Thought my tree was rotten and needed to be cut down. Bryan Petitclerc of Elite Tree Care showed me that the tree had actually recovered and did not need to be cut. He saved the tree and saved me the cost of having it cut. True arborist knowledge. Highly recommended.

Elite Tree Care does it all. Tree and shrub pruning, removal, and stump grinding. During the walk through, I was happy that Bryan did only a little talking and just listened carefully. He repeated back what I wanted done, then remembered all this later when he showed up on time with his team.The bid Bryan provided me was very competitive. They have a large crew and quickly and efficiently did the work I requested on 8 trees and shrubs in my yard. The yard was left clean after they were done. A 10/10 would use them again!Handy hint: If the stump grinding work is in an area with underground utilities like mine, call 811 to have all buried utilities located a few days before the work is scheduled.

Absolutely 5 stars... these guys were AWESOME!! They were completely professional, climbed and thinned out two of our 60+ foot trees and cut down a 3rd tree. They cleaned up more than they needed to and were on time and pleasant. I 100% recommend them!

Weve had Elite Tree Care out twice to prune and trim our trees and I couldnt be happier. People coming onto our property often remark how great our trees look.Many of our trees had not been thinned in more than 20 years so it was a big job that we had done in two phases. Bryan took the time to hand prune a favorite maple that sits outside our living room which I really appreciated. When they came out a second time, they refined their work on the trees done the prior year and finished the rest of the trees on our property. In all, they worked on about 20 trees, including cabling our largeWestern Red Cedar. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Bryan and his team.

I cant say enough good things about these guys! The reason we chose them over another company is that the owner was not only the one to come do the bid but also was part of the team coming to do the work. That was really important to me! I didnt need to worry about people coming out to work on the trees without ever seeing them before. He knew exactly what was going on at all times. Bryan and his team were on time and not only communicated well with me but with each other too. They actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing and had a playful banter with each other while maintaining their professionalism. I will call them again and recommend them to my friends and family in a heart-beat!

I had these guys come out today to do what I think is a decent amount of work. Prune 3 trees, one of which was a spruce, and mitigate an overhanging branch above our roof.The results are amazing. Super pleased, wife’s happy so you know! All the guys were friendly and informative about things I spoke/asked about. I asked if they’d leave the good wood for me for firewood and they did. My yard looks cleaner than before they came out and the light penetration through the trees is substantially better.He even spent the time to trim the fungus or infection out of our old plumb tree.I’ll be calling them again should I ever need work done in the future. Also, worth noting in my book that Bryan, who quoted the job, was also in the trees as well.

Bryan shortened our 12 foot laurel hedge from 12 feet to 6 feet. He and his crew were fast and cleaned up the area beautifully. The hedge looked much better than we expected. He has also pruned several of our trees in the past. Bryan and his crew are polite, friendly and know what they are doing.

Elite Tree Care did a removal of a tree on our property that had root rot. Bryan came out to give an estimate within a couple days of calling and they came the following week to do the removal. They also pruned the other trees on our property, and politely accommodated my last minute change of heart on two trees. They were all very professional and our trees look great, highly recommend their services.

I was shopping around for a week to find a good tree care service to get some trees removed. Of all the numbers I called, Brian was the only person who even mentioned being in the city limits means you need to get a permit. He also shared the consequences of not getting the permit. His team was very professional and clearly happy employees. He said he would arrive at 8 AM and he showed up right at 8 AM. After he was finished with his work, he brought some additional dangers to my attention regarding some other trees. Needless to say, I put this guy in my contacts list. You just dont find good contractors like these guys anymore.

The Elite Tree Care team did a fantastic job today! They showed up exactly when they said they would, they did exactly what they said they would do -- and then made some additional cuts I requested -- and they were super easy to work with through the entire process of onsite quote, work done, and payment made. And, not only did they clean up my yard beyond my expectations after their work, they also did all of this for a very fair price that I now consider to be a great value.

Bryan Petitclerlec and Elite Tree Care have done a number of jobs for me and always performed with flying colors. Bryan always offers me options and a reasonable price. He’s dependable and does exemplary work. He holds several certifications and is well versed in the permitting process necessary for larger jobs. Also, whenever he does one job, he looks at his previous work and gives little “nips and tucks,” as needed. I endorse him and his work fully.

