Edited: we were happy with the first service... so I had left a message recently to get some additional branches trimmed. After 3 days of not returning my call, I called back. He said they are busy. I asked for a referral then... he ignored that question and said he can try to squeeze me in. After several weeks, I still had never heard back.We had a large tree removed that was damaged in a wind storm. They came out and did an excellent job. Above and beyond what we expected. I highly recommend contacting them.
