, everything was running well again. I scheduled a routine HVAC inspection. I couldnt ask for better service. The crew arrived exactly on time. They called just before they were to arrive. The covered their boots when the entered the home. They explained everything they found. They were pleasant to deal with.

Mesa initially replaced my old hot water heater when I remodeled my house. Great job. I also live in a mountain community where the water pressure is 150 psi at my house. My existing normal Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) had failed and as a result was sending very high pressure throughout my house. Normal water pressure would be around 70 PSI. I called Mesa again and they recommended and installed a specialty high pressure PRV which quickly resolved the issue. They have always been responsive and done a good job.

Got not only checks of my AC and HVAC but good recommendations for maintenance including learning that I should be changing filters much more often myself. Good to know. I signed up for a maintenance program as part of the service call.

I was trying to unplug a drain with liquid de cloggers for a day or so, and it kept getting better, but not fully fixed. Patrick came by, figured out it was roots some 10 yards down the pipes and fixed it in a jiffy. Guys from Mesa have been routinely courteous, good at what they do, dont try to find trouble to increase the costs and are always neat and clean up after themselves.I appreciate knowing I can call them as they have my trust.I have used them for my swamp cooler, my hot water heating boiler, changing all the faucets that come in to the house for the sprinkler system and other various things so they finally make sense and are easy to use when needing to do repairs and turn off water to various parts of the house.I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the work that Patrick and his crew from MESA did in the installation of the Navian tankless water heater. The installation is a work of art and cleans up the space occupied by the old tank heater. The new water heater works very well.

Our water heater failed on a Friday night during an especially snowy stretch, and just after a polar front had frozen pipes in many homes around town. The MESA plumbing team upgraded my homes furnace, AC and water heater. I received a quote within a day and received valuable feedback about my options that I did not get from a few other businesses I consulted. The work was scheduled within a week. Our company had switched to MESA Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling recently and have had nothing but great service. I have had the best experience when (Patrick) one of the technicians come out. He has the heart of a teacher and has definitely helped me understand our units more. He is a remarkable specialist of how they do business!!

We had Mesa come install an evaporative cooler on our roof. The guys were all very nice, and unfortunately thats all they have going for them.They showed up two days later than agreed upon. They were not professional, swearing and getting very frustrated. They dented up the vent grills on the unit when putting it in, and slopped around black sealant on the ducts. As a minor handyman myself, its just not how I would do work.They left trash in the front yard, which I picked up. They didnt finish the job, as the water line was not secured to the house, so I called to have them come back out. They came back a 3rd and 4th time to stop the unit from leaking onto the roof and into the house through the vent. At one point I had to call them back after not showing up on a return visit, and the plumber plainly said he forgot about us.Theyre going to have to come back a 5th time because they didnt put in the interior filter, which may be a COVID related shipping problem. (Im understanding of that.) They were not particularly respectful about social distancing. They must have been smoking cigarettes on our roof next to the air intake they were working on, which made the whole house stink.There is no way they made money on this job, making 5 visits for a 1-day task.Sorry guys, you are nice people but I would not have you do work for me again.

I just spent a half hour on the phone with Charlie, the owner of Mesa Plumbing. He helped me trouble shoot issues we’ve been experiencing with our boiler. He was so professional and knowledgeable, yet he was able to make it easy for me to understand the technical terms of our system. Ultimately, he helped me fix our issue. I’m so impressed and will call him again when boiler/plumbing issues come up.

We have used Mesa over the past few years without complaint, but our most recent interactions were disappointing, to say the least. Poor customer service, poor value, and not professional.We called and made an appointment. No show. Called and made another appointment, thankfully someone showed. But, this was the least of the problem.We had a split in the copper wiring that connects our evaporative cooler to the water. When the serviceman came out to fix it (total of ~15 mins of work), he said the fixture no longer fit, it was causing a leak, and we needed to replace the garden hose splitter with a brass one and get a washer for the evap cooler sillcock. Not sure why it suddenly didnt fit when it wasnt causing a problem before, and their team had set everything up the year prior, (or why he wouldnt have spare parts) but anyway... after a $260 service call, we went to Home Depot ourselves to get a new splitter and washer for the evap cooler sillcock. None of the available fixtures fit the existing evap cooler attachment, so we had to get a new evap cooler sillcock. Then the copper connection didnt fit... we dont have the right tools to cut it cleanly enough to replace the fitting, so we called back...After three separate calls on three separate days (after being told I would receive a call back but didnt), they sent someone out. On this call, he was able to take a look at the actual cooler since we finally had all of the parts needed to make a leak-free connection. He then said someone set up the evap cooler wrong (reminder: it was Mesa was out the year before to service it and there was no problem then), and its now leaking. Apparently, we need to replace the entire unit. So, at this point we have spent over $500 for less than an hour of labor and still have a problem.My dad does HVAC but sadly doesnt live close enough to fix this. I agree with him though-- this is unequivocally terrible customer service. You should have the parts you need on hand and fix and double check things on the first visit. Dont charge for multiple visits if you didnt leave things running smoothly the first time. Over $500 for less than an hour of work is ludicrous.On top of all that, one of the men (I think the owner) laughed at me, not in a friendly way, when I called and used the term spigot, though he knew exactly what I was talking about. There is no reason to treat your customers poorly for not knowing the proper terminology for your field. I dont laugh at people who dont know proper econometrics terms or how to run regressions. This is something that I would normally not consider worth mentioning, but its like a rotten cherry on top of a terrible scoop of ice cream.

Just used Mesa to replace furnace and AC unit. I couldnt be happier with the service and professionalism they provided. Charlie, the owner, is as honest as they come, and took the time to deeply understand the issues, and worked with me to provide top quality service and equipment at a fair price. I had a very positive experience with Mesa Plumbing. Paul installed a new furnace/ac system at my residence - after installation, the unit needed some minor adjustments which were performed in a timely manner. I did get several estimates prior to installation and Mesas pricing was competitive and I was pleased that they honored their labor warranty. Mindy in the office alerted me to an ad that was running in the local paper that saved me additional $$ on the installation.

You need to train your people on how to drive! One of your drivers leaving Loveland this morning and heading towards Longmont was tailgating me about 3 feet behind all the way up 287. When I wasnt going over the speed limit enough for him, he kept flashing his brights at me. He whipped around me, got in front of me and slammed on his brakes almost causing an accident. Unfortunately I didnt get his plate number. For this reason I would never use your company for anything!

My parents (elderly) decided to take on the task of installing a new gas stove. About 3/4 of the way through the project they realized they were over their heads and called me. I couldnt get there myself and had visions of gas leaking throughout my parents house.I called Mesa and asked for help. Allie in the office was so helpful and got a tech out that day to help my parents finish the job safely.My Mom said the tech was very helpful and they felt better having a professional check the gas and make sure it was correctly installed.I will use Mesa again for any issues that arise for my parents and was so grateful to have them help in a bind when I couldnt be there myself.

So impressed with Patrick who came out on a Sunday morning. I had no hot water and knew if I waited until Monday, it might take all day get someone here and I needed the hot water now.Patrick alerted me to a serious problems - the large water tank at the top of the heater had never been tethered and was pulling away at the welds in the coppers piping! Patrick said it could go at anytime and flood the furnace room with gallons of water! He cut out the bad weld and put in a new tank and tethered it like the old one should have been in the first place. I also got my hot water tank relit and hoping that it will stay. Thanks Mesa Plumbing and Patrick! I also thought the pricing was reasonable even though it was off hours!