In the time between the estimate and the date of work, Bryan answered all my questions quickly and accurately. He was able to give me a date sooner than he had originally thought, with was great. Hired Elite Tree Care to thin my 110 foot giant Atlas Cedar and 120 foot giant Sequoia tree at 1801 Grand Ave in Everett. They did an excellent job of cutting major overlapping branches on these magnificent trees. Good communication, showed up on schedule for both preliminary meeting and on work days. Cleaned up the yard perfect and hauled everything away. They kept the original shape of the trees and did not overcut. Now the trees are safe and sustainable. I dont know what the beef was on the couple of bad reviews. Maybe a competitor bad mouthing them? My experience was excellent. Drive by our house and look for yourself. 2 weeks after they worked on the trees a major storm hit with 62 -70 mph winds. Only one small branch 2 in diameter broke. Great job Brian & crew!

This was my third time in four years hiring Bryan and his crew to either top, prune or remove to the stump several trees on my property. They have always been prompt, friendly, quick, fairly priced, clean up and leave me with a happy yard!

Elite visited our property to deadwood two birch trees, remove a large rhododendron and camellia, and trim the tops of a long row of arborvitae that had become damaged after the winter snowstorms. They completed all the work in one day and charged a very reasonable price. Our trees look great, and the cleanup was very thorough. We are happy and would use them again.

As a property manager I rely on good vendors especially when I cannot be on site during the work. Brian contacted me a few days before the work was scheduled, called me the morning of the job and then again when he was almost done to say that the site would be cleaned up before they left. I visited the site a day later and the work was exactly what I asked for. The quality was good and the service was very professional.

Bryan came out promptly and helped us with the permit process for our tree removal. He was punctual, nice, and did a great job! He knew exactly what he was doing, and gave us some good advice about other trees on our property that may cause problems in the future. He even went above and beyond to help us make sure the permit would go through! I have already recommended him to a colleague, and will def use him again in the future!

Bryan and his crew spent a day trimming some large evergreen trees and laurel shrubs to retain the views of my and my neighbors property. They also removed a medium sized fir tree that was dying and a birch tree that we were planning on trimming but was found to be very unstable and in danger of falling against the house. Bryan and his crew were friendly, efficient and very competent. The work was completed on schedule and we are very pleased with the result. And they cleaned up the mess very nicely and hauled away all of the fallout from their labors. I also felt that the cost was competitive and I would not hesitate to call upon Elite Tree Care again.

We purchased an old house with the potential of a great Puget Sound view, but for some really tall firs and a stand of maples. Bryan came over and spent well over an hour discussing `windows in canopy` and `structural pruning. Instead of a clear cut, Brian devised a plan of limbing and trimming to return our views and southern exposure. He also gave us some tips on maintaining the other plants to make this the estate it should be. There was no charge for his time or push to make an appointment to proceed. Bryan may not be a chatterbox, but he knows trees.

5/11/18 updateWe had Elite Tree Care come out last week and do a bunch of work on our new home in Clearview. We had 3 Leyland Cypresses over a fence removed, 1 big alder behind our house removed, 2 Larches pruned, 2 Aspens pruned, and 1 Sequoia pruned. There was no damage to the fence, or any of the plants and flowers under any of the trees. The trees all look great, and the clean up was flawless. Thanks again Elite Tree Care.Had a large maple and cottonwood removed. The cottonwood was 15 feet away from my house and surrounded by expensive flowers and my pond. My yard is very well maintained and i was concerned about my plants and waterfall getting damaged. The end result was absolutely zero damage and a spotless clean up. I highly recommend elite tree care.

Bryan Petitclerc responded quickly to my contact email. He showed up exactly when he said he would for the estimate. My wife spoke with him and was impressed with his knowledge and competence and we liked that he was a certified arborist. Bryan gave us a competitive bid and we contracted with him. We had a dwarf red maple tree that needed thinning and had a recurrent problem with powdery mildew. Again, Bryan showed up exactly when expected, did a great job thinning the maple so light and wind could get through it and to the plants it had blocked. He gave me advice about treating the powdery mildew and walked around our property with me giving me some suggestions about what I might do and what might need professional work in the future.

Very disappointed with this company and the work that was done. Bryan – my advice for you is if you don’t want to do a specific job because you dislike the project, please don’t do it as it shows in the poor outcome on our property. I will not be making any referrals. Again, disappointed.
