Jo was responsive, took time to answer questions, and quickly provided a detailed estimate when I requested a quote. It was reasonable pricing, and about what our inspector told us it would cost. On the day of, the crew arrived promptly and did everything expected as per the estimate. I appreciated that they worked neatly, bagging up old insulation before walking through the house. They also laid down a tarp where they walked inside. Super professional. I would definitely recommend them!!

I had 3 different quotes and Jo had the best price for Mold remediation and insulation replacement. His team completed the project in 2 days and cleaned up very well when they left.It was easy to communicate Jo through text, phone, and email. I contacted Jo at Insulation Co to get a quote for removing and reinstalling old insulation and a vapor barrier in my crawlspace as well as old insulation in my attic. He was also flexible to accommodate my schedule (only available on the weekend), and opted to have two crews come out to compete the job in one day instead of splitting the work over two.Abraham was my day-of, on-site contact for his crews, who arrived on-time and were all professional and courteous to me, my wife, my barking dog, and our home. They were COVID-mindful and needed no requests or reminders to wear a mask. They completed everything promptly and thoroughly, including notifying me of a leaking drain line they saw and helping me access it to repair it quickly. Jo was very responsive, he called to explain the issue, cause and possible solutions.They arrived on time and did a great job on my crawl space which had rats problem. They showed me one of the rats and took pictures of the area and the openings they got through.After a couple of days when I thought there was still some of the smell in the closet where the entrance to the crawlspace is Jo offered the send someone to verify that everything is fine and it was.The price was better than other offers as well.

The two installers were on-time and professional. They removed all the old insulation and torn up black plastic on the ground and replaced it with new, thick sheeting. They replaced the insulation in the basement with R-30 and held them in place with nylon twine. A very good looking, professional result. Recommended for a good value and good quality.

Used yelps request tool and got a response very quick for an estimate to remove dead rodents, replace vapor barrier and insulate all pipes and ducts. The crawlspace hadnt been cleaned in decades. Price was less than competing company with lesser reviews.Job was easy to schedule and crew wasnt intrusive. I had many questions and the owner patiently answered all of them prior to install date. I dont like talking on the phone so was happy to correspond by email. They did take photos of the job afterwards, but for a job where Im paying thousands I was hoping for more pics before and after. Most people dont go into their crawlspace after so more photos would have been really nice.I would use them again.

Needed crawl space insulation clean out and replacement in short timeframe. Contacted another company that has provided good service in the past, timely scheduling of assessment visit, but service 4 weeks out. Found Jo’s company solely through web search. Prompt response to call, same day estimate based on our telephone communication, “we have an opening on Saturday”. Two hard working folks arrived as scheduled, got to work and finished the job. Worked in tight quarters, left the unit clean. Bid from first business arrived two weeks later. Jo’s price was 5% higher, but still a very good value. Totally worth not having to make reminder calls and wonder if the job will ever get done; this is a business that delivered quality and efficiency.
